Refreshingly good experience start to finish! Everyone we worked with from Jeremy to Kylen to Seth, they were professional and friendly. I’m so glad they happened to have what we wanted in stock in this time where everything takes 4-6 months to get. I will gladly drive the 6 hours it took us just to give them more business because I know we’ll be taken care of here.

My husband brought our jetski in because it was showing a engine light on. We told them that we needed it to be fixed in a couple of days. A week later they said the issue was fixed. My husband was skeptical because the service guy Will didnt sound like he knew what the problem was. So my husband took it to his friends jetski performance shop in Tampa. They hooked up the computer to it and saw there was a bad sensor. They also showed my husband that volume just cleared out the code with out fixing it. So we now lost 500 dollars to volume and they wont issue any kind of refund. They are scam artists. If you have any work done by them then you might want to double check the quality of work.

This place is awesome! They go above and beyond to help their customers and never leave you hanging. Even taking calls after hours. Would definitely recommend!

Called about a can am they had, said we wanted to come look at it on Saturday. The hours say they’re open until 3, they told us they closed at 2:30 and we drove over an hour to this place and got here a little after one and they were already closed. Just lost our business. Thanks for nothing.

We had a great experience when purchasing our side by side from this dealership. Unfortunately, we quickly found that once they’ve made the sale, they do not back it with the same service. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from here for that reason! So disappointing!

Went there to get information. No one greeted us, and then we were told they could not/would not help us because they did not work on the brands we had. They did not even try to recommend a different dealership. I will definitely be letting friends and family know about my experience, it is an embarrassment not only for my family but just in general.I would have given 0 stars but it is not an option.

This place is a joke after your purchase... they had the UTV for 2 week for a quote- refused to call the insurance adjuster back and us for a week . Then told us they didnt want to do the repair because it would tie up the shop.... Ummmm what ???? After 2 weeks of wasted time we had to take it to another place to start all over . I would give it 0 to 1/2 start but that is not allowed

I want to thank Seth, Chris and the rest of the staff for the stress free buying experience. it was well worth the hour and 45 minute drive. They are straight up, fair and a no pressure sales team. A very rare thing these days. Best experience Ive had buying a vehicle. I highly recommend going to see the folks at Valdosta Powesports before you waste your time anywhere else. Great job on fixing my bike no complaints except they charge over 100$ per hr to fix my bike hate to say it but I probably find somewhere cheaper next time but thankyou for the help!
