Mizells was AMAZING. We were needing our carpet taking out and replaced with hard wood flooring. My wife was shopping around and someone told her about Mizells. She went up there and spoke with Erin and they let my wife take some samples home. We already had an idea of color and what type of floor we wanted to go with so it wasnt that hard to pick something out. After we picked the flooring, they came out to the house and did the messurements and asked a couple of questions. He was here for maybe 20 minutes, super fast. About a few days later we got the estimate and it was itemized so that we would know who much everything was. Remember they do EVERYTHING, ordering and installation.The installation data was the only part that took some time to set. We had to get in line, they have a lot of customers to help and the Covid effected everyone however everytime I asked for an update Erin always responded back to me and then we finally got a date.My friends it only took them 2 days to get the carpet up, floor prepped and the new floor installed. Super fast and friendly installation team.Everyone there is always super nice, friendly and just plain AWESOME. Thank you so much Mizells for helping us with our gorgeous new hard wood floor.

So I call about some permabase flooring. The lady on the phone was pleasant enough to answer a few questions! But when I arrive at the location the older woman treated me with much distain. Her mannerisms were disgusting to say the least there was a cell phone sitting next to the platform where I was taking notes as I was speaking to the lady who I had spoken to on the phone earlier the older woman saw the cell phone sitting there and an ink pen and snatch the ink pen in the cell phone from the area as if I was going to steal the cell phone and the pin I had not even noticed the cell phone or the pin until she grabbed it out of the area if you want to be treated like a villain and that you’re going to steal something then please visit the store if you want to be treated like a customer visit another store!

All I asked them was if they would do a specific floor installation job. And I couldnt even get an answer after several days of waiting. Dont bother unless you want to be constantly calling them to get follow-ups after they tell you theyll call you with answers. As a business (or even a person) if you tell me something, I will hold you to it. Otherwise, dont waste my time.

Worked with us and came on our time line. Very professional and friendly. The vinyl planking installed matches and blended in with other flooring. Looks like wood and is water proof. We are very happy.
