Nice clean shoe & boot store in the mall. Walked in & a lady came right up to assist me. She was very knowledgeable with the brand boots I was looking for. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Excellent experience!

I’m not one to write reviews but this company is great. There was a slight mix up on shipping to where my package couldn’t be delivered, not their fault at all... then they ship it to my dads address and through the whole process they were extremely easy to talk to and are definitely a company that keeps their customer first. Great company, great management, and a great experience!

Great place to buy boots. No hassle on warranty replacement.

Poor returns policy. According to store associate you have 14 days for cash refund anytime after that you get store credit or exchange for different size. I even had my receipt and tags still on close and they would only give store credit.

Over priced boots, couldnt find what I was looking for..

Ok first off great staff but a awfull return policy I bought a pair of chipawa boots for 210 dollars 3 days later the inside sole trapped my foot so I took them back they said I can only return them for the same boot or a different boot but if there is a different in the price I am just out of luck so I found a boot for 164 dollars and they gave me some inserts for the boots but there was still a 16 dollar difference which I am just out the 16 dollars no store credit and no return money on my card

Jenna at the Thomasville store is the absolute best ! Very willing to help and great customer service. Definitely will be going back for more boots
