The UPS Store here is great Ive been receiving my mail and packages here for a few years now they always get it right.

Visited here while Zach and Daniel were working today. These two always help me with whatever I need and are so polite. I always go to this location because they get me in and out super fast. Awesome customer service as usual from these two!

Worst customer service ever. My mother, who is a senior, came in to return a package.She is not computer saavy and needed assistance. They were not helpful and they end up leaving. Customer service 101...go back to school and get some.

This UPS Store is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and efficient! With the holiday madness, they upped their game and didnt change their customer service ONE BIT! Love them!

I shipped out a mixing console from this store. The manager talked me into insurance assuring me that it would be taken care of or the insurance will pay. That was not the case in the end. The mixer did not arrive like it left it was broke in two places. The insurance claim was rejected based off of a few pictures. They did not go out and investigate. What is the purpose in insurance? They will send you a nice long letter of denial basically stating that you did not pack it to the UPS standards. No one told me what the standard is when I was packing it in the store but they didnt mind selling me the insurance.

I waited in line for fifteen minutes at Office Depot only to be told my printing order would cost three bucks a page. Really? Clearly,the drone working there had no idea what I wanted and cared even less about my patronage. So, I drive across town to the UPS store. They want to know how I want my printing, have a computer for me to access, are helpful, friendly, and suddenly, I have what I want, the way I want it, and Im not paying three bucks a copy. There isnt any reason to go anywhere else if you can get to the UPS store. The service alone would be enough, but the quality of the product speaks for itself, too.

The store was not busy but I was not greeted. One worker was busy scanning items in, and kindly and professionally greeted me about 2 minutes later but the other worker was too busy trying to place his lunch order to acknowledge his customer. Dane, as I heard him announce as he finally found the right phone number to place his lunch order, never acknowledged me although I stood in front of him. Seriously, hang up the phone and greet your customer. Thats just poor customer service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide great customer service.

Not happy. Up charged me $20 to ship a coffee cup because it was package in box from Shutterfly in a styrofoam square box. Should have been $10. Found out they are individually owned and can charge whatever they want. What a joke

I personally use this store and our company uses it for all of our mailing needs. We love this store, the staff has become our friends we are in there so much. This store is one of our favorites.

Was at the location this past week and I am very pleased with the service and attentiveness of the staff.

Went by today about a package that was to be picked up. One guy specifically was rude and said they hadnt gotten it yet. Once my tracker showed delivered, I went to the store, the same rude guy huffed and said we got our truck but havent scanned it in yet. when I got my box. It was beat up and had a hole in it. 😡😡 that God my laptop wasnt damaged.

Pointless location. They are an independent franchise store. They will not take corporate accounts. It is twice as expensive to ship from their location as it is from The Hub location. Save yourself some money dont go to this place.
