Honestly the lovely lady who helped me was excellent she did everything in her power to help me, but her and I were both mislead by one of the financial advisors or whatever you call them and in the end I waited 3 and a half hours filed paperwork out only to be told I could get the truck I wanted so very badly and was turned away but the sales lady JENNA was wonderful and very helpful 5 stars for her⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2 thumbs down for mazda dealership of Vacaville 👎👎!!

Mazda of Vacaville service department is by far the best experience Ive ever had in my life and Brenda is such a amazing person. She is very personable and will treat you as an individual rather than just another customer. Our car had water damage and took it here right away. They gave us a loaner without hesitation and we actually ended up buying it from them! We got our car back and it ran like it was brand new. Highly recommend this place!
