Hi!! I have been doing business with Office Max for about 10 years and I have had good service each time. However, most recently in the last 5 months, Holly in the Print Center has done my work for my small business and when I tell you baby SHE IS OUTSTANDING!! I mean truly a gem!! 💎 She treats me kind and she is very attentive to what I need and she’s just a very fair and nice person in general!!I will never go anywhere else as long as Holly is there!

Usually I have a wonderful experience at this location but with everything going on, you would think people would try harder to be pleasant. The guy working the register didn’t speak, didn’t say anything, I had to tell him I had an awards number for him to go back on the screen for me to put it in the system. Usually I give it to them so I started to say it and he just pointed at the card machine. I get the whole no contact thing but he just placed my bag on the counter and didn’t say anything. I had to tell him I hope you have a great day. I have no issues driving to Tallahassee to take my business elsewhere. The world needs more #kindness, not mean people.

Everyone that I have dealt with in the printing department (4 different employees) have been phenomenal. Management should give them a nice raise for being so professional at what they do.

The manager Mike fixed my issue even after another employee did not care about my items being lost! He went above and beyond for me I greatly appreciate that!

The copy center is an absolute joke. I waisted 45 minutes of my life Ill never get back with a selectively rude associate named Holly, who could have resolved my issue in 5 minutes but chose to push me off to the self service area in an effort to avoid doing her job.

We recently visited this store to look for our options on printers. We had a concern while shopping that we were being watched. I voiced this in a survey about our recent visit in an email survey. The very next day the manager called me and was very understanding. He did tell us that they have a young man with special needs that is employed there and understood our concern. It was all a total misunderstanding on our behalf. Having a special needs child myself, I find it very heartwarming and hopeful that they help out by employing special needs!! We will definitely be back and shop there more knowing that this store actually cares about our community!!

Great customer service! I printed something online and was able to pick it up hours ahead of time by just going in and asking. They really know how to treat their customers.

I went to pick up an online order and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. The service worker was polite and efficient. He even helped me put my order in my car. Great service!

Tense...everyone seems serious in deep thoughtnever smiling for most part...one individual wanted to cut me a break i thought that was nice but in all fairness due too my kind of wait and not understanding complete use of copy machine...he should ask mgr. She as i met her couple months ago seemed to be unwilling or unhappy with her job...i feel every workplace should have meetings to discuss and open up have events to unite and make their job feel like second family

Don’t let them talk you into buying an HP fax machine. HP faxes don’t work with a modem. They don’t know that, but after reading this, they do now.

Dreadful. I waited for fifteen minutes before anyone in printing even spoke to me. Then the guy told me my flyers would cost three bucks apiece to print. I knew better than that, but I also know better to stick around a place where the employees ignore customers. Flee. Flee this place with alacrity. The UPS Store actually cares and oh, ten cents a copy.

PJ was outstanding at helping me find everything I needed! Thank you Office Max. Its great to be able to still receive exceptional but warm service especially in times like this.

Walked in at 10:30 am 30mins after they opened 4 employees and 1 customer counting me. I needed 1 copy (17×24) of my sons class project printed, it was like watching grass grow, paid and walked out at 11:17am got in my car almost out of the parking lot and my son said dad look at this he held up the copy and you could hardly make it out so back to the parking spot and back in another 30 mins when all is done total time at store for one copy 1hr 47mins

Nice shop, typical office supply location BUT the staff are very helpful.

Attention creepy check out guy, dont ask single females for their phone numbers in front of a long line of strangers and expect to get it. Its not safe for any woman to announce any personal information in public.

Brenda Shaw is he most unhelpful Office Depot employee Ive ever had to deal with. Extremely rude and refused to find a solution to my problem.
