LOVE this company!! I wanted a gas cook top stove. They arrived promptly to give me an estimate. An appointment was made and they once again arrived promptly to install the tank, line and my stove top. The stove I ordered had a defective burner. Once the replacement part was received, Jordan came back to make it right at no charge. As it turns out, the thermo coupling was not the issue but the gas valve. Jordan again came back. He went over and above to make it right. Thank you Jordan!!I would highly recommend this company.

Truckers beware do not deliver here they will waste your time. They have no remorse for inefficiencies. Do not let them send you to the building down the street your truck will not lineup with their make shift dock theyre working dock is broken. After sitting they will send you back to the original place that you was supposed to deliver to and then catch a attitude with you about their mistakes and mess ups. You have been warned ⚠️

Upon purchasing our home, Akins required an inspection of the gas tank leased with them. After they came out and inspected the tank we noticed a strong gas smell when doing yard work. Akins came out and said the leak was due to their error and they would give us a refund for the gas that had leaked out. We waited for almost three weeks and then called and was told the manager would call me back and as of today, we still have not heard from them. Poor customer service!

We built a new home last year. Most of the gas appliances were purchased from Akins Petroleum and their service techs installed all of the appliances. Their guys were very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything to us. They made sure we knew exactly how to operate all of the new gas appliance. We LOVE our new on-demand tankless water heater and it is saving us money on our monthly bill!The staff is friendly and helpful and they did a great job!
