I got a puncture in my rear tire a few days, tire only had 1200 miles on it. I’ve called around to 4 Harley dealers, every cycle gear within 75 miles of me and a couple other shops-all of them said the same thing-“there’s a tire shortage, if we can get it, it’ll be 2-3 weeks out”. My bikes my commuter, I ride daily, I can’t be down that long. I was about to just go buy a new matching set of something else when a good friend suggested Vacaville V-twin. Had I called them back earlier in the day, they would have had for me tomorrow, so it’ll be the day after. That’s the best damn thing I’ve heard in a while. I’ll update this after I’ve gone in and got the new tire installed, but I doubt it’s going to be lower than 5 stars.

Worse to get a hold of. Went to the shop, Called multiple times to just get a quote, and apparently there is only 1 person that can do that, left messages, never got a call back...called again amd was told another person could help me, got put on hold tonwait for the person, they got on the phone, and after explaining what I wanted a quote on, I was told to call back on Monday and talk to the other person....what a joke.

Sam from Vacaville V twin Inc happen to be riding by me when I had broke down on my 20 RG Limited. Not only did he stop and assist. He came back with tools in hand to put me on the road again. They have some killer bikes for sale. And, the service department is awesome! One of the mechanics is a good friend of mine. Rocky Maclachlan Sr. Been a school trained Harley mechanic over 40 years. Hes very good. Sam seems nice and professional too. I would recommend V Twin to everyone!
