My Grandma got stuck in Valdosta with a flat time & all of us 40+ minutes away from her. Kenda Truck Center was the only shop in the area eager to help her with her flat tire and even advised her on what to do from here. Couldn’t ask for better, more professional, timely service! Thankful I could trust that my loved one was in good hands since we couldn’t be there to help ourselves!

These guys will get you going again. Had to use them twice - once they changed a carrier bearing on the side of the interstate at 1am and the second time they drove from valdosta ga to Tallahassee FL to pick up 2 Air Bags and only charged me $100.00 delivery fee.Absolutely awesome Service!

They advertise that they are 24/7 and when I was released from jail I had to come get my car nobody nowhere!!! But they sure was open when police towed my car!!I was so upset after long drive which is no ones fault but ours in this situation! My 21 yr old daughter was arrested for suspended license coming from a trip with family in Miami. So she was alone and scared so after the jail experience it was time to get car out of impound it was 5am but the officers told my daughter that Kenda would be open because they are 24/hrs. So we proceed to get car. I spoke to staff day before I came because I knew it was holiday and I didn’t want to be stuck until Tuesday unprepared! So nobody was to be found and no one answered the many numbers that I had available so our bad situation got worse! So after one of staff was rude to me I felt even worse! But staff member came to door and he was very friendly and helpful. Even beyond what he was “required” to do! He was compassionate and understanding that we were out of town and he worked with us!The staff member that was rude reached out and apologized for not being the most happiest person at 5 am on a Sunday morning! I realized just like I was going thru a small crisis maybe she was too and she even allowed me to explain my frustration and she was very sympathetic! So I just want to say thank you! I changed my review to 5 star! I just hope we can try to look outside our own crisis to be a blessing to someone else having a small crisis too! I’m satisfied customer!

For a second time in 6 months I needed a repair of my semi truck and for a sedcond time I have only the best feelings and words for the men and women in this center. They are willing to do what many other shops will not. They will travel hundreds of miles to get your stalled truck and tow you to the shop, or to get the needed parts, so will be rolling in your truck on the road as soon as possible. Good people, great professionals and reasonable businessmen.

Very unprofessional more than half the reviews are made up by the company. Just look at the profiles and you will see. They give bad reviews to their competitors. Who ever is doing that needs to grow up.

What to do when your turbo goes out. I found Kenda Truck Center of Georgia. They were able to get me a turbo for my Freightliner at a reasonable price. They speak Spanish so I was able to speak with no problems. You dont find that in a lot of shops. The cost of the labor was not bad. Thanks guys. I will be back when I am in the area with a problem.

This one the best place on the I 75 exit number 11. I was at the TA and I was told a 4 hour wait. When I called them they’re told me come right on in and got me right out. Louis was a great tech and right on point. Virginia was also a great tech they know they stuff. Please check them out forget the the TA our Petro.

Where do you find a company to repair your refrigerated unit in the middle of no where? You find Kenda Truck Center Thats what we did and it did not take long before they found the problem (a belt) and get me going. Thanks again guys.

I took a group of athletes to a track and field meet. One of the belts broke. I could not tell which belt. The mechanic came out to the field and fixed the belt and I was ready to go before the meeting was over. Reasonable price. Great service to the community of truckers.

The guys that worked here were awesome. They picked me up when I had a U-Haul breakdown and were amazing!

My reefer would not stay running. I was loaded with corn. It has to stay at a certain temperature, with ice or the husk turns brown. Who wants brown corn? I went to Kenda Truck Center of Georgia. The tech was on the job in no time, had it diagnosed, and fixed in a timely manner. I was on my way and made a timely delivery with green husk. Boy was I glad.

My diesel pickup truck started giving me problems. They came to me and towed the truck to their shop. I was able to get back on the road because of the great help that they gave me. They feed me lunch while I was waiting on the repair. They are a great, knowledgeable and friendly group of people. They did not charge an outrageous amount of money.

Had tire trouble. I limped my truck to this shop. The young lady wrote my work order up was very polite and Professional. The tech was very good had my tired changed and had me rolling in no time! I will definitely be back.

My hinges broke off of my trailer door. I called several repair shops and could not find anyone that could help me. Finally I called Kenda Truck Center. They were able to get the door back on and the hinges were replaced so I could get back on the road. Thanks for your help in keeping me rolling.

Called them out to do a tire repair they gave me an hour ETA after calling them multiple times they finally got there 2 hours later and then charged me a some mileage fee when they were only 2 miles away. I will never deal with these scammers ever again.

My truck was making a loud noise. I stopped and called some repair shops, This shop answered and was very helpful. They had a quick response time. I was thinking it was my transmission. and come to find out my rear end came apart inside. They towed my combination for a very reasonable rate and had me up and running again with in 48 hours. My load still delivered on time. Thank you Kenda Truck Center of GA. I will be a return customer one day.

What an amazing Truck Repair shop! I blew a steer tire on I-75 NB between mile marker 11-13. Gave this shop a call had me up and going with in hour and half. They had rims and tires that are at a very reasonable rate. I would call this shop back in a heart beat... Keep the good work at keeping America rolling with these Electronic log books we cant afford to be down along time on the side of road.

Got a quote on a tire replace and eta. They never showed up. After more than 2 hour beyond eta, was finally able to get someone on the phone only to inform me they werent sure when they could get my tire changed. Beware.

Broke down on I - 75 on a Sunday afternoon. After dealing with my roadside service company for four hourswith no progress in securing a tow, I was given ok by roadside service company to secure my own tow.I found Kenda on the internet . Within 15 minutes after calling Kenda I received a call informing me that thetow was on the way. Kenda worked fast and with care in securing my 40 foot Motorhome for the 50 plus mile tow to their shop . Kenda actually started working on my RV that night in order to order parts and get me back on the road. Excellent service, very friendly family owned business . My reefer went down at 3 AM in Valdosta GA, This shop was the only shop that answered the phone at that time. I was loaded with a frozen load. They were able to repair my Thermo King unit and my temp never rose above 32. They were fast and knowledgeable and we able to communicate with my driver who is more fluent in Spanish. I would recommend this shop to any one.

Good job working on my motor

My truck was making a noise and I was very close to the Pilot in Valdosta GA. The tech at Pilot told me they werent sure what it was. I searched for a repair shop and found Kenda Truck Center. The tech came out to the Pilot and told me it was the synchronizer in the Transmission. He was able to tell me how to drive the truck so that I could make it to his shop. I went in on the 10th of April and was out on the 12th. They did an awesome job. They are very knowledgeable people. They were able to shuttle me to a hotel that was close to restaurants. I would not be afraid to use them anytime I am in the Valdosta area. for any work on transmissions or engines.

I called another Shop and asked if they had a V pod they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about I called Kenda Truck Center of Georgia and told him I needed a V pod They told me to come right and they had one on the shell a put it on and had me go on the same day and fix my problem we can’t little bit smarter than the other shops
