Very spacey. Lots of items. The lady that works there was friendly and helpful while on the floor but when it was time to check out, gossip was more important. She would scan one of my items then say hold on and walk over to the other employee to gossip about a different employee. Then she came back and scanned 2 items then went back to gossip more. She left me standing there 4 times (I had a lot of items)

Employess like closeing thier building down 30 minutes earlier then they are suppose to. Cant count on them.

Went to this store on 3/18 at 9:15 the hours says they close at10:00 the doors was locked and they were inside the store saying they were close

Great customer service

Went into the store and there were 11 people in line and only 1 cashier whose so happen to be the Assistant manager. He tried his best to greet people who came in and cash out those that were in line. I understand that labor has to be controlled but this was ridiculous. I asked him if he was the only worker In The store and he said the the store manager was there also. I had only one item in my hand and it took 17mins for me to reach the counter. Customer service is a non factor in this store. And if this keeps up, this will be a closed store. Someone really needs to check up on this store and make some much needed changes.

The employees are not smart. The sign on the door says they are open until 8 pm but they closed the doors at 5 pm and said its for store cleaning. An employee came outside and said yea they should do something and walked away.

This store has improved a lot over the past 2 years. Keep up the good work!

Never go in here if you are in a hurry. Usually only 1 register open and many in line. However, all the employees Ive met here are friendly & helpful

The staff was very nice and their customer service was top notch...the only downside to the location is that there werent any prices on most of the products.

I am always treated with a up most respected. I love to shop there.

I had not been to Family Dollar in a while and figured I would try them today. I had to wait around for 5 minutes for a lady to give up her shopping cart so I could have one. The two people that were working up front were not very friendly. The prices however made up for that fact. I ended up saving $12 / what I normally would have spent.

A very dirty shop. the employees always look angry. They really need more employees to keep that store in good condition. its uncomfortable to go to a place where people seem angry.

When the money back guarantee isnt really a money back guarantee. Then when they try to make you look bad in front of all the other customers. The when they try to make you sound stupid in front of everyone. Never again...

Theres always one cashier but, theyre always nice even when u know theyre irritated. The store is always messy but, they have great deals on candy, Dry food, and Pet food, Their frozen food is expensive.
