I initially came in to this GNC location on 4/22/21 to return some products that I did not enjoy. When attempting to return, I was told due to COVID, I could not return open products. I then questioned when this policy began and was told by the male associate that it has been going on since COVID began. After doing research on GNC’s website and reviewing their return policy, I noticed that there was no indication of a change In return policy due to COVID. I took it a step further and spoke with a live representative on the GNC website. This representative also validated that there have been no changes to their return policy and that the employee should have honored the return. Furthermore she gave me an “exception code” 01441525 to present In the case the I get pushback again regarding the return. Today 4/23/21, I decide to go to the same location that denied me to return the products. It was the same male employee there as last time. The first thing that he said when at the counter was, “weren’t you here yesterday” to which I responded “yes”. He attempted to cite COVID, and pointed at an apparent word document that I have attached below stating due to this policy .... we cannot accept it. I then stated I spoke with corporate and told him their store policy was incorrect. He went on to say okay I will return these items for you, but our store policy is no returns due to COVID. He then examines the receipts and states you didn’t buy them here. I told him it doesn’t matter as long as I bought at a GNC.I’ve been shopping at GNC for over 8 years, they have now lost a costumer in me due to this store and their made up policies that obviously go against GNC Coorporate policies. Avoid this store...

The lady I talked to was Aarti she was super informative, extremely courteous, and gave me outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help me get the proper information that I needed to help with my excessive sweating i get from a different medication i hope she sees this review so she can know how much I appreciate her and her knowledge of products to help me with my inquiry keep up the great work your amazing at your job I will most definitely be leaving positive reviews on other blogs as well

They have every supplement Ive gone looking for, and theyre usually by one get one free. helpful staff, they are pretty knowledgeable. if they dont know, they have a HUGE book they consult.
