The customer service employee here Cindy is very rude, she doesnt like her job apparently and so maybe she needs to find a new one, i got my vehicle in July 2020 and have been dealing with the same electrical problem since then, of course if orders need to be made I understand but when I have to call for an update at least offer up some sort of resolution instead of yelling at me and cutting me off, finally I get an appointment I book with a different more pleasant service rep and when I drop it off I never get a call to pick it up, the claim is that I sent the call to voicemail but why would If I was waiting for it all day I have a call log and Ill show every call off of my bill I did not receive any calls they just didnt call and now when I call today a Saturday Cindy decides to answer the phone with her same dry attitude probably because she recognized my number and I had to call several times she lies and says she called but theres no evidence of such call, her boss gets on the phone and says well she answered the phone like that because shes not on the clock now and the service desk is closed today....as if thats a good enough excuse to be rude to your customers . 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Friendly staff. They were very informative and only fixed what they were supposed to..they were honest and upfront about how long it would take to repair my brakes.

I bought my car in July of 2019 and Ive had alot of problems with it. I bought an extended warranty they talked me into getting, within a couple of months I needed the transmission replaced. I have had alot of issues with the vehicle and the warranty company is very hard to work with and they make you use carites service center which I dont have much faith in because whenever they fix my vehicle its never quite right.

If you are in need of a new vehicle carite in yorkville is the place to go we went in looking for a specific vehicle but it was out of our loan amount so they found us a prefect match when we went in we were greeted and immediately helped by angelo he was Absolutely amazing... We ran into some speed bumps along the way through the financing process but they were right there the whole time helping us in anyway they could.
