My car was here for body repair. I worked with Kenny who was always professional and kind, I wasn’t happy with my repair being delayed, but also understood it was through no fault of Kenny and his team. I was frustrated and expressed that and he listened, understood and apologized. This was my second time taking my car to this body shop and overall was pleased with the customer service and work on my car.I highly recommend!!! 😀

Batteries were replaced personally. Company offered, but was able to replace them instead of insurance. Insurance had it on sheet to replace, but I will research myself to see what happened.

Great service here. It was my first time having to take my car in to get the front bumper fixed, so I was very anxious, but I was put at ease immediately, from the moment I called them to set up an appointment.Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable. Giving information and filling out papers in their lobby was a breeze. Brian helped me and he was on top of things the whole time, calling me about updates, going through the details of the issues of the bumper, etc. After an appointment was set up, he was able to get the parts needed and got done with my car in the matter of 24 hours! I can’t thank them enough.

G&C is one of the local shops in AAAs Direct Repair Network and has very high ratings so I went with them. I am beyond satisfied with the service, the staff, the communication, the repair work, and the ease of facilitating drop-off/pick-up and the rental car assistance. This is hands down the best body shop I have ever used. They were extremely professional and helpful. Everything was explained well and the work was outstanding. The paint matches perfectly. I had an issue with my trim after the repair. They fixed the issue then ordered me a whole new part to keep it from happening again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good work and customer service.

I visited G & C a week or so ago to get a quote on fixing the front end of my vehicle. During my visit a rather large Caucasian service guy was rather smug and rude throughout our conversation. He even corrected my god child who is only 5 for not properly wearing her mask. My god child is slightly adhd and can be a handful sometimes... After I corrected him it sounded like he said a foul word under his breathe while walking away.. I understand there are mask rules and things are stressful from time to time but there are more professional ways to handle it especially with a toddler... I thought of contacting the BBB but I dont feel that a business should suffer for one rotten apple. I dont ever plan returning here. Smh...

Great customer service. Wait thats not all their works is just wonderful. I have used them twice, no I was not at fault, and just satisfyingly surprised with the repairs. Give them a go, when you need a little repair.

If you want your car back the first time and done correctly you will avoid this shop which took over 5 weeks to get my car back. The people are nice yes but i didn’t pay for nice people i paid for my car to be fixed properly the first time and $500 deductible. I then took it in a second time a couple weeks later because it was driving terrible the ABS light came on and was causing my steering to stiffen up then the traction control light came on which the steering got real loose plus they missed a section of my rear fender that had a huge gash in it and clearly needed the attention while it was in the shop the first time so they had it for 17 additional days to only get it back and they want me to pay again another $500 deductible for something thats just so absurd. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM FIX because i still feel unsafe driving my 2018 vehicle.

Excellent place to have your car repaired if you have the misfortune of needing this service. Brian was excellent to work with. He kept me informed of my cars progress and his interaction with my insurance company. Id give more stars but the limit is 5!

Do not use them. I gave them two chances to paint my car during repairs. After asking to fix body work scratches I am still left with multiple scratches, trash. and fisheyes in my paint.

This is my third car repair with G&C. I said I would refer friends and family, didn’t think I would be back so soon. I wouldn’t have picked any other shop to fix my car. Their amazing customer service brought me back!!! Brian & Harris & team are awesome.

Best experience Ive had with auto body repairs. Not knowing any body shops a friend told us about G&C. Called the office to see if we needed an appt. told to come in at our convenience, met with manager, James who was very pleasant, he explained the process, how much time involved and arranged the car rental details. The work done was great, completely satisfied. The staff at G&C are great, excellent customer service skills!!

My new Kia Rio was in a fender bender / hit & run. The left side was scratched and dented.I came in to G & C not really familiar with the auto body business. I was immediately consulted with Patrick and he gave me straight forward information on the total estimate, the time frame for repair, and the logistics of the rental.All-in-all, I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday at Lunch, was given a rental vehicle (at a minimal cost) at the same time. I received a voicemail two day later with an update.The following Wednesday the vehicle was ready for pickup. The body-part they replaced had to be painted and match the rest of the vehicles factory coat.It looks terrific!! Every time I approach my car I try and see if I can see anything they missed.Absolutely nothing hahaha. Its magic.Thank you for the great service and more importantly the great work your team at G & C Auto Body performed!!

Had an insurance claim that we did not end up pursing repairs for. But when getting the estimate and further options everybody at G & C was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the process, and had what I needed.
