Been working with them for 9 years since I bought my first golf cart from them. Best place to buy a golf cart or get it serviced.

Took my g.c. to B&B for front tire wearing out. Took it in on a Thursday, told me running behind two days, it would be Mon or Tuesday. I called the following Thursday to check on it, the lady said they have not started on it. They did call Friday it was ready. He did install a used part to save me some money. The tire was toed out  bad. I ask is it align the tires and he said I just eye ball it. The cart pulled bad to the right, and hard to steer. Took it back he adjusted tie rod. I used it for awhile, the tire was wearing out on the inside due to toe out. Took back and showed him the toe out he couldnt see it. I put a level on the side to show the difference. I told him to change the used part with a new new part. He didnt seem to be happy to do. But he did and charged me again but half labor charge. I did pay difference  between used and new one. I told him the unit shouldnt have been sent out with the first time. I told him I wouldnt recommend him to any one. As I was loading up he brought me a hand full of pieces of paper and said this is how I do business, and walked off. Dont know what was on paper or what it meant. The lady that sets up appointments is very freindly. I will not us this company again, there is other people in the area. My rating is 0.

The representatives and owners bend over backwards to help you. Very rude. I was calling on the behalf of my business (Cascade Village) and the receptionist answered, I greeted her and introduced myself to her, I asked her how she was doing and she stated I am busy with a nasty attitude. I politely asked her if she would like for me to call her back and she hung the phone up one me. Professionalism is down right rude. She needs better training or you guys need to hire someone else. I have two jobs and customer service is very important to me when I work and to receive such nasty remark and actions on her behalf. U just lost out on doing business with us.

We have been renting from this company for almost 5 years now and this past year was the absolute WORST experience ever. Not only did or gf cart break down out of nowhere, they weren’t able to fix it the same day, did not compensate us for the day we lost, and THEN had the AUDACITY to calls us and say the golf cart was not at the pickup spot in time (it was 10 AM after a festival) and threatened to charge us for another day. I’m not sure if the management changes or what, but the quality of the golf carts and the overal customer service will make sure I NEVER rent through this company again. THANKS FOR SPITTING IN A LOYAL CUSTOMERS FACE. YOU GUYS ARE AN OUTSTANDING EXAMPLE OF A MEDIOCRE COMPANY. SMFD

If I could leave a 0 star I would.I booked this cart at least 10 months in advance of the event I was attending.I did not receive my golf cart til 8 pm at night when one load was already previously delivered and mine was not on that load-- missing half of my preparty concerts (along with other people waiting for their cart from B & B)Then when it was unloaded and started there were NO working lights (head or brake) so dangerous and the delivery driver tried to help but gave up-- so we used our cell phone light to proceed to our camp site.When I called the next day to report the faulty piece of machinery I received, Debbie was utterly appalling and unprofessional! She didnt offer to compensate or bring a proper machine!! When I said I would be calling back to be compensated or reimbursed, she laughed and said good luck with thatI was shaking with anger! Where the heck is the accountability?! So much disrespect with this company! Also the owners of the venue we where at told us they always have problems with this company! Wth you would think they would want to get repeat business-- guess not!

I took my cart to B@B for a front end alignment. Took them two days and they only replaced my tie rod ends . When I drove my cart and let go my steering wheel it went hard left same problem that I had when I took it there for .will not deal with B & B again

Very bad. I waited 4 weeks to have a golf cart charger repaired with nothing done. I called every week for an update and they said they were working on it. I went down to the shop after 4 weeks to see what was going on. Everyone at the shop was sitting around doing nothing. And my charger had not moved in 4 weeks. They never called me or told me the truth about the progress. Lies, lies, lies. Never called me once. I ended up buying a part online and doing the repair myself. I was considering buying a cart from them but not now. If they cant repair a charger I would not trust them with building a cart. Go elsewhere! This business is not customer friendly and constantly tell lies to put of the customer.
