I searched for an auto body shop that was close to my house. Hendricks came up first. Fred was very polite and personalable. He took the time to explain options. He gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable and was able to book the work in a short time. I did go to another shop for another opinion and found them to be a bit rushed. Also, their quote was almost double! Fred also arranged for a rental. The finished work was awesome and finished before the time expected. I would definitely go back...but hopefully wont have to 😊

First off my experience with Hendricks auto body was terrible the work that they swear by is a “hack”. My aunt got recent auto body work done at the shop and not only was the work terrible (paint bubbled and chipped almost immediately ) but the service was even WORSE . The owner Fred Auty was very hospitable during the initial appointment but second insurance covered the bill he was a complete different person . My poor aunt is to good of a person she would of left her car sitting outside for months being told every day that it was going to be done tomorrow if I wasn’t the one to call and take care of it myself . Long story short Fred auty called my aunt back at 6:30 at night the following day 2 hours after they closed to tell her the car would be outside with the keys in it . A week later the insurance adjuster called my aunt and asked if she had any relation to Fred auty or anyone at his business which she didn’t she then explained her situation to the man and was informally informed that his business was under investigation for fraudulent insurance claims . Saying that our experience with Hendricks auto body was terrible is a TERRIBLE understatement . If you want some notoriety on a federal level and would like to be apart of an ongoing investigation then I give Hendricks 5 stars but if you are looking for auto body work I simply suggest someone else . If Paul was still the owner then I would hands down recommend this business all day but since his retirement Mr Auty is running that place to the ground here is the paint job that they did on the bumper after 2 weeks

Hendricks Auto Body did a great job on my son’s SUV. It looks brand new. The owner kept us informed and the job was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this business.

Brought my car in to get her front end fixed up. As soon as Insurance was all settled. He had it done in about a weeks time. She looks beautifulGreat great job with great friendly service!!

Very good communication as when to bring in my car, as to approximate time it would be finished. Even helped with getting me a rental that was delivered onto his lot. Overall work was excellent, they even did a little extra. Its been over six month since repair with no problems still with work. He vacuumed and washed it just before my pick up time. THANKS

My 80 year old mother brought her car in after an accident and trusted you! You told her insurance would pay for everything over and over as she was very worried about the expense. You then have the nerve to present her with an almost $400 bill for work that you did, without her consent or knowledge, to repair things that were worn out on her THREE YEAR OLD CAR that had NOTHING to do with the accident!! It is a very good thing that I am not there to tell you in person what I think. She called the insurance adjuster and they said that you never even sent in the paperwork for that work, which means you are just trying to scam a little old lady. How pathetic can you be? When asked about it, you reduce your bill by 50% then 75%? Really? How gracious of you. You are a snake in the grass and my mother trusted you. She said how kind and nice you always were (to her face) and now she is hurt and confused. You have not only lost what would have been a wonderful customer, but you have betrayed the trust of a wonderful woman that put her faith in you and your company. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.

I was recommended to this place by a family member so I did a little research and despite all the negative reviews and horrible ratings I gave Hendricks a shot anyways. It was the worst decision I had made, despite having my car for almost a week the one side that they did paint had debri, dust and dirty all over and inside of the paint the car looks terrible I don’t know how they are a business and have not gotten shut down by the better business bearu

Never an issue great work and fast

This place is TERRIBLE everyone there is miserable and they paint that they did looks like they spray painted the car . My 5 year old daughter could finger paint a car better then they could paint one . The owner Fred was drunk when I came to pick up my car he smelled so bad of archival at 9 in the morning and was very rude to me and my wife in front of our daughter . No respect and terrible environment with the work to match . I do NOT recommend Hendricks auto body.

Coinsidentily I got involved in an accident right around the time my inspection was up . I brought my car to Hendricks auto body they were very rude from the start picked up my car went the next day for an inspection sticker and they told me that my car is unable to driven due to a bend in the frame . Brought it back to Hendricks and the owner said they were not at fault and insisted it was something that I had done in the time I picked up the car until the next day when I brought it to get inspected . Place is a SCAM
