I got the caramel ribbon crunch from here and they added a whole lot of caramel and more crunchies on the top than usual it was great, then the guy asked me what the highlight of my dad was it made me smile he was so happy 10/10 would recommend ✨✨

Usually takes forever in their drive thru compared to others but this last time was faster.

Everyone at this store is very nice I always enjoy coming here and getting my coffee.

Quick, right and friendly..

Drive-thru is somewhat slow. Sometimes the shots are burnt. This is just an average Starbucks. Sometimes they get it right, but sometimes they get it very wrong. I prefer the Starbucks on Alamo near the freeway.

My drink tasted like hot nonfat milk. It was supposed to be a triple grande mocha, extra hot, nonfat milk and light whipped cream. A bit disappointing for such an expensive drink. I dont recommend this store.

This is my favorite starbucks location in Vacaville! Top of the notch staff and customer service. Aaron and Christopher always take my order with much enthusiasm as well as making sure my drink is made properly. The place is also very big and clean which is great for me to do my homework at as a college student. Nothing but good things to say about this location!

Okay, okay, I am not part of the Starbucks nation. No, but I have stepped into one of their cafes. This has, however, left me in this permanent state of confusion. Each of their drinks is described as the perfect beverage, made with drops of ambrosia swirled with liquid gold. The only drink I have found with even a grain of gold is indeed the famous Chai Latte. Contrary to popular demand, the original is wonderfully much better then the pumpkin spiced variety. Cheers!

Coffee always good

Every time I come to this Starbucks it’s an insanely long wait and they act like it never happens when I get to the window. Save yourself some time, a lot of it, and find another one.

I mobile order from this place almost daily and the app says 3-8 minutes until the order is ready which I get is an ESTIMATE. But I live 10 minutes from the location and arrived today 15 minutes after I placed my order and it STILL wasn’t ready. I stood and waited there for about 7-8 minutes until it was ready. Staff was extremely rude and didn’t even care how inconvenient or rude they were. The staff was calling out names for every single other mobile order but my name was not called and the staff then proceeded to give my quite a bit of attitude after I asked how much longer until my order was made saying “Oh you mean the on just sitting here”. That is just down right rude. People order a head of time for a reason. Not to stand around an wait for their orders. I get the time on the app is an estimate but it took 20+ minutes for my order to be ready. Train the staff on what customer services is. I worked in the food service industry for 4 years and would never have spoken to someone that way.

This place was rocking this morning, packed. The staff handled it well and cranked out food and drinks quickly. Xavier the counter barista is so nice with lots of smiles. Great atmosphere. Nice and bright inside.

Lately the orders are made wrong and have tasted lousy. Im not sure what is going on but have been highly disappointed. Havent been back since the last time my co-worker went and brought back 2 lousy coffees. She was going to take them back but since we were at work already when we tasted them we just tossed them. I hope they start improving

Very nice. This is my weekend starbucks and they are all so welcoming .

Not only did the mobile app waste my time, but the girl who waited on me had no clue, the drink had not been started. To TOP it off, the manager came inside with a PUPPY, not a service animal, a PUPPY inside a store that serves food and beverage. It does not end there, the ENTIRE staff stopped what they were doing to pet the dog (while orders were waiting and not ready). Lets end it with no hand washing and poor service. This is sad and I will not ever come back. DOGS are not people and do not BELONG inside food areas unless they are service animals.

Since this is a newer Starbucks, there are not many regulars to take up the seating. Drive-through accessible. Outdoor seating with umbrellas.

A brand new Starbucks. The drive thru has a fancy digital ordering display, this is the first of its kind Ive seen. Coffee is as to he expected from this chain. Very consistently good.

The service is helpful and they are working real hard. Unfortunately with the Peabody Starbucks store closed for remodeling the line at this store is long. Feel sorry for the workers.

No matter how many of these chains they open in my town they are always crowed. The newest one has done a lot to decrease the wait time in the drive through over the past few months

I have always ordered from the passenger side and have had no problem with being heard, maybe the employee had to clarify my order but that’s about all of the issues I’ve had ordering from the passenger side. I visited this Starbucks tonight at 6:40pm and the girl working the drive through was disgustingly rude. She did not ask me to speak up but rather refused to take my order from the passenger side.I found this to be very rude and tried another Starbucks with a drive through where ordering from the passenger side was no problem. This lady needs to be talked to by her manager. If she is a manger, why? She does not appear to have any skills in customer service.

Drinks are always good. Even with mobile orders they can quickly fall behind. This place is very slow at getting drinks out. They need another barista floating all the time to help between drive thru and inside . Slow slow slow

The workers here are always nice, and even though there is pretty much always a line, they move very quickly to get you your order as fast as possible.

Went today at 520, two cars infront of us. Was in line for over 20 min/ drive though. Drinks were wrong, and didnt have time to fix them. Staff needs to pay attention more.

Worst survice I’ve experienced at Starbucks in a while. Five people behind the counter no line inside and about 4, maybe 5, cars in drive thru. I was standing at the counter waiting for 4 minuets before someone greeted me and took my order. When the young lady took my order I had to repeat myself 2 times before she got it right.I’m not sure maybe it’s me but 4 minuets to greet someone is not good survice. Greet me then say we will be right with you is what should have happened.Monday-Thursday I start my day at Starbucks but this is the last time I will stop at this one.

Mobile ordered 2 drinks at the same time, 5 min for one, 22 minutes for the other. Staff was unorganized and unaccomadating. When I told them I had another drink after the 1st came out, it still took them 17 minutes to crank it out because they put mine in the back of the drink line. And it came out crappy. I dont recommend this Sbux if theyre busy.
