I call trying to get my phone fixed your phone rings for 20 minutes its ridiculous! How hard is it to pick up the phone and say well be with you in one moment Im sorry were busy? Quite ridiculous if you cant handle the job you should probably find a new one or find new employees that can

I spent 4 hours over two days and still have the same prob. Thinking of leaving them now they cant do what they say. I wasted 4 hours from work and the web site wont let me do what I need to do I still dont have a phone.

SAVE YOUR TIME.Worst customer service ever. I called and they said they had the phone in stock, i drove an hour with a baby to get the phone, when i get there they made me wait for another hour cause they were offering me a different plan. At the end the guy could not get the plan and they did not have the phone in stock

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly Travis was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various phones and the ins outs of each phone that I was concerning. After my phone purchase, and my activation I incurred a problem, When back to store on Traviss off day and was greeted by Anthony, he corrected my issue, replaced my sim card and I was i my way. Love the customer service and good nature of all the employees at T-Mobile that assisted me with my new carrier. I would recommend T-mobile to everyone

The employees and team members at this T-Mobile location are excellent in customer service and mapping everything out. Deysla Reyes broke down everything for me and gave me the paper. She was wonderful to work with and she cared accommodated my husband and I very nicely. I am very pleased with my experience. 😊The site was very helpful in directing me to customer service where I found help. However, the site didn’t have enough information in order to solve the issue on my own. There were quite a few steps but I believe the directions were fairly simple. I was just looking for something not provided on the website. As a first day customer, I am over all pleased with this service, quality, team members, employees, and many other aspects to look for in a phone company. Loving T-Mobile. 🥰

My Galaxy 9+ Plus screen decided to turn off randomly and would not turn back on. Naturally I was devastated because my snapchat has been on fire lately! Im not from the area so I had to find a T-Mobile quickly and the Valdosta Mall was the closest so I made my way over there. Ron and Enrique were not only helpful but were also very engaging and made me feel like I was talking to friends rather than reps doing a job. I am also a sales and service supervisor for another company and I know how important it is that employees like this are lauded for their excellent service. I should also mention that they fixed the phone rather quickly. But while in the store I basically forgot that something was wrong and I think thats the main point. Id also like to add, the Rons hair is on point and Enriques tablet satchel is a must for this seasons accourtrement.Keep up the outstanding work.

I went there to activate my phone and was being helped by a young woman who was having crisis at home. She was trying to work with me and talk to her doctor and her mother. Basicly she charged me twice...plus the service at my house sux! Dropped calls and poor reception at my house. Virgin mobile and net10 get thru fine.
