My friend paid cash for a double wide and its been sitting on their property for 25 days. Nobody can put it together supposedly because the pad was not installed correctly. Valdosta Home Center does not seem to be interested in helping them move in in a timely manner. They are not keeping their promises yet. I have hope that they will do the right thing soon. Top it off with, while waiting for SOMEONE to help them, they are living in a camper and now they have Covid! Please honor your promises Valdosta Home Center and get them in their home!

When dealing with these people you better record all your conversations and better yet make them write everything down because they LIE.. LIE and LIE some more.. tell you so many things and promises and the moment you sign the contract you start seeing how different they treat you. Dont believe a word that comes out of their mouth unless its written down.Ali, Those photos you are talking about were taken way before you begun any work on day 1. I If I knew what I know now dealing with you guys I would not have taken any. Don’t even say we did not communicate on our issues.. we talked to you personally and you tried pushing us to Scott. Remember you said Scott is the one handling our issue and you wont be available coz of Covid!!! Scott was equally clueless and did not try to help he probably knew the shoddy job that was done and didn’t want to get back to us on either. Once money was you guys seemed to have left us hanging. And now we have to spend more $$$$ to save this house which would have been avoided if you were honest did your part properly.

Ali Strickland is the best, she looks out for you and makes sure know one does you or trick you when it comes to land buying, specially when you are a first time home buyer. very helpful very kind and she is currently helping purchase my very first home, when she told me I was pre approved for a home loan I cried so hard and thought that would never happen to me, infect my eyes still hurt from crying with such a joy and thankfulness in my heart, she is not out to get you for your money either, she is there to help you make your home owning dreams come true, she certainly did mine and trust me she will definitely look out for you too, if you want to purchase your new beautiful home and land definitely go to 13street mobile homes!!! :)

If you are ready to purchase a mobile home, I highly recommend Ali Wainwright. This is my first purchase and after reading many reviews I decided to go with Live Oak, Ali was there through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable about the mobile home specs and the sales process, and was always available when I needed her. Any questions I had (which were a lot) she without hesitation got back to me quickly. Everyone hired to prepare my property did a great job, she just completely works very professionally. I’m in love with my home and how everything turned out I cannot give enough stars!(Leaving reviews on both locations, yes... she worked two locations and still was on top of her game!)

Was supposed to hear back from Scott about doing a different loan… he even assured me that a different loan could be done… but it’s been over a week and still haven’t heard anything…..

My wife and I were looking for our forever home and got really disappointed when we received no help.. We were very excited to sign off on something but this company is very UNPROFESSIONAL ! dont come here if youre looking for a home, i would probably have more luck finding a house with my mother in law which is currently in a psych ward!

If I could give them a zero I would. We went with them because the partial owner Robert, promised we could be in our house within 4 weekS...that turned into 6 then into 2 months. Now onto the final promised date of delivery by 7/31 and move in by 8/14 they wont answer my calls or texts. And I still dont have a house on my land. We closed the loan 2 months ago with being told they were overcharging on the land improvements so they could use the excess for a deck. Just last week I was told not only is there no excess for the deck that I likely will need to come out of pocket bc Robert didnt factor in the pad the home sits on which is $2500. Robert is no longer at this location and his replacement Ali is just as bad. She will not answer the phone to me or even return A text message. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

3 yes ago we bought our home from them. I absolutely love my home, but Do Not trust anything these people tell you. They lie and do not stand behind what they tell you. If you buy from them, get Everything in writing. Im still waiting on the screens for my windows they swore they would get. Then they tell me I bought a used home as is. I love my home, but when you look me in the eye and tell me youll get them and then swindle and lie, I lose all respect for ya.Get everything in writing!!!!!

He is very unorganized and doesnt seem confident in anything he says, never gives you a straight answer, either. Very frustrating. We practically gave him a sale on a silver platter but he wasnt able to do anything with it. The whole sales force is unhelpful in general. They dont return calls; hell they dont call you at all. Dont keep you updated and generally just waste your time. Horrible place to do business.
