My daughter picked up a birthday cake for her 7 yr old today. This is the worst looking professional cake ever. The name is misspelled instead of Annabelle it says Annalbelle of course you might miss it because the border is put on top of the name

There must be backstory for this review.My family and I were on the way to pick up our online order when she went into labor. After our newborn arrived and everyone was okay, I called and informed them what happened and if we could pick up tomorrow. Congratulations were offered and I was told I could come by and pick it up tomorrow.Fast forward to the next day and the non refrigerated items were still set to the side, though someone forgot pass along that it was our order. I forget the gentlemans name, but he spent a solid 50 minutes to an hour getting our order together again and then delivering it out to our vehicle. While I believe I would have been annoyed if I were in his shoes he didnt seem to mind.Overall 5/5 for customer service. It helped my wife and I very much.

Needed a few things while visiting family in Valdosta and stopped here. Store was clean and well stocked. Far busier than I am used to so navigating was a bit difficult but got everything I needed in a reasonable time period with reasonable wait to check out. Overall not a bad experience.

I’ve been shopping at this location for several years because there are no other decent grocery stores in my town. But ever since I started shopping here, items are constantly expired on the shelves, prices are constantly ringing up incorrectly compared to what the signs say by the actual items. The bakery constantly messes up cake orders. This store has many ongoing problems that never get fixed and is poorly managed. I wish I had other options in my town for a decent shopping experience but I don’t. I’m guessing that’s why nothing gets improved because there’s no real competition.

This review is strictly for deli and their subs. Love Publix but absolutely terrible when it comes to subs. I love them, but it takes 15 minutes to build just one half-sub. Really? Always out of breads, out of meats, sauces. Slowest people. Walk like they are about to die.

Great and friendly service even gave my babys a balloon a piece. They enjoyed themselves as well as I did with the service and the store manager being so friendly and kind as we walked through the store. Great work and please keep it up.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to a young lady named SAM that works at the Perimeter Publix. She helped me so much on Saturday, September 18, 2021. I couldnt tote the case of water that I needed and she was headed for her supper break and took the time to go to the other side of the store and toted the BIG case of water and waited with me in line until I was checked out and even bagged my groceries and she wasnt even a bag person. Thank you Sam. You are amazing.

I can’t say enough about this store about how awesome and friendly and clean it is. We use it for our pharmacy to our grocery. I have never come across a rude employee not once. They are always so helpful and and willing to go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. I love the fresh produce they put out for the kids to take and snack on while your shopping and give the kids the balloons at the register and always offering to help you carry out you groceries to your car. Very nice and clean grocery store. Nice and helpful associates. I love that it is conveniently located near other stores, restaurants, doctor offices and in a nice, friendly neighborhood. I can get a lot taken care of in one area. I can find just about everything I need in this one store and the prices are reasonable.

Nice clean store. Employees are friendly. Deli area stays busy. Bakery has a nice selection of sweets. Produce section has fresh organic and conventional fruits & veggies. Overall, one of my all-time fav grocery stores!

Great ease when shopping as wide isles allow for undisturbed access around other customers. Appreciate employees who regularly check and restock shelves. On recent visit it was EXTREMELY wonderful to encounter a courteous and very friendly Cashier!

Fresh vegetables were awful, many different ones were wilted and not the first time I have seen this. Bell peppers were really old and wrinkled and for the price of them should of been good. Probably will not go again for a long time. Think they may need a new produce manager

I have never had a bad experience with Publix, even when things get a little mixed up or something is wrong. It’s because they genuinely want to make sure their customers are happy and they put in so much effort to make mistakes right! Their personal shoppers and Instacart employees are WONDERFUL and it’s apparent they love where they work. To me that says all I need to know about an employer. I know that whenever I order fruits and vegetables, they’ll be fresh and in great condition. Kudos to my local Publix staff and their personal mission to get fresh healthy foods to those who are wanting the best quality produce! You guys rock!

Staff is always friendly and store is always clean.. Ordered 1/2 subs on line from the deli for pick up. When I arrived they had made whole subs. Tried to pay for whole subs and was told it was their mistake and not to worry.

Went through the pharmacy drive through to get a prescription for my son. Fairly quick, even though there was a line.

The service must be banging because theyre always busy. However my wait time has never been bad regardless of the type service (rx,grocery,deli,etc.) I have been receiving. I like this Publix location. I just wish they carried kitchen bouquet🤭

Publix always has very good products and what I like the most is that there are always people to help you when you have questions, the other day I went I discovered a very good chicken sandwich for the price, I recommend them

Everyone was nice & pleasant except the big white guy putting potato logs in the warmer. I ask a question how long was the chicken had been cooked, he rolled his eyes snatched the box of chicken off the warmer and said with an attitude 35/4] minutes ago and ingredients the box back in the warmer..was about to check his attitude and saw a small child in the line so I did not say anything. Didnt want to scare the child.

It was great. Went in to get prime rib (had a craving for it) and saw these beautiful huge rib eyes in the case when you walk in. I got the smallest thickness (4.80 lbs) for under $34. Awesome deal. Wish I would of picked up a couple of packs.

We come here often for their sushi. Publix always has premium quality goods, but they come at a price. Everything here is 2-3 times the price of something similar at Walmart. Its very easy to find yourself overspending here.

Public is just the best Grocery store to shop in.produce is fresh with a wide variety, meat dept makes you hungry no long lines at check out. Checkers always seem to just know I cant carry much at. In one bag and there is always someone ready to ask if they can help you to your call with your purchases.

I love Publix. It is pricey, but so much better experience than Walmart. The meat and produce is great compared to other grocery stores.My one complaint has to do with curbside. I wish they had more spots available because people always park in those spots that are not doing curbside, taking away the only two spots available for curbside. Almost every time Ive done curbside at Publix, we have to drive around until one of the spots becomes available or we have to try and get in contact with the person that is delivering our groceries. It would be nice if they held people accountable when they parked in these spots. They should be treated no different than handicap spots.

This review is in reference to the plus size Caucasian woman in the seafood department. She has very poor customer service skills. I shop early in the morning, pandemic or not. I was in Publix one morning and my mother wanted some catfish. She was putting the seafood out when I greeted her and asked about the fish. She never acknowledged my presence, she just looked at me with a sour face and walked behind the seafood case and asked very rudly how many. I shop at Perimeter Park Publix frequently but I WILL NOT purchase seafood there anymore !!!!! I am my mamas only child and I dont want to go jail. This is not the first time I have encountered her rudeness.

Its nice...but does not have the warm family feel of the Gornto rd location. Its clean and stocked well. Just doesnt have that WOW that the other does.

Publix was fantastic the employees was very in hand to assist but the price is ridiculous for we do not receive as much money as those who are working I am retired and yet the prices continue going up with no feelings to the public only to their pockets and for that you lucky you got three stars you dont even deserve that but the greed of raising up the prices and for what for lack of food blame the president for that this is Blanca

Now I typically LOVE shopping at Publix! This one, however, I tend to always have bad experiences at. This last time was the kicker for me. I was getting some shrimp steamed in the seafood department and I simply asked the gentleman if Publix allows you to get other items from produce steamed with the shrimp, as Winn Dixie does. He says You cant get that on the EBT CARD Whoooooo TF said anything about an EBT Card??? So you assume that because Im BLACK, I have to be using food stamps to pay for my food🤔 If I wasnt already near starving (which is why I was getting the shrimp steamed in the first place..so I could eat in the car on the way to an appointment), I wouldve just told him to keep them. On the visit before last, an older Caucasian woman was the cashier. My fruit rang up for the wrong price. If you know the Publix Promise, you know they are supposed to give you the item that rang up for the wrong price for free. This lady refused to go check for the correct price (or have anyone else do it) and then denied MY OFFER to go get a picture of it for her. She said she would just take my word for it. I ASSUMED she was just taking the fruit off, but after paying and looking at my receipt, I saw she still charged me, but for the price I told her. When I said something to her, she said WITH THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER Well I dont even know if thats the right price.. Im just going off what you said. What do you want me to do... go to customer service and get you a refund? I couldve made a scene, but the professional in me just wouldnt allow it, so I just told her dont worry about it and I left. And these are just the last 2 incidents. There are MORE! But me and my believing in 2nd & 3rd chances self 😔 I think Ill be driving across town to go to the other Publix from now on😒

Publix has the best freshest vegetables, most delicious salmon ( I like it with the skin on), and a great deli (I like very thin shaved London broil) Just they way I like it. They have great selections and their flower selection is always perfect when I need them. The cashiers, baggers and stockers are always so helpful.

Publix is an amazing Grocery. They are immaculately clean. The employees are lovely, and quite helpful. If they do not have a particular item. they will endeavor to acquire it for you. I find that their pricing is equal to or better than other stores in our city. I am grateful to have such selections and freshness available to me.
