The three artists in this appointment only shop are all extremely talented! I would let any of them tattoo me, but I try to stay with just one (Ken). Hes been tattooing me for almost 3 years. I usually just shoot him a picture of something similar I want and let him run with it! Never disappointed. He knows the style I like and then turns my vision into something AMAZING!!!

These guys are incredible Steve has done several of my tattoos and theyre incredible. Even years later no fading and look great. Also, the vibe in the shop is great, theyre very welcoming, open and honestly treat you like family when you walk in the door. I moved from Valdosta a few years ago, but I always think about this shop and wish to return soon!!

This is the best tattoo shop I have EVER been to. It’s very clean and the staff is very helpful and make you feel right at home. I want to thank Francesca for fixing my piercing that was originally done incorrectly. She made me feel like family and is a very good person by far. I went to Firehouse Ink for my first tattoo after numerous recommendations from friends and coworkers. I spoke with Matt, told him what I was wanting and set up the appointment. Within a couple of hours, he sent me an awesome rough sketch of the piece.The overall atmosphere of the shop is very laid back, but very clean. It definitely helped to put my mind at ease since this was my first piece.Matt turned my idea into an awesome tattoo. He made sure that I was doing okay throughout the whole process and did not need a break. He also provided great aftercare instructions.I recommend the shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo, and certainly recommend Matt as an artist. Since my experience, both my dad and my sister have also gone to Firehouse and had awesome experiences as well.

Firehouse Ink is a very respectable, clean, and professional shop. Every piece of art that comes from Steve, Matt, or Ken is a custom made piece especially for the customer. There are no clip art books in the shop to be seen, every piece is custom drawn. The environment in the shop is the most comfortable I have ever felt in a tattoo gallery. My wife and I have spent over 20 hours in a Firehouse chair, and already have our next tattoos being drawn up. If you want a gorgeous piece of art that you wont regret then Firehouse Ink is the place you need to be. Steve Bachman is our artist and our favorite, but we have seen work from all three and the only word that comes to mind is AMAZING!!!

Tc was awesome, the whole staff was great and inviting and patient, but tc in particular man, he has a way with people he was creative and has now done three out of four of my pieces and fixed the one he didnt. I only come to Austin once a year so I wait that year to come back. Highly recommend this shop

The guys in the shop are very friendly and personable and work with you to give you the tattoo you desire. Matt did my tattoo of a cross integrated into a three leaf clover and it was exactly what I wanted and I plan to go back to have it shaded to add depth to the design. The shop is very clean and once you walk in the door you notice right away and it almost feels like youre at home there. I will definitely try to make it back again soon before we move to San Antonio.

Ken Wood did my first tattoo 15 years ago and set a very high standard. Ive received from other artists but Ken has been by far the easiest to work with on custom ideas. With 30+ hours (and counting) in collecting this guys work, he comes highly recommended by yours truly.

Guys are real experienced enjoyed the hospitality got my first tattoo here and they made me feel right at home. These guys really know what they’re doing and are really clean.

I went to Firehouse INK sat 1-11-2020 to get a tattoo but wasnt clear about what I wanted but the artist there that helped me was Francheska Morris. What a fantastic and bright young lady, that I think the world of. She helped me get a memorial tattoo for my mom I just lost in December. Steve is the absolute best artist around. I have had work done at other tattoo shops in the area and was never completely satisfied with the end result. Per the recommendation of several friends I went to see Steve for my next tattoo. He is honest, professional and very friendly. His shop is a very comfortable environment that is also home to 2 other great artists. It was such a pleasant experience that I brought my wife in to get one too. Since that first experience at Firehouse Ink we have both been back for more and are now planning our 4th tattoos with Steve. I just started getting tattooed within the last year. Before getting my first, I asked my friend who had been tattooed in some of the Valdosta shops where I should go. He quickly answered Firehouse. I went and made an appointment with Matt the next day and couldnt have been happier. It was a great environment, I was comfortable, and extremely pleased with the work. Since then, Ive been tattooed twice again by Matt and once by Steve. Im happy with all of my ink and plan on going back to Firehouse when I get my next one. Came last minute with my Bestfriend for her birthday tattoo & it turned out to be a very friendly atmosphere and great experience. The people were easy to talk to and gave us a lot of information. They do charge by time, starting with $60 for 30 minutes and less. Cheaper than other tattoo places in Valdosta (gave us the best bang for our buck). Don’t charge by size. Didn’t go up on price because of color. All artist have been tattooing for at least a decade or two. Clean and highly recommended!!

I have been to numerous tattoo shops inside and outside of the country, and I have to say my experience with Firehouse Ink has been the best. All three of the artists are pretty cool, and non-judgemental about what you want done. Very approachable. I love the fact that its not overcrowded with a bunch of young individuals to ruin the experience. Ive seen some of Steves work on a few friends as well as some custom car work and it is always a great extension of himself. Ive seen Kens work as far back as almost ten years ago and hes just as gifted as Steve. Yesterday I started my first piece of my sleeve with Matt, and once again, hes just as gifted as Steve and Ken. My wife also had some work done two weeks prior by Matt as well, and is extremely happy with his work. There are people who want to do tattoos and do them, and then there are actual tattoo artists; and these three guys are definitely artists. I look forward to going back and getting more ink done in the near future. One last thing that I thoroughly enjoyed was the fact that it wasnt just hey i want this answered with ok ill do it; i was able to actually collaberate and come up with a great idea for my tattoo here.
