I purchase a storage space at Storage Rentals of America. Russ was very helpful in completing this process. He gave excellent information and answer all my questions. I personally live out of town, so he was able to get things set up, so I would be able to manage everything from afar. The space was just what I needed. Thanks Russ from your help. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for extra storage space.

Stopped by last week to pick up moving supplies Russ was helpful and kind. Helped me carry my stuff to my car. Thank you I will be getting more boxes soon.

Nice facility, easy to find, not open on Sundays, so even corporate gave you a reservation, there is no way to obtain the special door lock key Sundays, if you need a climate controlled unit

Poor customer service. I have been trying to get my trailer out of storage for the past 4 days. I have not been able to get ahold of the site manager to no avail. There was a fire in a section of the storage, did not receive any notification of restricted access to storage due to this incident. Trailer storage is on the other side of the storage facility. As yet still have not been able to retrieve my trailer, even with threat of legal action, and the okay from the fire chief. I would not recommend using this storage facility.

I rented a 10X10 was taken care of by the DM Heather, amazing customer service. The grounds currently are in need of tender loving care. Heather told me of the new PM and the company is working on gathering bids for a service to come in. Thank you .

They had a fire last week. They told me I would be able to get in by Thursday and they’re still not letting anybody in . Staff is rude and doesn’t have any concern for customers needing to get their belongings

Everyone i spoke with was very friendly and professional, however, they each failed to give me the full cost and details of renting a unit. I was quoted one price and told the first month was free but, when I got there to finalize the rental, there was a $29 administration fee (for what? I have no clue.). I was told it was mandatory that I purchase their insurance coverage which was another $9 a month so, what I thought was going to be the best deal around turned into a dud! I did rent the unit due to time constraints but, am not happy paying $81 a month for a small, non climate controlled unit. I should have followed my own knowledge that, if it sounds to good to be true, its probably not and, there is nothing in life free.

Jamia was a great help. She secured me a unit in no time, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer suervice!

Do not use this company! They are a rip off and do dirty business practices! Was literally just told by an employee that the last climate controlled unit will be $399 a month when online it says $159. When I pointed this out he stated it was because it was the last one and “inflation”. Seriously that is beyond dirty!

Stored a Lincoln Towncar in a parking space. Covered my car with a made.to fit custom Lincoln Car cover, secured with 8 bungee cords..The car has sat thru 70 to 90.MPH Storm winds and never has the top come off. I stored it for 6 days, upon returning my cover was laying in the dirt and all 8 bungee cords were missing...Manager advised me.she had no idea what happened and that someonr must have stolen the bungee cords, leaving my car in the elements and my cords were stolen...She had no concern and was very unprofessional. If this happens inside the facility in 6 days, she said she saw it was uncovered and didnt bother to even call me.or replace the missing Bungee cords or showed no concern for my vehicle...Terrible management of the property, no care or concern at all. I closed the account and will follow up with the corporate office....Worst i mean the worst storage facity and management ive ever experienced. 6 days this happened was observed by management and did t even bother to call me....I recommend STAY AWAY.FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY...APPARENTLY THIS IS CONSIDERED OK, AND SHE HAS NO JOB COMMITMENT OR PROFESSIONAL ISM WHATSOEVER. 6 DAYS....AND NOT EVEN A CALL, WHEN SHE ADMITTED SEEING IT LAYING IN THE GROUND....RENT ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE OR PROPERTY PRESERVED AND PROTECTED.

RENT HERE. GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE!! They were the most kindest and helpful places weve come across. They have a friendly and welcoming attitude and are hard working people! We enjoyed meeting Jamal and the team (we never got the sweet ladys name) and will recommend this place to everyone and use them again in the future.

New management is AMAZING. I would not rent under previous managament, but Jamal is very knowledgeable and helpful! Come see him for a great deal on storage.

Called the place, I asked for a quote on a 5 x 10, they asked if I was a student, I told them that I was. They gave me a discounted quote based upon that size and said that they would pro-rate on the size. Came in on a Saturday morning and had to quickly complete the work and hand them my debit card since I had work that morning. I arrived at my job and was finally able to look over the contract and the fee. I realize that they charged me a pro-rated fee based upon a 10 x 10, not a 5 x 10. I later get a chance to check my phone and the manager contacted me saying, Oh, you wanted a 5 x 10. They change it so that I am now in a 5 x 10. Also, the contract says, 30. Financial information. Owner does not warrant or guarantee that any financial information will not be stolen or otherwise compromised. Occupant waives and released any and all claims or actions against owner for damages arising from the use and said information by others. Aka. They can charge more for a unit and not be held liable or have a lawsuit brought against them.The contract also says nothing about discounts for students, but it does mention discounts for military personal. The following month they gave me a student discounts, after that, the manager forgot that he would give me a students discount.Do not trust them.

Clean and accessible. They keep up with maintenance, which is nice. Climate control options available, and even vehicle storage.

Pros: Location close to Moody AFBCONS:*Not enough Cameras* Employees allow MOVING vehicle to block the camera* Customers are ALLOWED to put plank on top of Vehicle, WHICH BUSTED UP MY TRUCK...LOOK AT MY PICS & VIDEOS. I will be putting it on Facebook and YouTube soon.I had both vehicle storage and regular storage. I closed vehicle storage and will soon be closing my storage due to my truck windshield busted up & hood cracked and dented.ALL this could have been prevented if the storage vehicle was not parked blocking the camera as well as on part of the road.I thought my vehicle would be safe in this gated area so I did not get insurance ... I did not think the company would allow a moving truck to have tarp on it with planks... Since its not part of the vehicle. The planks were not strapped down and high winds blew it off.
