I am a repeat customer but service I received today was so lacking. I was shocked I had to pay a deposit for tires never had before. Instead of explaining the rude person said well thats what it is now.REALLY. Not sure if it was a bad day or just really did not want to assist me. Doesnt matter there was no cause to be rude. Spending a lot money I expect an explanation on charges and why.

Its funny, while doing this survey I realized that none of #3 happened to me and in fact, that might be part of why I enjoyed this experience so much. I was welcomed the minute I stepped in and did not feel like I was pushed constantly to be upsold on anything which I appreciate. They did make sure to tell me that they would do a safety inspection for me, rotate the tires and I had my plate in the back window and they offered to install it for me. I have to tell you...EVERY person I encountered at this shop was polite and helpful. I felt I could trust them and that they had my best interest at heart. I drive nearly an hour to get to this location...and will again. I have already told others. This was the best experience I have had at a shop of any kind in years.

When getting an estimate I told them what I would be using my SUV for and what they recommend. Their recommendation was perfect, I love the Big O, Big Foot tires they sold me and they were a great price. Thanks you guys for the amazing alignment. My SUV handles better now than when I bought it!!! I will be getting all of my repairs done by them from now on!!!!

Kind of surprised by the question was I offered a free alignment ... I was offered a pay alignment and notified that there would be a charge associated with the assessment of whether one was needed. The service fees seems kinda of high a $100 to install two tires. Ill probably just purchase my next set of tires at SamsClub moving forward.Big O definitely knows the product and was kind enough to remove lugs locks for another $60. The service people seemed friendly enough but it was clear that they werent there to save me anything because there were no options or education shared towards that point.

I am very satisfied with their work.I brought my 28 motorhome in for 1 new tire. They jacked it up and put new tire on. Very reasonable pricing as well.

I trust Big O in Vacaville with my car. Ben and Tony always keep me informed on whats coming due on my car which helps me prepare financially. The mechanics are top notch. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

Bought set of 4 tires from them with added warranty.One of the tires was defective due to Radial Tire Pull. Ben Ly, the GM (or just manager), states its not defective (after admitting thats what the issue is) and I am not getting a new tire. Told him thats unethical and not right, so he asks me to leave the store. I have filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and Big O Tires Corporate.Last time me or my family will ever go here. Just go to Les Schwab. Itll save you time and money.

These guys are the best. I dont go anywhere else for my Jeep. Very helpful. For the quality of service and work done they cant be beat. I shop around when I have major repairs and have never found anyone able to match their price.

I stopped by with 2 tires with problems. They were able to fix the slow leak but the other had a damaged sidewall and they didnt have the tire in stock to warranty out. They were very helpful to find where I could go so I wouldnt have to wait until the next day. Very professional as I have come to expect from Big O.

Went to this store before traveling over three thousand + miles,to have my Saturn looked up and down, make sure I does not break down, and told the manager this. Problems started not two hours away in the snow, still cant believe he passed it to travel.
