The clerk at Circle K sold me the wrong kind of cigarettes. I asked for Marlboro 100s lights in the gold pack, but was sold Marlboro Gold Label. I asked her if she was sure if she had the right kind. She insisted that she knew she had the right kind. We!!, she was very wrong. I returned to the store to exchange them for the right kind. To my surprise I was told no exchange could be made. Worse of all the name on the receipt was not the person that checked out my purchase. My receipt has the name F. Stephanie. She was sitting down while another person checked me out. Maybe if Stephanie had checked me out I would have received what I requested. The clerk made the mistake, but Im having to pay for that mistake.

UNABLE TO PURCHASE LOTTERY TICKETS AGAIN AT THIS FACILITY.WITHIN THE LAST FIVE MONTHS MANY PEOPLE SIMPLY RUST TO ANOTHER STORE FOR LOTTERY TICKETS. THE MACHINE ALWAYS GO OUT NEAR 10:00 PM. MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN OUTSIDE THE STORE BUT NOTHING IS EVER DONE BY WORKERS OR MANAGER TO FIX THE PROBLEM AFTER ABOUT 8 MONTHS.ONE WOULD BELIEVE YOUR CHAIN WOULD FIX DAMAGED MACHINES. MANY TIMES I JUST GO TO ANOTHER STORE NEXT TO WALMART BECAUSE THIS STORE IS EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. I REQUEST A REPLY TO THIS REVIEW ASAP. I PURCHASE MOST ALL MY GAS FROM FLASH FOODS. THIS IS THE ONLY FLASH FOODS STORE WITH THIS PROBLEM AND THE MANAGER OR WORKERS DOES NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS.

The store is outdated, Ive read the reviews and that much is absolutely true. Cricle K should invest building a new one because I do find myself going to the friendly down the road to get gas which inveitibily means Im going in to get a soda or Ice cream... with that said I live near this store, it is my go to for conveient purchases, ie drinks when the house . The flash cash rewards program is amazing, Ive saved up over 40 dollars that will eventually turn into a free tank or possibly if the budget is tight a couple 2 liters before pay day. The staff every single one of them are very friendly, and make the experience superb.
