We went to buy a bed and a mattress for our daughter and paid $1,058, my husband picked it up and when he was about to put the bed together we noticed the headboard was cracked in the back and not only that, the entire bed had mold on it (headboard, footboard, rails). We called right away and they told us we could take the one on the floor, We checked it and it had mold on it as well, so then they told us to pick something else or to take the moldy one because they didn’t think it was mold, they really expected me to get a moldy bed for my 3y/o. I didn’t like anything else and at that point the entire staff started to be really rude as if I was asking for free furniture. Now they refuse to refund me and now I have to wait God knows how many weeks to get the bed let’s hope this time it isn’t moldy, honestly it feels like they stole our money. These people are crooks. Stay away from them bad customer service and moldy furniture. They said it was dust but dust isn’t green and spotty.It seems like they always have an excuse for their unprofessional behavior. The amount listed above is the total we paid for a mattress, box spring and moldy bed. Yes, they refunded the money for the bed, the $499 plus tax the next morning. They could have made the refund that same day but their excuse was they “don’t make refunds”. They were being rude, making faces, and the lady that sold us the bed even rolled her eyes.If they only used their time and energy on making customers happy instead of wasting it responding to the reviews, they wouldn’t have bad reviews to begin with. And the so called manager was the one trying to pass the MOLD as dust. BUYER BEWARE.

We were given a mattress that was extremely hard not anywhere near the one we saw. Hard like a rock. When complained manager, needs customer service skills. For her bad attitude Id never go back. very rude. We were told 3 months ago her store area rep was speaking to the manufacturer.But she said shed call. Never did. But we got with a rep frommanufacturer and they said it was not the right one so they took care of us .Love the one I chose and had to get treated right by the manufacture lm getting my new furniture and electric fire place at farmers. Lowest price or it’s free is a lie. Need to take down the sign if ur not going to honor it.Adding: your tags say this under the price listed.... Your sign should say lowest price guaranteed if your not going to give anything away for free no matter what, because anyone can go a dollar short verbally which therefore means you had no intention of giving anything away which therefore is false advertising.

One star is one too many, trust me on this one. What the run around we are being given since we bought our mattress from these crooks. The story is never the same, they up sell you on low quality items (How about that $65 mattress protector. Gotta have it or your warranty will be void. Box springs? We dont have those. Out of style; but here is a nice $200 steel frame we will deliver and setup for you). Next thing you know, the mattress shows up: hard as a rock; completely different than the one in the show room. We have been trying to get it swapped for 8 weeks now. Ken the manager is useless; the sales guys gives us sob stories about having to come out of pocket personally (So you are a single dad or happily married by the way? Seems the story changes when you speak to my wife or I). Stay away form this store. You will save yourself both money patience and a lot of aggravation. I dont write many reviews but I feel people should know what they are up against with these guys. STAY AWAY.

This is the second time we shopped here and I wouldnt hesitate to do it again! The sales lady was great, no pressure. She asked me what I was looking for, I told her exactly what I wanted and the price range and she immediately took me to the stock that I was looking for. They even let me in before the actual time the store opened. They have a great selection and even better prices!

I purchased a living suit from there after a couple of weeks the sofas started sagging. The was cushions was flat. It looked like it was years old instead of weeks. I contacted them and they said there was no warranty. I was not happy and after talking to them a couple of times and sending pictures, they said that furniture company said that the set I got was a defect. They said they would give me another set. I asked if I could just get my money back because I was scared that the same thing would happen with this new set. They said no. That pretty much my only option was to come get the new set, but that I could not get it replaced if it did the same thing as the other one.. After a couple of weeks with the new set it started doing the same as the other one..Now 2 months later it looks horrible and needs to be replaced... total waste of $800

Ashley has abundant knowledge of mattresses....in depth field. He was always friendly, helpful, even when only looking around. He spent alot of time with us b4 we bought. No high pressure sales as with some other furniture stores. Thanks.

We just got done in the store. We looked around about every part of the store. We were looking to possibly buy since my husband and I are moving soon. No one asked how we were when we walked in and no one said one word to us while we were there. People who worked there walked right by us and said not one word. People walked in after us and they went to help them and didn’t come to us. Kind of sucks because I liked some of the furniture. Won’t be going back. I’ll just take my money elsewhere, not that it matters to them.Edit: I see the owner responded to my post. FYI: No one spoke to us. NO ONE. Trust me and I still remember. Horrible customer service to say the least. We purchased a sofa and a king mattress for a total purchase of over $1,000 and opted for home delivery. The sofa suffered some damages during delivery time for their handling and we notified the delivery boys right away. After talking to the store, we were told to send some pics. Then they said they could not do anything for the damage! We already paid $50 for the delivery, then the damage happened because of them, and then when I asked them to fix it, they said best they can do is fix with some black markers and even that would cost another $25. Ridiculous! Not going to shop from them again in the future.

I ordered a mattress that they did not have in stock so it had to be delivered. I had a rooms to go bedroom set coming in the next week. The person helping with my purchase told me to set the delivery for the same day so I wouldnt have the mattress sitting around, so I scheduled it that morning. When my rooms 2 go order came in I waited all day for the mattress. I finally decided to call to inquire on the mattress and was told the truck broke down and I didnt get a call because of that. I requested my money back and was told they do not do returns on deliveries. Person on the phone said things happened and I would have to wait. My pregnant fiance had to sleep on the couch for five nights and they seemed okay with it. Poor communication and poor customer service. Stay away.

Yes, the furniture and everything else they have to offer is nice but the attitude? HORRIBLE. Im a paying customer and I was completely ignored by everyone around me except one young lady actually trying to help me. My friends warned me that they dont take to kindly to black people but I really needed a decent mattress. They definitely couldnt of cared less about me nor my purchase. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

First furniture store I went and no one tried to see if they could help!!! We walked around about 10 minutes without any type of customer service!!! A lady finally came to ask if we needed help as we were going out the door!!! Some of our party had already reached their car and was getting in!!!

Great place, great prices, ask for James he will talk to you and help you pick out the right piece of furniture and wont make you feel uncomfortable. Ive bought a bed and couch from him and will be back to buy more.
