We purchased our home in April 2021 and found this little store. We were happy with the products they offered so we ordered a couch, dinning room set and bedroom room set and were told everything was in stock and could be delivered May 14th. Delivery day came and we were told that two pieces of our bedroom furniture were missing by the delivery guy, the store salesman or manager never reached out to us. We called and were told that the mirror for the dresser in the bedroom was not included even though the salesmen said it was, we werent sure we wanted it at first when we were in the store but when he told us it was included in the dresser price we told him we would like both the dresser and the mirror. He even went up to the front desk to verify it was included and then confirmed it with us but on delivery day when I called he said that it wasnt included. I was then told that my bedroom night stand was on back order. The salesmen said oh, sorry its on back order and coming from Vietnam, so it could be awhile Fast forward to today over 1 month later I had to reach out for a status because again the store is not reaching out to me or providing updates just to be told that my furniture might be here in September. I am very disappointed on how this was handled, and how the staff doesnt seem to care. No compensation or apology was offered. I highly recommend you be very cautious if purchasing anything from here. Verify your items are in stock and that you will receive all items you are expecting and I also recommend you do this more then once because we were lied too and now our room looks unbalanced. Very disappointing after spending so much money in this store and being treated this way.
They are the best in the business even in these times of covid we appreciate magnolia house furniture for all they have done the hard work calling so many people to get what we want to giving us updates Ect when we called I have to say I’m impressed
We ordered furniture from these people at the end of April they told us at first it would be in by June then June came and they said 2 more weeks well 2 more weeks turned into literally 9/11/21 but that’s not the only issue the delivery guy took our furniture to the wrong house after he was told the correct address and when he took it to the wrong house he yelled at my husband and told him that he had a schedule to keep he couldn’t bring it to the correct address so not only did they mess up they was not willing to correct the mistake I called the owner (Rodney) and explained to him what was going on it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we moved the old furniture out and my elderly mom was left sitting on a hard chair which hurt her all this because they was not willing to fix the mistake they made anyways the owner yells at me and ask me what I want him to do I told him bring my furniture which he refused to do that day and my mom only had two choices the hard chair or her bed till the next day the bed don’t sound so bad right except for the fact that both her rotator cuffs are torn and it’s very painful for her to lay too long we will never buy anything from them again period this was the most horrible experience ever
Love this place! We purchased our home last year and just keep coming back here because we always find the best furniture for the best prices.
Stopped by on the way home to Florida and found the cutest hallway table! Will be back only a couple hours away!!
