They have good prices and a good selection

They normally have what I need at a reasonable price. I appreciated the fact that the staff were all wearing a mask even though half of the customers were not.

I went into Harbor Frieght for a 5-gallon air tank. Found the air tanks none were on the shelves. 1 demo. Went to cashier asked for help to call someone. Waited an awaited. Went back to cashier asked about the help. No one never come. After 20 minutes. There were employees in the stockroom. I told the cashier to forget about it. Unhappy customer.

I was gifted A MACHETE! WHOOOOPPPPPP WHOOOPPPP!and no! It did NOT come with a tie.dye paracord grip... I thought it oh so wikkedly HIPPIE of me

They r always so helpful and friendly even if its kind of late and they r about to close. They dont try to just push me out the door really

I have been going to this store for over a year now and it is vastly improved. The products are more organized and in stock more often, and more easily for the store to control, I feel the customer service has greatly improved!

Great place for cheap, hard to find tools.

As always, I enjoyed shopping here and was able to get what I needed from a large selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is that NONE of the staff wore face masks and the store doesnt require that customers wear them - I did - even though the city for this location has a mask mandate in place.

You can get affordable tools here if youre doing just small jobs at home its not like youre going to build houses with the stuff but its affordable and it works

I usually dont have many good things to say about Harbor Freight but this store is the exception.I love this stores size, layout and this is the 1st (FIRST) Harbor Freight Ive ever been in that the employees were helpful and seemed to truly want to assist. They were above and beyond. Kudos to this store manager and his staff.

Decent sized store. Hass what items you would expect from a harbor freight. The staff is very friendly at this particular store which makes it nice in finding items.

Seems like no matter what time of day, you can always expect to spend most of your time there trying to check out, even if they are NOT busy.

Small selection of items. Found 80% of the items more expensive than home depot or lowes and lowes/homedepot prices were better with brand name products while harbor freight charged more for generic brands.

Good prices and no complaints on the tools, but poor service experience today. I checked this location online for what I needed before driving 40 mi. one way. The website said the items were in stock here but they appeared to be out when I arrived. To be sure I rechecked and the site still said in stock. After speaking to an associate they didnt have any others but told me they might be on the truck in a few days. I asked if they could order them and have them sent to me since Id only come based on the info from their website and had now wasted the trip. I was told to try and search for a coupon and order online since that might offset the cost of shipping. Im still scratching my head over how thats supposed to be satisfactory service.Fyi, even with the 20%off an item Super Coupon I was still looking at over twice that savings in shipping. Guess Ill have to find my tools elsewhere.

The manager on duty, Joe, was not friendly at all. There was one cashier working, I asked for help and the cashier paged the manager repeatedly. When the manager finally came to the front of the store, he had a very unpleasant disposition. Acted like I was bothering him. The store was busy and the cashier was trying to ring up purchases and help customers the best he could, but the manager just kept disappearing. Not a good experience for my 1st time in this store.

Harbor freight has a great tool selection and pretty good prices. Some tools dont last long but for the price you cant beat it.

Always have the bits and pieces I need. Store is expanding in size, so it should be even easier to shop, and will have even more of the catalog in stock.

Wonderful place to get all sorts of items.

I found the bit set I needed for work and walked around the store and found things that I will come back and get later.

Good place for cheaper tools.

Eight customers in line and only one (of four) registers open! The employees are friendly, but theres NO one available to help, unless the one cashier happens to not be busy at that moment. I wonder how much more theyd sell, is they had more help on the floor. Ive witnessed many customers leave in frustration without buying, including myself.

Tools, and did I say tools. You could stay awhile, one of my favorite places even when I dont need anything I always seem to buy something.

They do not keep many items in stock especially during a sale weekend. Terrible customer service at times and won’t answer the phone when you call them.

The cashier coughed the entire time I was checking out. Then removed her mask after an attempt to catch her breath as she was bagging g my items. I sent my family away from the check out line as this began in fear of catching Covid-19 or at best a seasonal flu. I sanitized all my packages and bags. Cashier needs to be sent home! I pray Im not infected, nor are my children or Wife! Bad bad rating, If I could rate my visit as a zero, It would be a triple zero today. My visit took place at 1:00PM today.

Inspect your inventory as you unload it. I wasted my time going there to pick up a tool box. When they loaded it up, it had a huge hole in the outer packing and they told me it should be ok. I looked at it for 2 seconds and you could see the drawer was bent and the powder coating was cracked and peeling. They gave me my money back on the spot but what a waste of time driving there and back for nothing when either they should have done a quick look over when the pallet arrived or else they damaged it as they brought it out to me. The person in front of me was returning a damaged item as well.

They do not stock the store well, if its on sale in the flyer good luck actually finding it at this store!

Any one thats been to a Harbor Freight knows what to expect, although this was the most organized and cleanest one I have been in. Plenty of tools and variety. For those who have not gone, dont expect to find top end brand names, but the tools are legit and they are awesomely priced. You can find tools plenty comparable to name brands. Definitely will be my go to 1st stop for tools in the near future! And for the enlisted, they dont offer military discounts

Horrible customer service here over the phone. Was told I would be called back in a few minutes, never happened. Called multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone.. what kind of service do you people run here? Do you not value your customers? Ill spend my money elsewhere, somewhere the company appreciates and vaules the customer.

I went by and picked up a miter saw table. This was a great investment. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

They have the best tools at the best prices, and the staff is always very helpful! It was pretty packed due to it being Christmas Eve, but the workers made the trip a pleasure. 5 star. I was traveling and could not find any place that had camper top tie downs. I had just purchased a top from individual and he didnt have clamps for camper.After stopping several places and being told we dont have I was directed to Harbor Freight. They had c clamps that worked perfect. I used them to hold this camper on for a couple years, so they work just fine.

Showed up on a Sat at 12:30 line went from the from of the store to the back only one register open and they wouldnt open another one this happens often at this location maybe this will help this situation

Ive always enjoyed going to Harbor Freight as I can remember when they were a mail order store. Tool selection is good and the pricing is even better. The employees are very friendly as well as very helpful. If you need any power tools or non-powered tools or hand tools, youll find that Harbor Freight has the tool that youre looking for, at almost half the price of what the big box ware stores sell them for, with the same manufacturers warranties that the big box ware stores have. The only difference youll find at Harbor Freight, is, most of all of power and air tools are made by the same companies with the exception that the color schemes are different, because that is the big box ware stores registered logos. When I use to turn a wrench many years back, I was under the impression that tools were made by many different companies, until a mechanic showed me the real difference in name brand tools and air tools. Most of them (electrical) the difference was mainly the color schemes and some were configured just a little differently, but when you removed the outside colored plastic, youll see the same manufacturers names on them and that the same warranties were in effect, that warranties were the same as the big box stores. If you use air tools, youll see no difference between a name brand tool and one that you buy at Harbor Freight except the name that you see. If you were to have problems with either tool, youll find out that the name brand tools have to be sent to the same manufacturers that Harbor Freight buys their tools from.the difference? Harbor Freight doesnt name brand their tools. In the bigger picture, the only real difference in tools that I used at that point, was my hand tools, and in that area, theres only one company that really makes a difference in their hand tools and they feel very good in your hand, probably the best. But they dont feel the best in your wallet. The main difference? Is Harbor Freight doesnt have salesmen driving around from shop to shop selling their line of tools. The one tool that feels so good in your hands ? It starts with the first letter, just like snake, but be careful there, as it will bite you in your wallet, but if you turn a wrench for a living, their hand tools, not only fit the nuts and bolts you deal with, but they also fit almost any mechanics out in the field.

The tools are pretty good quality of you are going to use it a couple times. They dont have anyone usually in the store to assist with the finding of any specific items you may be looking for. They are always short staffed and have a long line to check out. Also, definitely not a place that you would want to get high quality tools if you use them everyday but if you are a homeowner and only use your tools once and a while they are fine.
