Kurt was very helpful. He helped me troubleshoot my dryer issue in the shop. He let me borrow his voltmeter to use at home and told me to drop it off when I was done with it. I didnt realize that he was cash/cheque only and didnt have cash on me. He gave me the part I needed and told me to just drop the money off later on. Very trusting. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. I dont know all of his price levels for different services, but he seems very down to earth and the prices seem reasonable. I will definitely be returning to Valley Appliance for any future needs I have.
