Food was bland. A bit plain to me. Taste like cardboard!!I took one bite and asked for a refund and they said they can only remake it W*F?? Why would I want you to remake the same terrible sandwich?? I just threw it away and never went bk.

Ive been visiting this Einsteins locations for some years now, and rarely have I had any issues. I tend to make some adjustments when it comes to what I choose to order, and the staff members are always willing to accommodate my requests. Food is always enjoyable, and its always a great experience for me when I visit.

You dont have to be Einstein to realize $7 is a ripoff for a bagel and small coffee. If it was super fresh it might be easier to justify, but that doesnt seem to be a priority here. Staff is indifferent. Maybe if youre hungry and already at VSU, but I wouldnt go out of my way. Dont forget to ask them to warm up your bagel...

Little pricey but the food and service is great

Manager is a sweet lady. She always remembers what I like to order. Their Nova Lox is amazing! Try it.

Went to the Einstein’s on North Campus at VSU, and I’ve had it with the rude attitude from the employees. I will not be buying food from that location again. I went to pay and was told that the VSU cards weren’t working, which is fine, but the lady’s exact words were, “cards aren’t working today, which I just told you.” Maybe she told the girl in front of me, but I didn’t hear it, and I’m done.

Good food (bagels) and the staff is friendly. Its on VSU campus so its convenient for students but is generally crowded.
