5 stars is not enough. Bought a new golf cart for me and the wife. Sales team is amazing and very professional.Had my children’s golf cart gone through and repaired. Technician is amazing and on point with knowledge. Recommend the Valdosta location to everyone great job guys!!!

I went to Shivers to buy my son a golf cart for his birthday and the team was very helpful. I dropped the ball on getting him one earlier in the week but Shivers made it easy and had one available. Great people to deal with and I would recommend to everyone. Thanks again for helping me put a smile on my sons face.

Golf cart was running for about 15 before battery light started flashing, then would run about another 15 minutes. Took it to Shivers and I will never go there again. They had it 2 weeks to “fix it” (did nothing), but charged me. When I got it back, I didn’t test it for a couple a weeks but when I did, it had the same problem. I took it back and told them to it was not fixed and could they just replace all the batteries. They charged me again + batteries. When I said they didn’t fix it the first time, could I give me something off. NOPE. Tried talking to the manager, he was.... tried to talk to the owner. Never “there” and never called me back.

I havent purchased anything from Shiver but what a great showroom. They definitely have a great selection of golf cars. If you want something rugged for the farm this is the place you need to visit. The owner is a knowledgeable friendly guy. I would highly recommend Shiver to my friends and family. When Im ready to upgrade hell be my first stop.

We just recently bought our golf cart from here and it was such a breeze. Amanda was amazing helping us. She spent atleast an hour the first day showing us all the different carts and prices. The next day we came back to buy she was so patient with us while we were making our decision. They had colors and coloring books for the kids. The golf carts are priced great compare to other places.

Not such a good experience. To start with they lost my original key and never said anything, I just know because I left it with a single key and had two keys with a new keychain when I came back. The installer did a great job. Real clean install of the Bluetooth stereo system except I’m probably gunna have to re wire the amp, for some reason it won’t come connect unless I completely disconnect power from it. The screws in my dash are all stripped out and won’t stay in.

The worst service department Ive ever been to. They told me when I paid 7000.00 for my golf cart that it had a 4 year warranty but when the front end fell out from under it in less than two years that there was only a 1 year warranty on those parts so it was gonna cost 600.00 to repair! It set behind their shop in the rain for almost a month before they called and told me, now the seats are rotting and falling off it! Every time I called to talk to somebody about it they told me their mechanic was out sick or gone to get a part or had the day off. I took it to another dealership and got it fixed the same day for 73.00. I think they hire a bunch of dumb ass meth heads off the street!
