Mr. Ben was awesome. However the uhaul rep today was very rude. I was charged an extra fee for having a uhaul that I paid for already. There was no disclosure of even though I told the rep Id have the uhaul back by evening time the following day and asked twice if there was a certain time I needed to have it back so I wouldnt be charged an additional fee. I was advised NO. I support anyone, but I do not support rude ppl and ppl who cannot or will not acknowledge something wrong in the customer service experience on behalf of the company they represent! I will never refer anyone to them nor do business with them again

Good deals and they get new things all the time. Nice local owners and its mostly all family members running it. Good place for party supplies!

Benjamin went out of his way to help me find the Auto transport I was needing. He spent over an hour helping me locate the trailer instead of saying no I do not have one. Thank you so much for your Help!
