This is a good place to purchase your prescription medications. A waiting period was under 30 minutes. While i was shopping, the medication was made. After receiving a message from a pharmacist, i was ready to pick it up. The price was low. Recomend!!!

Typical Costco. Well stocked, good prices, clean, and efficient. Love how well lit their stores are. I didn’t realize there’s a station to fill & check your tire air pressure by the garage. Nice. Love Costco. Will be back.

The floral omg just amazing I am so impressed with my graduation flowers I order the bundle of fifty and just wow so beautiful I did get the wrong colors but it’s okay hot pink is just as pretty as the red would of been I’m so happy with the 50 bundle for 39.99 best deal ever and amazing care an packaging is very secure I love them an thank you thank you even with purchasing them on the 31st and it now being June 3 they’re so beautiful and healthy and I am obsessed will be buying again

I love their counter service as well as pizza place, efficient, quick and professional. The contents of said warehouse are amazingly big, family oriented; the clothes as well as electronics are satisfyingly varied, fits customer needs in every season.

We usually shop at the Fairfield Costco, I think weve gone to this one maybe 4 times, and they have been the 4 worst Costco runs of my life!!! From the greeter/card checker with so much attitude! My 4 year old daughter had to use the RR and I had a to change my sons diaper so they had my husband wait there holding up the line for me to come out of the RR for the cashier to accept the transaction, because it wasnt his card we were using, they have never done this at any other Costco!! This prompted them to put a block on my card which I had to make the fourth and final trip there to get it removed they said they removed it, but they did not! They do not carry the Costco badge with the same helpful demeanor as all the other Costcos we have had the pleasure of shopping at.

I love that they carry basically the same items in all Costcos. They also have seasonal items like the couple of dressed up skeletons for Halloween that I show in my photo.Sometimes Costcos carries regional items like in Hawaii they carry lots of different Hawaiin foods like crispy fish skins and poke.We stopped here to get gas-- which typically has the lowest prices. I went in the main store to get their eggs.

Optical department was awesome! James was super friendly and extremely helpful with my ordering new eyeglasses. Picked up new eyeglasses today. James fitted for me perfectly. James is what customer service is all about. Thank you!

Hey there...I just joined Costco about 2 weeks ago, thanks to a very persuasive young lady named Amy Noel! She escorted me around the store and explained all the extras and sales that Costco offers. I would recommend this store, not only for their exceptional customer service ( thank you Amy Noel), but, for the great offers and deals that are offered....

Always love shopping at Costco especially when they occasionally carry brands products which has a special price. This Costco is clean and neat inside. Staff are nice and very helpful. Returning items is easy and you can even have the price adjusted on an item which you previously bought but is now on sale.

Costco is hit or miss. They have great prices on a ton of stuff, but then some of their stuff is more expensive than elsewhere. Its also always busy, quick in and outs a hard for small trips. Expect to spend time there. Great price on gas, but depending on the time of day it can be no wait to 30 minutes. Upset they took the polish sausage dogs and supreme pizza away from the food court.

My third visit and I find Costco is a great unique place to shop. Everything you may want, Costco got it. Its a all-in-place to shop; bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, food, alcohol beverages, bake shop, tires, and fast food eaterie, ice-cream.. you name it, they got it. My place to shop.. Thank yiu

I love the store, great prices on many things, produce when in season is excellent and fair price. Pizza is anice cheap treat. Early morning is best for me, in and out, no lines.

Its easy to forget that Costco carries more than sheet cakes, muffins, fruit,, fruit of the looms and wine. They have a really well stocked pharmacy and drug section as well. The items are in stock and priced right. I walked in, got what I needed, paid at the pharmacy and went home. So grateful for that service.

I came here only for the food court and $1.50 hot dog soda and chicken bake..store im sure is just like any other Costco..But the food court is always clean, the staff is fast fast and polite...I always stop here on my way home whenever Im in the bay area because I know I want a hot dog and I know ill be in and out quick.

Usually have positive experiences here and there are many good employees that are helpful, friendly and efficient. My 2 star rating comes from an experience last year where my cat got caught in the mechanism of a motorized sofa that had recently been purchased from this Costco. Even though I had pictures and the pieces of the mechanism that we had to SAWZALL apart to free our pet, the manager did not seem to take it seriously and was pretty unhelpful. It was disappointing and I expected better from Costco.

Costco used to be a good place. But somewhere along the line they stopped carrying. They almost never box your goods and if you ask for stuff from the food court at the checkout and they dont have the paper with the scan codes they have no problem telling you to go order at the food court.

This Costco usually has lots of extra goodies some others don’t. It’s a nice big store - friendly staff! Produce has always been fresh .

Costco is the best place for just about everything. Got new tires today. Been buying tires for all my cars for over 25 years, would never buy them at any other place! Warranty and service after the sale are great.

I always love going to Costco.I always take my time shopping here, I literally go to every aisle to make sure I get what I needed 😌Selection and pricing is very competitive and some are definitely cheaper than others and you get more for you buck 😉

The optometry service here is amazing, I save money and I get better service and a better product whats not to love

As Costcos go, this one is pretty nice. Inside this Costco was not crowded and was unusually clean for a Costco.We primarily stopped here for the gas station though, which was VERY crowded. I think this gas station is oversubscribed so I think that there will nearly always be a wait to fill up.

Still great stuff at Costco. Its good to see self-checkout for when you only have a few items. Produce is the best here and I just found out Zyrtec-d is 19.99, so 4-5 buck cheaper than everywhere else.

Visited Vacaville Costco. I think they have a better variety of items, than the Costco in Fairfield. The clerks were so friendly.

I had a issue with a rude employee in Vacaville..nasty individual...but Costco made it right after I lost alot of cash...so when my gf birthday came last wk I dropped 2k on some earring at sams club instead..

Clean place to shop. No mask no enter. Dedicated to stop the pread nof Covid-19. Sanitozers given at entrance. All employees have masks. Restrooms are outfitted with plexy glass for Covid-19 prevention.

Fairfield Suisun location Nice

I was very dissatisfied in my experience at the end. I had my service dog (along with his cards) and everything was fine when I went in. Everyone was helpful and sweet. As I was walking to the line to pay the manager on site (I think his name is Danny) walked to me aggressively saying my dog had peed and was not allowed! My dog was in my site the whole time and we were rushing so we hadnt stopped at all! I was with my brother so the manager asked us to leave! I had 300+ worth of stuff so I wasnt just going to leave it, my brother stepped out and legally a service dog is allowed where I am, because of my health issues is the reason why I have him with me. He is trained to wake me up if anything happens to me and I will not be returning to this Costco.

Costco Vac-cop-ville has lots of floor space and gets specialty food and dry goods items the other adjecently located Costco Warehouses dont have---thats why this one gets zooed out on weekends too. Costcos buyers find us the best quality at the best price possible competing well within markets. Some have speculated Costco will be a business failure as its customer base is demographically baby boomer generation and not so millennial. I believe Costco will survive, thrive and adapt like Delta Airlines.

Everything you could ever want and more! Always in bulk, always saving money, tons of organic produce—> Costco could work on reducing the amount of plastic here and there and use other alternatives.. but all in all, I love it. Also I save on gas pretty much every time I fill up!

Food court stopped providing straws without notice. Kinda hard to have kids drink fruit smoothy without it. Disappointing.

The best place to shop is costco. Its is busy here but one always spend on average of 60 minutes here. The lines on customer service is huge.

The pizza is really good for the price.

Always crowded but can easily get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Staff is helpful and always around to ask a question to. Great choices but I feel like they change brands and whats available too quickly or too often.

Gas station was easy in and out. Quick. Also I enjoy the different 4packs of beer that different locations carry.

Everyone is very helpful to there customers at this location. I just wish that they had more Keto friendly items here.

On 4/10/21 @ 10:41am. I had 1 purchase. The cashier James P was very professional and kind. But I was approached by the manager that put his finger in my face and started demanding that I didnt use the appropriate card to his liking. He should never be working with the public and was very rude. He also startled me by his actions that I fumbled and dropped my phone onto the concrete floor. My phone was not damaged in any way.

Shelves are always stocked. Restrooms are kept clean.

Found some vitamin water here. Been looking for it . They were out at the one by my work . Sometimes you find things at another Costco . Glad we stop here today .

This Costco is kinda small to me .I love Costco its always fun to shop there they have bulk chicken wings and so much other goodies .

Always busy. Unfortunately Costco is constantly changing products, brands and things that you learn to lve are gone. You go in for something as simple as frozen French fries and they have none. Nor could any employee help direct me if they were in stock.

Great store with friendly staff. Typical Costco products they cater to the area. I do like Arden store for some higher end beer and wine and a few other products. But some stores Cary other products I need so if in the area Ill go to either on. People always seem to line up for the chicken.

My first time going to Costco in a few years.. they have SO much stuff I could shop for hours..The customer service could use some work but its understandable with all the unpleasant people that shop there.Someone hit me with a cart and didnt apologize or anything.. I offered to help an old lady put a flat of water in her cart after watching her struggle and she was not nice telling me NO.. I was just trying to be friendly but this is not the place to do that..

Overall staff is good throughout the store, but every time I go to the food court some people are rushing you away and acting like they hate their Job. Unfortunately my kids have to have the grease drenched pizza or hot dog on the way out, and I’m forced to buy some on every trip. To top it off when I simply ask for some condiments for the pizza or hot Dog they look at me like I just slapped their Mom! Not the best way to end your trip after spending $300 dollars plus every time I go to Costco.

Always great deals. Produce and meat are great buys here. The only thing lacking is customer service. Not sure why customer service is not something that’s more honored in such a popular store like this one.I always aim to be respectful but the (forgot his name) white cashier dude with cornrows had a bad attitude for really no reason. I can tell he was saying stuff under his mask, looked completely annoyed and acted like me ordering food at the end was SUCH a burden on him. Maybe his cornrow braids were too tight.Customers are needed for a business to be successful yet treated with such a dismissive, unwelcoming attitude. Strange.

Costco is Costco, you love it or you dont. I do! You can always find good quality products at good prices and even better prices when discounted. You also almost always get more than what you pay for. Unfortunately, good luck leaving with spending under $100. Even when Im going for one thing I end up leaving woth more. Go in with blinders if you need to.

The deals are great, and normally service is okay. But the food area service needs work. Its not hard to make two kinds of pizzas and a hotdog. I used to work in food service with rushes lasting for the entire day. They were rude. They gave me, my family, and all the other customers a hard time. Youre better off ordering pizza or hotdogs somewhere else.

8/25/20: My favorite Costco. Rarely busy inside or at the gas station. Polite staff. Since this store is near Travis, there are many military family shoppers. I think theyre nice, & I have alot of respect for them. They protect our country! 8/24/21: I love the ease of this Costco.
