Fantastic service. I needed one specific thing. The last one I was overwhelmed. She came to my rescue and away I was on my way back to the house.

I called this ulta to pick up an eyeshadow and have my husband pick it up. He had a long day at work and drove out of his way to pick it up. When he came they said there’s nothing on hold. And they went and checked the item and said well it must have been stolen. The people that work there don’t do their job. The person never put it on hold for me. What a liar and low life. These people are dumb. Don’t come here because they don’t so there job!

So I had an order that got held up or lost through OnTrac, I contacted OnTrac and Ulta on several different days when I realized something was wrong with the shipping. It just got delayed every day for over a week. Online searches yielded no reasons as to why it was just stuck. On OnTracs website you can look and see if there is any service alerts. There was none. It stayed in Hayward Ca and had no movement on my tracking at all.After 8 days Ulta re-shipped my order. I got it intact and in two days. So thank you Ulta for getting me my purchase!

Currently (during pandemic) the store is clean and follows all guidelines to help keep employees and customers safe. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely helpful. In fact the gal that works the Clinque area was so knowledgeable and such a joy we spoke for over 15mins. Although I do believe to keep the employees completely safe everyone should be online shopping and the staff should be safe at home, but since that is not the case I do wish them all the best in keeping themselves safe. P.s. if you ever have ANY questions you can ask anyone and they will spend ample time with you navigating the store or understanding products, from any brand. Love, love, love this place and staff!

I dont shop here but was doing a return for my wife. Fantastic customer service....even in the age of Covid.

I am deeply saddened as loyal customer of a Ulta Beauty. This location is notorious for racial profiling. The employees closely watch certain ethic groups to see if they are stealing. They also deny them entry into the store under the false pretense of counting customers under Covid-19 protocols. Any concerns that are voiced to management just fall onto deaf ears. Do not shop here if you are an person of color. Instead, try the location in Fairfield. They treat all customers the same even under covid-19 protocols.

Let me start with the good, the store is very clean and organized. I was also greeting as I walked in by a few employees. After I was able to find the items I wanted I checked out. At check out I showed the employee a coupon for 20% off, she then instructed me to look in my email for a better coupon that would give me more discounts. After looking in my inbox and junk I couldn’t find an email, she told me I should definitely have one and repeated my info back to make sure I was apart of the rewards the program and that my info was correct. Still couldn’t find the email, so I let the employee look to verify I never received an email. She then said that must have been a mistake and I must not look at my ulta emails enough (whatever that means) so that’s why I didn’t receive one. She also said she couldn’t honor it and that I needed to call Ulta. Really?? After telling me about the discount, confirming that all my info was correct, it was my fault? I was very disappointed that’s how she handled the situation when clearly I had no power over not receiving this discount email? I think Ulta needs to work on there customer service better and taking care of the customer (or honoring what the employee told me).

Love everything about this store. They even have beauty salons in the back section of Ulta stores and service is cheaper than regular salons. Staff is nice. Store is clean with great selection of beauty products. The best thing I love is the clean fragrance smell of the store it transforms you to a different place in your mind right when you set foot in the store.

I always get my hair done here or in Fairfield. They always do phenomenal job!

The people are nice and helpful. Theres a lot of choices to consider. I do wish they carried Hempz shampoo and conditioner and Clarins products in their store, not just online.

Love the products,but had HORRIBLE customer service when I came inside to pick up my order. The woman was some kind of management & was not only unpleasant,she was straight up rude. Not impressed at all.

I love the store for shopping they have everything! If you ever need help with anything in the prestige makeup area ask Nikki (short black hair with English accent) or Ethen (tall with beautiful makeup). They can answer any questions you might have. They both know what they’re doing and are very skilled in their trade. 🖤

Good atmosphere, I go there to get mens haircut and always leave satisfied. The cashiers are nice. Enjoy the music, I would recommend Andrea for hairdresser. She knows what shes always talking about and she enjoys helping customers out and recommending the best product. Be sure to get Andrea for any type of hair styling!

They do not enforce mask policy in the store . I shopped in there recently and saw employees interacting with people not wearing a mask, and they were not asking them to put one on. This is extremely selfish and dangerous and just frankly ignorant. I left the store because an employee asked me to move closer in line to a woman not wearing a mask, and seemed upset when I told her I was not going to move closer to her. On top of that, the staff and management is rude, unhelpful and it seems as though I am inconveniencing everyone when I ask a question or ask for advice. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The staff is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable at this store. I love shopping here. Ive never had a bad experience at any other Ulta store as well.

Clean, organized and great selection of just about everything. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. Only downside is the prices. DO NOT go in here unless you have a coupon of some sort. Everything I came across I could order online for a lot less. If you need it now then Ulta has it, if you can wait, Amazon has it for cheaper.

Ulta beauty in Vacaville its a great place to shop for your cosmetics, everyone is very helpful and eager to help you find what youre looking for.

This Ulta really needs to monitor their inventory. Overall, Ulta is a great place to buy almost all your beauty needs ( or wants ), but its frustrating when they are ALWAYS out of stock and I am forced to online order or hunt it down at another Ulta. With that said, the Ulta in ElDorado Pavillions is AMAZING. Never an inventory issue and always helpful.

Horrible staff. Had to wander around to find someone to help me. Waited 10 minutes for someone to get key for mens fragrance. Asked if they had any sample vials for another brand that I wasnt purchasing, clerk said she didnt know. Didnt bother to check. Not returning to this location.

Even with social distancing and no testers you can find what you need and staff is very helpful.

Ulta Beauty has some amazing products at great prices. I especially like being able to purchase my Murad skin care and Caviar hair care in the same place.

Great selection on Beauty products. I have got stuff for my hair, make up, and my perfume. Clean inside. I change my fragrance a lot so there selection is great for that.

None of the employees were on the floor, so my friend and I had to try to figure something out on our own. Which isnt a big deal but my Ulta back at home if I have a question they are right there ready to help, and I just wish this one would have had the same service.

Also, she gave me so many free samples! I find these samples not only helpful (to try out), but also so great for traveling with!

I visit this place every month and get everything I need, plus more. With the points and coupons they offer I really get a lot for my money... I think Im addicted!

Ladies: save your Ulta Rewards points!! Once you get to 2000 points they give you $125 to spend in the store for FREE! When they offer you to use your points for minor savings just say NO! Save your points so you reach 2000. I took my friend on a shopping spree thanks to my 2000 points!I love the Vacaville store compared to the Solano Mall store, Vacaville is always stocked well and the employees are very helpful. Solano Mall employees are just as helpful and friendly but the store is smaller and since its in the mall its low on stock sometimes and the samples are ruined at Solano Mall everytime. Remember ladies: save your points!

This place is like Disneyland for women!You are guaranteed to find something youll want to take home, the selection of products they have is on point.... So many things to see and one of my favorite things is that you can pretty much try anything before you buy it.

Had my makeup and hair done for my wedding and I felt like I belonged in a magazine. Camille and Jessica did an amazing job, Ill never forget how beautiful I felt on my wedding day.

The manager here is rude and only concerned with sales and numbers. The salon is dirty and they have terrible customer service. Do not go here. I wanted highlights and left laying almost $200 for no highlights and wet hair. Such a disappointment.

I was getting my haircut at a salon in Vacaville and I asked for a place to get my makeup and hair done as my son was getting married. One person in the salon said that she knew Ulta did makeup. So I scheduled an appointment for the day of wedding. Everyone was very polite at Ulta. Two persons were working on me, makeup and hair. The mirrors are a little too far to look up close to the makeup.As I looked in the mirror in my car I just about died. I couldnt believe how bad everything was. First the makeup was so thick on my face there were tons of layers, eyelashes were filled with powder, not black! The girl had put a line of silver glitter at the end, that was all over my cheek. All I could see was a face of a dead person in a coffin, thats exactly how my face looked!Hair-do was like Shirley Temple. I asked for big wavy curls! I was so disappointed!I was out by 11 am, got home washed my face 3 times with soap and twice with makeup remover and still wasnt able to get it all off. I finally did and I used my makeup and used my big curler and was ready in 30 mins.Horrible experience, I will never go there again, $31 for hair and $40 for makeup, money down the drain!Lesson learned, sometimes we learn the hard way!

As a platinum member, of all the Ulta stores Ive been to, this store was a disappointment to me. My family and I came here from out of town and I wanted to purchase some makeup for my mom since she was with me. My mother doesnt wear makeup. Shes never had to buy foundation. So, we dont know what foundation would match her skin tone. Since shes always used Cliniques skin care products, we decided to try their foundation out first.Now, the place wasnt as busy at the time we were there, but I noticed a group of employees crowding the area near Clinique, Too Faced, and Urban Decay. Although there were about 6-7 of them just chit-chatting, none of them asked if we needed help and Ive always been asked from the other Ulta stores Ive been to. Some of them kept looking at us, but still, no one bothered to ask if we needed help. I had to ask the guy that was part of the crowd if someone could help us find the foundation that would best fit my mothers skin tone. We waited. He didnt come back to let us know the person from the Clinique department will be on her way. After minutes of waiting I tried grabbing the guys attention to see if the lady was on her way or not, and he said shes at the back she should be there any minute. 15 minutes later, she still hasnt came. I dont see why the 6-7 group of people werent capable of helping us out.This is my first time writing a review. I never had to write one, but this store showed me what bad customer service is like. I was so happy to have my mom finally with me so I can spoil her for Mothers day. I left this store with such disappointment and will never be coming back again.

I was replacing makeup I lost in the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA Michelle at the Vacaville store not only helped me find what I needed but gave me countless samples to try and a bag to put everything in.

Staff is always very helpful!! They dont always have everything in stock and dont know whats coming in future shipments, but other than that, its my candy store.

Benefit is known for their unique brow mapping technique this give the client the perfect eyebrow shape for their face. Also, Brow mapping is a way for arch expert to communicate with their client what they are going to wax before starting the service.
