This was an option when moving to Valdosta...rent to own had never been something I wanted to try but decided to try. Although this location gives the appearance of a customer friendly atmosphere, it does not focus on customer service. Quality is not what they are about especially if something goes wrong with your purchase. I can definitely say that some businesses do not provide that quality customer service like they may state. For me, those interactions with the store employees say a lot about the kind of management and staff working in that location.

I asked if they can work with me until I got paid I even tried to pay them with an electronic check they refused my method of payment and then they harassed me my family my husband over $121 dollars!!!!! I have paid of 4 accounts with rent a center in Florida and never had to deal with this issue before. The harassment was ridiculous I will never recommend rent a center to anyone ever again. I just moved to Valdosta and they made my experience with getting furniture horrible! I wish I can give them no stars

In the beginning they were willing to work with me. I didnt really have any problems. When my mother in law got sick and I had to start financing weekly trips for my partner to see her, things changed. They became rude, unwilling to work with me, and eventually came to pick up the stuff. I am not sure if I will even continue with them, just because of the negative experience. Its a shame, because I used to recommend them to all my friends.Valencia at that store is completely rude. She is very unprofessional.

Very Very unhappy The manager and some of the employees were very disrespectful and I am on Workers compensation and I ask them to work with me and they would not I will not ever go back here anymore and I will let everyone know to not go there very unhappy

Great place to purchase the products you need. Everyone acknowledged me with professional yet out going customer service, I felt like a friend not just another customer. Also they made sure I was protected agaisnt the Covid by requiring all who enter to wear a mask and Maintian distance which made for a great experience. I ve got mostly all of my furniture from Rent-A-Center but lately when you go into the store, they never have anything inside the actual store. I dont know if its because of COVID-19 or what. You can look online, pick something, and they contact you thinking that the items are in the store WHEN THEYRE NOT!!!!!!!!!!. I asked myself why would she call me to come up here and theres nothing here? I am looking to do my business somewhere else.

Mrs.Amanda is so wonderful I love her customer service so much I been shopping with rent a center for like 10 years every time I come in she had a wonderful sprit me and my kids love her so much!

Terry & Misty were absolutely exceptional! I came in to look at purchasing a new phone and Terry completely updated mine. He took so much time with me to update my current one so that I wouldnt necessarily have to purchase a new one. When I am ready I will be back to purchase from him.

The rent a center on north Ashley street everyone is rude even the manager thought I was getting a new phone turn out it was used and still charge me the new phone price. Couple more payment on this phone and Im through never going 2 use them ever again you should avoid this place at all cost

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I can accept them charging twice what their merchandise is worth, but they charged my mothers account TWICE after they picked up her washer and dryer. Now she is facing multiple overdraft charges on a fixed income. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who cant defend themselves!!!!!
