Its a big box store, pretty much everything you need or want. The staff i worked with was extremely helpful. Home Depot only problem not enough staff on the floor, not Home Depot fault. Very good and helpful staff that was there.

One of the very best The Home Depot locations. Im there pretty often these days. Plenty of staff on hand to help. Courteous & knowledgeable. No tire-killing nails or screws laying around the parking lot either. And thats very much appreciated.

Well stocked. Went in and found what we wanted quickly and checked out just as fast. Friendly service. Offers 10% discount for Veterans if you have a VA or military I.D. Not crowded and has plenty of surface parking including handicap. Location easily accessible from I-80 freeway

I went in today to customer service. I had bought the wrong size of an item. It was two days prior. I bought several items as I was completing a remodel on a bathroom. The item cost $7.99. I told the customer service that I had used my credit card. But as I could not find the receipt. She said if you don’t have the receipt you can not get your money back. I said I had returned things before. Another woman young also pointed to a piece of paper taped on the counter top. She said if you don’t have your receipt we can’t help you. I have spent several thousand dollars remodeling a house I bought last year. If Home Depot wants to lose a customer over rude customer service. Then so be it. I will never let my presence visit your establishment again. I’m sure that Lowe’s will love the thousands I spend yearly. Kevin Kaufman

Went to buy a trailer. Got great customer service from the GM Alan and Nicole. Highly recommend. The next day Phil took the time to help me unlock the trailer and get me fixed up. Not every box hardware store has courteous and friendly people. Worth your time to stop through and say hello.

Really nice selection. Definitely worth taking a look through the tools. They have all of the new lines from all of the major tool companies meant for the residential or light commercial workers.As far as parts and hardware goes most projects can be completed with all needs for material met here.

I had ordered 2000 Sq Ft of 12 X 12 TILES to tile a house. The tiles were sent from two different locations. To my dismay the tiles from the different locations were of different dye lots. This means that the shade of color, size, and texture are different. I spoke to Home Depot and they will not remedy this problem. They should never send out different dye lots of tile. It is not only the shade of color but the size that is different. I have read that Home Depot has a habit of doing this. Shame on them. I had bought 3 pallets of tile that are virtually useless. I was not aware that I had to check each box to make sure that the dye lots were the same. I had assumed that Home Depot would do this as part of their job. DO not buy large amounts of tile from Home Depot.

Home depot is my favorite toy store. The people are very helpful and eager to listen and solve customers issues. Not all are experienced, but then they call on the experienced person when in need. Love all locations.

Its a Home Depot, not good, not bad just is what it is. Im not sure if they have less staff but it was harder to find people to ask questions. Also an area we needed a product which was the reason we went in was closed off for a start member stocking. We had to wait until they were due to get what we needed so more wandering around and killing time... It would have been nice if staff would have just grabbed the thing we needed and handed it to us.

Very helpful gentleman walked me all the way to the coolers. Good conversation and service with the ladies at check out too.

Good experience, found what I was looking for because the employee in the front knew her merchandise and locations. Store is clean and dogs are leashed.

Ive always love going to this store still do like to come back on their nursery section. I gave 1 star due to their cutting center experience. The guy who was there at that time was extremely rude. Like extremely rude! I have 20 pcs of 2x2x8 that need to cut to 6 cause it wont fit in my car. When i got in the cutting area he told me in a rude manner that he was waiting there for 2 mins so i apologise but then again he look at my cart and asked me in a condescending tone are u cutting all that?? So i politely said yes sir then he replied do u even know that you have to pay to cut wood?? I was like no, but im willing to pay cause i dont have a tool to cut them. So he started cutting it them and he slamed the cut out on my cart, i felt really uncomfortable while he was looking at my cart and rolles his eyes at me, so i told him sir its fine, dont cut them so i said thank u and left. But this is the worst experienced i had with any store and i will think twice going to their cutting center. I end up messing up my car to fit 16 pcs of an 8 long lumber on my car.

Went to Home Depot Saturday night at 7pm it was a breeze in and out in 30 minutes, found all that I needed to get plus extras.

I was disappointed..staff was invisible, the store felt dirty..stuff on the floor. The appliance department was underwhelming. The suites on display were mismatched brands..I didnt see any electric stove tops.

Home Depot is very unprofessional and their delivery options. Order the screen door 2 months ago supposed to be there within 30 days still hasnt came. They keep telling us the next day will be there and its not there. I do not recommend this home Depot for anything.

One of the worst experiences. wanted to purchase a Milwaukee product in which they had all the items in store. The employees told me it should not be an issue and will ring up at the counter. an hour goes by after we located the items on the shelf. product does not ring up with the milwaukee discount. clerk talks to manager in which I am told she will not come talk to me. No reason at all. I then go the the customer counter in which the manager finally shows up and lies to my face. If you are going to do customer service or manage a store, you should not blantly lie about physically looking at the product and saying it is not the same model. your employees all cleared it. either train them properly or learn to do customer service correctly!

Found almost everything we needed. Not a lot of employees available to help when needed. Went on a weekend day so I figured there would be more help around. Wasnt satisfied by the person who checked us out as they were engaged in a personal conversation and told us to wait to place our things on the counter. Thought that was weird.

Complete in tools even snacks drinks; clean restrooms.

Got the paint we needed for our sons bedroom. Easy to do, shopped while he mixed it.

Vacaville has the best customer service.

Unfortunately they only had half of the things that I needed. Usually I find what I need and the employees seem to be fairly friendly and helpful.

Go to Ace Hardware in Vacaville instead. MUCH better service!

Lots of people without masks and very crowded and narrow aisles. Store policies need to drastically improve to protect the safety and well-being of customers and the community.

Every associate I went through (5) in Vacaville was very kind and super helpful! I wanted a cabinet, but the ones they had were both damaged from shipping. Home depot is a good place but its really big.

This review is specifically about the flooring deals offered by Home Depot. Calculating the advertised price for the materials and for installation multiplied by the square footage of my property the flooring with installation should have cost $3200. After the measure (which cost $50) the actual estimate was $5600. The installation price is completely misleading as so much of the work is considered “extra.” I wouldn’t have been shocked if there was an extra cost for removing the old materials but to almost double the installation price shows that their original advertised price was simply and intentionally misleading. Even with that they reserve the right to add additional charges if they decide more prep is needed after they remove the materials, they do not commit to complete the job for the price quoted.

They share ideals sometime their ideals are better.

Didnt have cactus soil and one cashier came up and basically stood on top of me to ask the cashier that was assisting me if she smokes and the reply was smoke what? Reply back cigarettes, this continued throughout the duration of my transaction. At least they had most of the stuff I needed though. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Was looking for sound proofing material for walls..i asked at desk and was told where to maybe find such products but when i looked there were not any where i was told.. I had my wrong card with me and had to leave my cart to be back after going to the bank. Clerk asked if i was sure i was coming back.

Had to wait for over 20 minutes and talk to 3 different employees that all assured me that they would get someone to help, to unlock a cage to buy a circular saw. The site itself was well stocked and the person that finally helped us was friendly.

I love home depot, but their wood takes endless digging to find a usable piece. Also, there is no control over masks during COVID-19. None of the staff wears a mask and has no problem walking right up to your face to talk to you.

Vacaville location has everything you need for any job friendly service, easy to find just what your looking for, so come on dont to the vacaville location and you wont be disappointed if you do. Off Orange and 80 cant miss it.

Good hardware store

I stopped an employee who was passing by to ask a question about what I was looking for. He belittled me when asking my question and was very condescending. Oh, and he happened to be the assistant manager! Occurred on 10/12/20 6pm. Customer service during checkout was great though!

Had what I needed aways seem to have better selection than those blue guys so I rather shop teem orange and not waste my time or money getting the rong things.

We are in the middle of the “pandemic” and the Apple Pay does not work throughout the store. Good job Home Depot.

As far as Home Depot stores go, this one is as good as you can expect. Not as pretty as Lowes, but they have more of the stuff you actually need to finish a project.

Customer service is not very good, I came to pick up a large load and required a forklift, I asked how long it would take and I was told 20 minutes before they could load me up, there were 3 forklift just parked outside, the guys that told me it would take twenty minutes were sitting on a forklift having a conversation right next to my truck for about 20 minutes before someone els brought another forklift and got me loaded.

This another good, well lit Home Depot. You will usually find what you need here, but the chain has gotten away from a deep hardcore hardware selection. The staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. I have found the bathroom to be kept fairly clean.

Usually pretty busy which means that their business is doing well. The staff seem pretty nice and they have a lot of good stuff!

I love The Home Depot. Of course. Whats not to love. They refunded me even though I had no receipt. I know theyre known for that but not everyone does it. Very good company with good training. Lose 1 star for not paying employees enough. But still...

Wont allow anyone in thru garden entrance. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and still walking with a cane, so I asked for an exception since it would be difficult for me to walk all the way around. I was told no. I went home and called the store manager, he said they only allow the use of one entrance so they can limit the number of customers allowed in at one time. This is to allow space for social distancing. Great, Im fine with that. But the young lady guarding the garden entrance was not wearing a face covering, and the manager said it wasnt required. I guess its okay for them to pick and choose what they want to follow. Lowes is allowing people in the garden entrance, and the employees i saw had face covering on. Guess where i will be shopping from here on.

Thank you so much for saving my day after the washer died. Got a new one and back in business on the laundry.

This home Depot is pretty nice. If you get there off of peak hours its easy to find someone to help. They typically carry a great selection of many items I thought Id have to go to a specialty store to get. Its a big store, and if youre in a hurry ask something where what you want is. This has saved me a lot of time on many occasions.
