The variety of items in store, user friendly website, relatively quick shipping and delivery, and most of all the courteous customer service I receive when picking up drive up orders and rarely returning/exchanging items, is stellar.

This place has the worst customer service ever. Today I couldnt even get help with trying to get supplies to finish my kitchen cabinets, after Im going through the hell of the kitchen dept helping me get my Countertops finished from their 3rd party Vendor Block Tops. They left last Thursday, lost my template, didnt complete the installation and dodged calls all day Friday ....Im seeking Legal consultation tomorrow morning.

Best customer service out of any Home Depot Ive ever been to! It started with the store manager helping me look for an item. Ive never seen so many helpful employees at 1 location!Personally, I think the manager should get a raise. She sets the tone on how to provide amazing customer service and walks the walk with them.

Found all the materials needed to replace my ramp. Such a shame that wood is so expensive and in short supply. Luckily, I was able to use lattice to complete the project. Usually, I frequent their competition, but since they require you to go on line and sign up for the Veterans discount, theyve lost my business. I even voiced my concerns to the CEO via email, and all I heard in reply was crickets. Thank you Home Depot for recognizing Veterans.

I had a major fence to replace along our home. We were pleased to find out that everything was in stock. The cashier worked closely with my contractor to get everything we needed on our big order. We are very happy with the quality of the products and even happier now that the job is complete.

It’s very hard to find a store employee and many times the employees don’t have very many answers. If you go in knowing exactly what you need and in which aisle and bay to find it, then it’s much quicker. The self checkout is a breeze.

Great place in Vallejo to get your home improvement stuff. Friendly staff. The two employees who worked in paint the night I was there went way out of way to make sure I found what I needed. Walked me to the very spot didnt have to search for anything. In and out in minutes. I will be a returning customer.

The Home Depot App has made this store much more accessible. It was difficult to find help here and I was not a frequent enough shopper to know where everything was. With the App I can check if there is inventory of what I need online and the map of the store as well as aisle and bin location make things easy to find. In this time of distance and careful contact this jumps Home Dept up in its ability to meet my needs. Now if they could just handle the lines better...that small square of light is the front...the should have signs that say 20 min. from this point to the cashier...heaven help you if you bring something back.

Went to home depot to pick up an order placed online and told was ready for pickup. After arriving it took them several minutes to locate my order only for it to be the wrong color. My partner has to find the proper table in the correct color and point it out to the home depot staff and then it took them another 45 minutes to get it off the shelf. Such a waste of time. I wish their customer service was more of a priority.

Beware of any appliance purchase! They took my $ for a non-existent LG refrigerator. Supposed to deliver 9/10, never showed/didnt call. Next del. 9/24, then 9/25. I cancelled, and a week later, they still havent refunded my money! Constant LIES from managers. Never again!

Home Depot always has the proper products for whatever project I am in need of. I was able to get the garage door components I needed for repair of my door. I also was delighted to get help from staff when needed and the safety protocols that were in place.

Pretty clean and organized I was offered help by a few people while walking true the hallways but at the pick-up desk there was about 7 different people just chatting and 2 of us wating on the only girl working she was fast but could have being faster

I ordered tile to be delivered and was given a window of between 7:00 and 7:00 for the delivery The following day. Its 4:30 p.m. on delivery day and I just got a call that said they couldnt find the merchandise. I was in the store today and they had a whole pallet of it. Nothing but incompetence Id give them no stars but thats not a rating.

Awful at returns, will not shop here. Tried to do a return of items in vallejo, CA and they scanned my ID and denied the return and It was on a home depot gift card. Clever way of saying no to returns via 3rd company called Retail Equation. Told me to call a 800 number at the retail equation which No one answers the phone at this 800 number. After I told them that no one answers at the 800 number, they drew a blank and said “ I am sorry”. Then I showed them the receipt which I took a screenshot of worth $90 and they said they needed a physical receipt not a picture of the receipt. Left $200 worth of my goods there, not going back.

One of the worst Home Depots Ive been to. It starts with the parking lot - total insanity. Once you get inside the store, good luck getting any help. Ive stood by the electrical wire cutting area for 10 minutes listening to them page customer service in electrical before I just left. On another visit I asked the appliance department about ordering an appliance they didnt have in stock and I was told I dont know nothing about special orders. The way it works is you pick out what you want and I put it in the computer.Update: Im also pretty sure whoever restocks their electrical department PVC fittings just puts random stuff in empty boxes to make them look full.I gave up and went to Fairfield. Its worth the 15 minute drive.

What a bad home depot. I have never been so disoriented and ignored... I had to wait for help in many departments for a long time and electronics guy never showed up even though I had someone call him on the loud speaker! OMG. Never again I will show up in this location...Also the lady over the carpets were not helpful at all, she just asked if I needed any help but she actually ran away when she realized she cant get what I need and it was too much for her. I attached the picture of her below.My advise, just go to another location if you have any other options. This location is just horrible! You would spend half a fay trying to get what you need!

Home Depot is nicely set up. Generally easy to find things . If you have a return you dont need your receipts they can put it back on the card you used. Staff is helpful. Handsanitzer is available at the front and exit of the store next to check out stands.Bathroom was super clean.

Very disappointed. Ive been a long time customer and i decided to replace our water heater the ad said free delivery. So i made arrangements to get it replaced. But after hiring someone prepping everything i ordered the water heater and presto! They are charging me for delivery. When i called and asked why the said i dont know but if you dont want it dont buy it and hung up

The store is a complete mess. Havent been there in the past 5 months because of the pandemic and just dont remember it was this bad. Aisles blocked with merchandise and baskets filled with items,the outside construction area filthy with junk. What has happened to one of my favorite retailers?

I needed a very specific faucet cartridge from the plumbing department and a store associate that obviously worked in a plumbing area pointed it right out to me and save me a bunch of time. thats why Im giving you five stars, because of him. But Home Depot pretty much everybody that works there is cool. They work hard there polite even when the customer is obviously wrong keep it up

Employees are so lazy it’s insane. My mom asked someone to help her grab bags of soil from the garden area and a 6’3 younger man said “sorry they’re too stuck”. She had to climb up there herself and struggle to get them down. Then she had to crawl back further to get to the next stack. She’s 5 ft tall and 90 lbs. No one would stop to help her. Go to Lowe’s or somewhere else with people who care.

Found everything I needed. No long lines plenty of parking. Associates were helpful.

Went to get some pressure treated lumber but came home empty handed. It looked like what they had left for choices are leftovers. Either theyre cracked or the edges are chewed up from being forklifted. Im sure they know that those are not going to get bought but yet they leave it there. Doesnt make sense to me since they just get in the way while customers are rummaging for the good ones. Theyre not cheap so why would anyone settle for the leftovers. It would be nice if they would just get them out of the way.

Customer service was not bad today

I went into get moving boxes. It was easy to find everything I needed and the employees were very nice.

As I stated before,well stocked of everything very busy no clutter very orginized...

Normally Id give a much better rating but on this day I went in to get 2x12x8 and there was nothing good on the rack. I asked the employee if they could bring down a new stack because there wasnt enough good ones on the rack his reply was our forklift guy is on break i asked if theres nobody else and he said its going to be at least 30 minutes before someone could help i said no problem ill get my other stuff and come back. When I was done I came back and nothing had moved so I asked again, this time with attitude he asked me what he wants me to do he doesnt drive the lifts and walked off muttering something I couldnt understand. I tried asking another employee and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes before he could get to it so at this point I left my cart and all the stuff and went to lowes where they were more then happy to help

I love Home Depot, but the Vallejo location is terribly understaffed and the staff that is there is overworked so they’re not happy to see you nor do they want to help you. I have a hard time going back, I have met some very helpful people in the store though, but I just went in there to buy some jigsaw blades and there were literally 2 self checkout lanes open out of maybe 12 total, and 2 employees working the 2 Open lanes. I asked the one guy if they had any other open lanes and he ignored me, I ask one more time, are the only 2 lanes going right now with this huge line and he said yes. I left my blades on the closed counter and walked out. I may be being a little petty, but the attitude combined with the lack of anyone even trying to help you combined with minimal staffing that causes long waits to check out for small items is not OK. Their self checkout lanes are very impressive and very easy to use, I could’ve ring myself up and been out of their hair without using any of their staff had they only had more lanes open, but I’m not sure what was going on in there tonight.

This is one of my favorite Home Depots to visit... I walked in looking for plants and other supplies for my home. Shout out to Mae the Project Specialist who welcomed me with a genuine smile and was so very helpful and knowledgeable about their products! They have a great selection of material that I have not been able to find in other Home Depots or even Amazon! Mae was especially helpful with questions I had about re-vamping my kitchen! She was very patient with all the endless questions I had regarding the process! This was an example of staff going above and beyond and the positive impact it leaves with the customer. Thank you Home Depot Vallejo especially Mae for the positive experience!!

Home Depot is usually messy.. but the store in Vallejo is chaotic. I will never go to this store again. I was forgotten about twice when trying to buy something I needed assistance with. The same person forgot me twice... Lied both times. Thing is, she is in management. Others where Also having problems with online order pickups and communication. Left a bad impression. I will avoid HD in the future and will not go this store again
