Clean and well organized store. Excellent customer service. Employees are helpful, kind, and look happy. They are open later than most vitamin/supplement stores so they always get my business.

The employee s made up false negative comments..accused me of comments I never made..after shopping there for years.Bad!!

So helpful. I live in Suisun and went to a vitamin store near me. They had no interest in helping.But left with everything we needed from this vitamin shoppe.

It wasnt so pleasant of an experience for me today. The manager was very condescending and was very defensive from the jump I think the both of them are new because Ive never seen either of them before. The young woman who was there working was rude and not very customer service friendly. She said some things that rubbed me the wrong way and it was very offensive which really makes me sad because Ive been coming to this store for years now and never had a problem before. It may be my last visit after this last experience very distasteful in my opinion. They obviously dont care about repeat business.

I like this place better than GNC. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable.

I had called prior to going and when I got there they remembered me and took the time to help me locate the item instead of just pointing in the direction of the isle. Good store layout to find what you need
