Not over priced. Great store layout. I didn’t understand why I was asked three separate times if I needed help, but after reading reviews of other people not knowing how to shop, I guess it makes sense. Either way, great store and pleasant shopping experience.

The lady that assisted my boyfriend with finding his new pair of work boots was wonderful. They didnt carry his usual brand but she was patient and helpful with finding a substitution. They had excellent selection and reasonable prices. Well be back.

If you want somewhere to go get some western boots or clothing at a reasonable price and a clean friendly atmosphere, Boot Barn is a great place to go. Jennifer(Jenn), the manager, is always super cool and helpful, and Ive been there three times in the past month and a half...Had a couple purchases a couple exchanges and a return, and customer service is friendly and top notch.

Pretty good place little overpriced but thats what you pay for convenience the world we live in now all stores are like convenience stores that you choose not to order over the internet you going to pay a little more for it like going to Publix and buying a gallon of milk or go in to the convenience store you have to pick your own poison

They have every type of boot you can think of! Everything is very neat and clean. They have alot of nice shirts, lanyards, Keychain, lots of hats, belts and some other items. The store is pretty big, so I didnt get to everything. Highly recommend

Prices are high but boot quality and selection is good. The staff greeted us with a smile and hello but was inattentive and more worried about socializing with each other than assisting customers until you approached them. Some may think this is good, if you do then you should love this place

My daughters went and brought my husband some boots and jeans from boot barn we shop there since we moved from Miami to Valdosta Georgia and he loves shopping there so when we have money we go there and buy him boots and jeans and its been over 10 years since we brought him a brand new pair of boots so my daughters decided to surprise him and by him two pairs of boots two pairs of jeans and two nice shirts to go with his boots and he almost died. Every time I go into this place no one says hello, the employees are rude and dont even offer to help. Maybe its because I wasnt wearing Southern style clothing? I dont mean to assume but everyone who was wearing that style was helped. I would like to know how they train their employees because their customer service is terrible. Ive lived in Valdosta for five years and Ive been to Boot Barn a total of only four times during that span and every time its the same treatment. As far as Im concerned, I will never spend a dime in that place as long as their attitude stays the same.

We were greeted, but the 4 girls working were more worried about standing around talking than assisting us. I had to go get one to answer a question, but there was no further offer to help beyond answering if all sizes were out. If my husbands boots had not torn up at work today, we wouldve ordered directly from the boot manufacturer.

Good place for boots at a fair price

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I was looking for a wide in a boot and they just told me where to look on the boot for a W! I’m aware of where to look for a W on a boot.Never once offered to come help look or anything. What kinda boot store doesn’t have hardly any wides. The boots in the store are very unorganized with the unwillingness of the employees to help look for anything. Maybe try getting men in there that know about boots Rather than just a pretty face!

Very disappointed with the in store selection of work boots. No one asked me if I need any help even though I was only 1 of 3 or 4 customers in the store with 3 employees standing around the cash register. I did buy a pair of boots, which I later returned after I went to Academy and found a much more comfortable pair of boots. Boot barn did carry the pair of boots I purchesed at Academy but only online and at a higher price. Since I could not wait for them to be shipped this store was extremely useless to me. Academy had a more diverse selection of work boots while Boot Barn had a higher selection of sizes for the certain types of work boots they had.

One of the rudest places Ive ever been to, we walked in and no one ever spoke to us let alone ask if they could help us. After looking around another person comes in and theyre asked if they needed help mean while no one has till offered to help us. We started to leave and the guy told us have a good day, we said you too and thanks for all the help LMAO. This was our second time there and there went be ANOTHER!

Pricey, good variety of boots and clothes

I actually went to Legancy mental Health behind it, attached to same building.

Size 9.5 womens and 7 mens had limited selection for me to choose from. Ended up finding some moonshine spirit by brad paisley as opposed to a more trusted brand. We will see how long they last.

No help! Not spoken to! There was only me and one other person in the store and I kind of felt like the store attendant was more ready to close than help. So I left without purchasing anything.
