Poor customer service. They literally stopped doing service for the rest of the semester one year when I was in urgent need of a new charging cord for my MacBook pro-- I had all my schoolwork on it. They were unwilling to even have a conversation to explain why they couldnt help me nor did they attempt to understand my situation. And no, they were at all busy at that moment so theres no excuse. Just s---ty workers.Their attitude is that they want to do the bare minimum and dont want to help you.My suggestion is this: use your student discount to buy the MacBook pro kit and then after, get all your other help somewhere else.
