This trucker parked in a no parking spot with the most ratchet sounding idle i have ever heard. All night non stop rattling.Manager is non existent i guess.

Of I could get 0 stars I would give them that !! Rude cashiers. Self service cashiers when I ask for help she gives me a smirk then says its real easy just do this.... I stood in line and was told I had to use the self service islands. Rudely laughs and smirks again. Then tells me to get in a line !!!!

Truckers review:Place is clean and organized. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. The showers are clean, the pressure is amazing, and the water is hot. Parking lot is a little untidy, and the noise levels are a little on the high side. Lot fills up quick!

The restrooms and showers we’re definitely clean hands down, the employees are very professional and helpful, they have a Wendy’s for a quick bite. The parking for the trucks were very limited and the entrance to the fuel isles coming off Georgia 31 can get congested to the point we’re it’s trucks waiting in line traveling east bound on Georgia 31 waiting to make a turn into the truck stop.

Under extensive renovations. Only 4-diesel pumps work. Pump card readers do not work. This is NOT a truck stop it is a pit stain. Instead of renovating this place just completely shut it down. It is completely useless to all professional drivers.

Staff is inexperienced, they dont know how to cash a comcheck, only one that knew what they were doing and that was very helpful was Diamond. They need more people like her working there. Before she was there I would have to go down to Exit 2 to the TA just to cash a comcheck.

Pump 23.. does not shut off automatically diesel fuel on the ground. Card reader doesnt work but thats par pilot.. but then again its pilot thats why the card readers dont work.. dirty nasty. Im not even going to go inside

Dirty to packed to meet CDC recommendations.Gas up was a night mare almost got in a wreck lack of traffic follow directions. No parking handicap accessibility probably not.filthy bathrooms.

My husband has the loyalty card and that is the ONLY reason we go there!Dirty bathrooms, the pumps never take our cc and we have to go inside and stand in line to prepay. You people need help in this competitive market! If I had my way, we would never go here!

You have to prepay inside and there’s no premium gas only regular gas. What a let down on what was supposed to be a quick stop at a good gas station on a long drive

I wish they would keep the kiosh machine working, its always broken here. If you need a older fuel ticket, you cant get one at the register. You need the kiosh to get it. How hard is it to keep paper in it. And keep it working, makes for long lines when its down.

This entire building smells of urine. The multiple employees are in no hurry to wait on you or to clean up. I travel for work and this one of the most disgusting public restrooms but especially a pilot restroom Ive ever had the misfortune of having to use. Next time Ill try the pilot right across the way with a subway. When a customer makes notice of unsatisfactory practices excuses are not what they are looking for.

Wondering why they dont train there employees how to respect clients and behave more professionalism like loves travel center or others

The staff were very obvious that they thought I was a sketchy individual. Any business has the right to be suspicious of patrons. But they made an intercom announcement to have someone sweep through the bathrooms? When I was obviously the only person there? And then very audibly talked about me when I came out and bought a drink? Maybe not talk where your patrons can hear you speak ill of them so plainly? Very unfriendly staff tonight.

The gas pump for campers had 4-5 large yellow poles that made it extremely difficult to manuever our camper. We actually hit our camper on the last pole. After we had parked I witnessed another camper hitting one of the yellow poles which shattered their side light. I do not see a point to the yellow poles, there is no need for them. They should be removed to prevent further damage to peoples campers. To further our negative experience we got lunch at the wendys in which we were overcharged and received cold fries. I am sorry, but we will not be back.

My daughter forgot to get my change of $6 from gas after my tank was full and I was heading out of town. I tried calling and calling... No one answered... Then I finally got an answer the next evening and was told that didnt happen on my gas pump. A cashier pocketed my money. Ill never go back...

Someone was blocking the way on the scale I went in there and I complained about it But the lady on front desk was so rude and she said she cannot do anything about it I hope management see my comment and fire dead employee

They were rude and very difficult to ask prices. Things were Not clearly marked. The bathroom is really nice though.

Clean restrooms. Lots of variety of beverages and food. Attached to a Wendys also. The young man at the register was amazing! He efficiently and accurately used 2-3 registers to ring up 3 people at a time. He did so with a smile and didnt miss a beat!

Very well lit at night. Felt safe. Well-maintained outside and at pumps. Incredibly clean; including womens restroom. The two female employees behind the counter seemed to have a good rapport and were both so very friendly!

It was okay facility, but the cashier was not friendly to me or the other customers. She made no attempt to be personable. The other workers were very congenial.

Two Pilot stations across the road from each other. We went to the smaller station. Usually Pilot stations are pretty good. This one had the dirtiest restroom Ive ever seen in a Pilot. There were 8 different types of coffee. All of them were empty. Not a good experience.

Nice gas station with a large selection of travel items, food, and drinks, but prices are much higher than average and sometimes double for the same items. Customer service here is pretty terrible tho, friendly staff but they take way too much time checking customers out and usually only have one out of the 4 registers open, even with other employees standing a few feet away just talking. If youre late to work or in a hurry, Id definitely go somewhere.

Never thought I would write a review about pumping gas. First, these are the SLOWEST. PUMPS. EVER. And the awning above the pumps does not protect against rain. I got soaked to the bone. Worst of all, the pump did not kick off when my tank was full. I would have noticed sooner if it wasn’t pouring down rain on me, but god only knows how much fuel I pumped onto the ground.

I am always welcomed with a smile and warm welcome. Clean restrooms and fully stocked goodies. Fresh coffee is always available. Great job!

Everything was your normal pilot business. Mens bathroom was clean, lot was clean, store was adequately stocked. Only issue that I had was a manager getting an attitude with me and getting sassy with me because an item was placed in the wrong spot making it seem as if the item was on sale. If it wasnt for the very nice cashier that apologized for the managers actions, I would of have this place a 1 star.

Traveling through and needed fuel. Nice and clean. The employees were nice and helpful with directions. If I was in the area I would shop here again! 10/10

This location was clean, neat and offers Dunkin Donuts self service coffee and donuts. Actually I had the freshest Dunkin donut Ive ever consumed. Totally surprising.

Gas pump was extremely slow, like I could spit and fill my tank faster than the pump did. While my hair turned grey waiting an eternity to fill my tank, I noticed the ground was covered with Kitty litter, like they were trying to give the lot a beach motif, I figured maybe it was do to the cold snap a week earlier, but realized why after gas started overflowing out of my tank...no automatic shutoff, which in hindsight would explain why the pumps were set at such a low speed. No signs or warnings of the issue.Bathrooms were dirty, attendants were unfriendly

Great pit stop on my road trip. Bathroom was decent. They were quick to respond to my telling them that one stall was out of order.

I went to get gas & the card reader didnt work so I had to go inside & pay. Sometimes it works sometimes not, very frustrating. Everything else good.

Great place to fuel shower and sleep! Quick and convenient off I-75 it has Dunkin Donuts in the donut case. It also has a Wendys but I dont think its 24hrs.

Good experience. Ladies restroom has always been clean, but has been refurbished since last time we stopped there and looks much.more modern! The cashier, Noel, was very pleasant and gave us a good tip that Pilot stations allow you to fill your travel mugs!

Pilot exit 11. This seems like an older Pilot with Wendys. The best term for it is that its a bit seedy. Does a good business because of its location.

I know its the holiday, but Pilot really should staff accordingly. Fuel desk should be designated for professional drivers, not 3 children per adult that cant decide what they want. The drink area was just pure wreckage, customers digging into cup packages for cups since all dispensers were empty. Children slipping on ice at drink machine, not a square inch of clean counter space to be found. Staff adequately, hire sufficiently.

Very friendly folk here. Restroom was clean matter of fact the whole store looked as if it just opened. Food was fresh and stocked with what wanted. Probably one of the best Pilots Ive been to.

Didnt have what I wanted but a good ride out there

I find it very upsetting the people that walk around gas stations and inside begging for money. But to have someone walking around begging from children as they hold a piece of paper because they cant speak English with English words written on it (quite funny can write it but not speak it) very rude. (Arabic people). Man behind outside and a little old woman working the inside. As no one tried to help these kids out I walked up and screamed NO! One of the women with them was right behind me to do the same as she said thank you, thanks very much; while the kids were asking what was the lady wanting. Then I went outside and the man that was begging then got in his new van and drive up to pick the woman up while they both laughed. Yes I knew they didnt need had money that seems to be a traditional scam in Florida and Texas. I dont know why these businesss dont call and have them arrested for loitering as if it was a teen I know they would immediately. Beggars are bums and bums hanging inside or outside make it very uncomfortable for some people to get out of their cars or pass them by at the doors. Quit allowing this to happen. Step up and get rid of these vagrants. Even the ones sitting in front of your doors at the picnic tables, Cmon now you know who you see there 24/7 so get rid of them. Theyre costing you money!!Store isles are congested, to close together. Trying to get in way to much stock in a very small area and false advertising. Advertise one price on the shelves and then you go to get it and its two to three times that price. Then with twelve people standing behind you, you dont want to say return it as I dont like standing in line so dont want to cause another one to. Plus if I go back to get the false sign Ill have to stand behind all of these people again, or go straight to the front of the line while they think Im cutting. A no win how ever its played out.Not a pilot Id step in again.

What can I say, if your trying to lose weight, this is not your stop,LOL😅. There are 2, yes two Pilots here, right across from each other. Too add to your mayhem, theres a Wendys in one and a Waffle House next door to the other, O wow. Staff a all friendly and helpful. All in all you want go wrong stopping on this exit.

Close to highway, limited # of pumps, parking lot is terrible so be careful! Feels a bit on the old side but restrooms were clean.There is grass to walk a dog and a covered trashcan near it but not a dog station with bags, so if you dont have one, get a bag from inside to clean up. Air is on the left side near the road when facing the building. We were there late afternoon and the Dunkin Express station donuts were visually old. Wendys salad was huge and very fresh, eating area clean. They have a few soups, small selection of hotdogs, corn dogs and taquitos in the center, a couple cold packaged sandwiches near. Enery drink selections are mostly RedBull and Monster but good flavor varieties. Tons of sweets including older/ not so common ones like Razzles and numerous taffy. All the staff was on top of things, good with customers & appeared to enjoy working w/ eachother, check out lines moved quickly.

Everything was down. Couldnt pay at the pump. Over crowded with people just standing at their pumps. The Wendys was out of stock of ketchup. And this was just at 10 am. Felt sorry for the employees.
