Went looking for a small trash can. Lots of choices for the large ones, but small and mid-size options were few. I found one that was the perfect size. Unfortunately it was dented...as were the rest of the stock on the shelf, for this size & type. Disappointing 😞

It still nice, neat and clean but they dont have Raiders cups. Maybe in the holidays in November 🤷🏾‍♀️

Bed Bath & Beyond, has helpful cashiers, attractive cookware displays, organized departments, and a clearly marked clearance section. They need a section of ready to go boxed gifts. People as also need boxes gifts that can be mailred.

Had my neck pillow in the same area/layout as the other stores, thank you for keeping it simple! Computer problem on one register so had to switch to another no big deal in that we kept the same place in line, no jumpers...like some politicians

It was a pleasant experience overall for me.

Well organized store, attentive staff, ample parking. We were there to do some dorm shopping for my daughter. They have a great app that allows you to scan the items you want with your phone. Then when you head to off to school it will be waiting for you at the store closest to your college. It will save us from having to haul it all to another state. It is very convenient.

Lots of things to look at and a good selection to choose from. Go on-line to get coupon a couple days before you go. Staff was friendly and helpful when they didnt have the item I wanted in the store, they went on-line to order it and have it delivered to my home

If I dont have time to visit Target for basic toiletries, this is a good option with reasonable prices. Its also convenient when Im shopping at Costco or going to the movies.It would be helpful if the hand baskets were placed at the front entrance instead of having to search for them near the cosmetics area.

I absolutely LOVE bed bath and beyond... However what I dont like is calling a location that was almost 40 minutes away to see if theyre open, getting there and theyre closed. Now I spoke to someone on the store when I called, and was told yes maam were open. I guess Ill go to the Vacaville location from now on.

I really like Bed Bath & Beyond. There always a little more pricey then online like Amazon and some of the other stores that I frequent. But they do have some good online deals and coupons that you get in the mail. I honestly wouldnt recommend stopping here without those because you can find them online on Amazon for almost half the price if you dont have the coupons. But other than that pretty great store.

Looking for instant pot 6qt duo gourmet multi-year pressure cooker. Not available.

They carry the heavy-duty Wilton pans that I prefer for baking, awesomely high thread count sheets, and tons of other great stuff! Friendly staff, too! Good prices, too! 😊

Love shopping in that store, I always find new things for home. Prices are good and you can always can use your 20% off card that you get on the mail. Customer services are hard to find, usually no employees on the floor for questions.

The people here try to give individualized informed customer service. They have a section of as seen on TV products. I forgot my 20% off coupon. Another customer went all the way to her car to bring me hers and the person behind the counter made sure I was signed up.

I wish they have more mattress options

They were supposed to hold an item for me,; the cashier brought the wrong item; then again went back and brought another wrong item; she told me it wasnt there. I let her know I crossed the bridge to come and that I had called her and gave her my number if she had a problem finding the item. The person that held the item appeared and told the cashier where it was. Ridiculous!!

Love this franchise. Very big, very well stocked, and the staff should be in the 50s they are so helpful. Example: I asked a manager to please call for a ladder so I could get a larger painting. He got it himself, and then carried it himself to checkout, and even offered to bring it out to our car. No really. Unlike the El Cerrito place, this outlet usually is In Stock with the most popular items.

I needed a egg timer of all things for my comedy show to time the comics and I happened to be in Vallejo and do you know the Bed Bed Bath head Im so thankful cuz I would have had to order it and it wouldnt have got here to Friday and miss my show so hands down in them the little items for the house kitchen or in my case comedy show they have it please patronize them keep the doors open in the staff is fantastic

Theyve got an entire drugstore in there! It was much better than the usual. They had every odd thing on my list, homeopathic meds, humidifiers, heating pads, face wash that no one else had, etc... Quite a few where on sale, very good prices for that Dept.

I could not find the portable chest drawers at the time and so a manager named Madonna saw my confusion and not only showed me the location but the many options. Great service.

I love it, my favorite place, I did my wedding registry back in the year of 2008. Got so many gifts from there still opening gifts and using them.

This BBB didnt have what I was look for, scented lavender oil wick diffusers, and some make up which I was told all BBB stores are no longer selling.
