I had looked for months for this particular runner I had seen in a catalog (with VERY delayed delivery). Rugs Abound would not stop their search! They finally found it and several others, brought out samples and ordered the one I had had my eyes on. It is beautiful, installation (on stairs with a landing AND runner rods) was perfect and quick and follow-up very efficient! Thank you Mark and Ana for ALL of your help and patience with me!

As a rug lover myself, i don’t think a household is complete without a rug to tie in the space. In my home I have multiple! Every bedroom, a runner for the front door, in my living room and under my dining room table. I am pretty disappointed in my experience here. I ordered a rug and matching pad. The rug came and the pad didn’t. I called and asked about the pad and was told it was in their shipping department and should go out that day. After not getting a shipping notification For a few days, I called back and got the same story. I asked if I could cancel the order and was told I couldn’t, and I also could return the pad when it eventually comes because the pad is made to a custom size. The problem I have is that the pad is made to a standard size (5’x8’ with a 3” margin) even though the rug I got is 5’5” x 7’7”. So the whole situation seems fishy. I would not order from them again.

I told my wife we were no longer buying rugs online from big box stores. Instead we would look for local businesses and quality rugs. This place is outrageously overpriced. They want 7-12 grand for an area rug. I found the same rug online for 1100.00 that I saw in there for 8500.00!! Plus they followed me around like Im going to steal a couple of 8x10 rugs!

The quality of their rugs is very high and the service is extremely professional. The owner brought several rugs to my house on multiple occasions until I found the perfect ones for my home. I also had a rug custom made for under my kitchen table. I am extremely impressed with their patience and their outstanding customer service. They work very hard to ensure that the customer is satisfied!

Yajaira was patient and a tremendous help to me . She understood exactly what was involved in calculating size and adding a border to a broadloom, and found the trim.
