First this Father/Son partnership is fantastic! They are honest and super fair. Everything was explained in detail nothing extra was added to finance. The variety and quality of their cars are superb. They do not list sold cars to bring you in. Clean environment, felt extra COVID precautions are taken here. Everyone wears a mask clean bathroom and hand sanitizer available. I witnessed sanitation of vehicles as well. Very professional and respectful, hard to come by people like this nowadays. At first they act like they are family oriented and will treat you as such... but when you have problem with your used car, they will find a way to justify not helping out. They are having problem at their shop with no good mechanic since their last mechanic quit on them... wonder why???? My daughter car is now going to cost us more money to be fixed on a problem that I made them aware of after the first month we bought it! Its a really shame that they only want to make you feel like family when they are getting your money! Be warned!!!!!

They are cheaper than most places and I see why. I bought a vehicle from them and that was the worst decision I ever made. The doors stopped working a couple days after buying the vehicle. Not even a week after and they told me it’s nothing they can do about it. Then the spear key they gave me didn’t work so I called them to see if I can get a new one they told me it’s nothing they can do about it so I had to spend $250 for a new key. Worst dealership I ever been to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Good thing I didn’t buy a super expensive car from them.

I have never purchased a vehicle from a small used vehicle car dealership before, but now I am confident in the fact that my first call when looking for vehicle will be Divinci motors. The absolute epitome of a family business that makes you feel like family. A hard working, honest, and genuine family that simply makes you comfortable the moment you step into the door. I did not feel pressured a single moment I was inside. Their current crop of vehicles for sale on their showroom floor were absolutely gorgeous and in immaculate condition, I couldnt help but stare at the vehicles they had on display. I traded in a vehicle to purchase a vehicle they had. The entire process was painless and completely fair. I actually would have spent more time in their store just to keep our conversations going. However, the most important details I would like to share is that I purchased the vehicle As Is with no warranty. That did not stop the owner, Mr. Ken, to purchase brand new All-Weather floor mats from the factory because the current floor mats in the car were not up to his standard. FOR FREE! Then the very next day, I noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was leaking. I called and asked if there was anything they could do about it, knowing that I had no warrantee. That very same day they scheduled me an appointment at their mechanic and had it repaired, FOR FREE!! While I was at the mechanic, Mr. Leo, the son of the owner and one day successful entrepreneur of his own, drove to the mechanic just to check on me and make sure everything was handled. I can promise that I will start any vehicle shopping I do in the future will be with Divinci Motors, and I highly, highly recommend you do the same. 10/5 stars.

Well after some searching online looking for a certain model BMW I stumbled across this dealer Davinci Motors, and they had what I was looking for! Although I did find 2 other dealers with similar models they never took me seriously, and these guys at Davinci Motors were on it and made me feel like they wanted my business, sadly a lot of companies now days forget about the customer! It was the easiest car sale/transaction I have ever had by far. I would highly recommend Davinci Motors, especially for those niche market cars. The owner and the son are good people, helped me get my 2012 cls550 late september. Bad thing is that the car they sold me, got a check engine light on the way home and i live in Lincoln so thats about 2 hours away. Wasnt running rough so drove it all the way home then took it to mercedes dealer in rocklin to check it out. They have found out that the Cam sensor was leaking which leaked onto the engine harness and to replace all that is gonna cost me around $6k to fix it. If you plan on buying a car here, make sure to bring a mechanic to check out the vehicle and make sure there are no stored check engine light codes.

Happen to come across Divinci Motors website while researching Acura sedans. Saw the 2017 Acura ILX and drove to test drive it within 30 minutes of confirming they still had the sedan. Divinci Motors has a fabulous showroom with very clean, autos of all makes (Acura, BMW, Porsche, Corvettes, Benz, etc.). All are competitively priced, and priced less than one of the dealerships; I compared Acura sedans at an Acura dealership with Divinci Motors (an independent dealer proudly owned and operated by the family) and found a 2017, 24,000 mile Acura ILX sedan for less than an Acura dealership advertises. Absolutely in great shape and still under warranty - looks brand new!!! Love Divinci Motors in Vallejo and their professional and friendly folks!!! I highly recommend this dealership.

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. I purchased a Mazda CX-5 2015 just a few months ago September 11th.I was told the truck had never been in an accident and that there was just damaged to the side driver door. They showed me the car fax and it just said damage and no accidents so I said okay. I was interested in the Mazda 6 as well so I test drove both. They take you through the streets and around the block and back. Maybe if your a mechanic you will be okay but I can only go off of what I am told and how its drives. They were really nice and there reviews were good so I trusted that I making a good choice plus the price wasnt bad.I took the car home and as soon as I get on the free way I hear from the drivers side lots of wind/ air getting in. I could also feel it. The rear door panel behind the driver seat once I opened and closed it for the first flew off. I immediately got a key battery low, the heated seats barely get warm. I started looking closer and the front window was replaced and the drivers door window was replaced as well. The battery has died on me twice from sitting for just 10-15 mins with out being completely on. The service let also came on four days after I purchased it. I let them know and I went back after reaching a couple of times and they fixed the panel and said they had already serviced the car so they reset the light.When I turn left and right the car is also pretty squeaky at times. Scared to find out why that is. The driver door which they said they had repaired started chipping by the edge and a piece of it actually did chip off. I was inquiring about who did the job to see if maybe it was covered as most repairs usually are. I didnt get a response from my sales men. I had to reach out to them again because my plates never came. I was told they were under the paper plates but there is only one. Just two weeks ago the left side of the driver seat completely stopped moving so I am literally driving with my toes because I can not adjust it up further enough. The Bluetooth portion of the vehicle just went completely out for the the phone. They I can hear them they cant hear me and ever since I purchased the car when connecting your music literally every time you get in the vehicle takes at least 2-3 mins to search for whatever reason.I gave them a call today to see if I could get the detailed history of all the repairs they did and he told me they did not keep track of information like that or at least for my car. Once I went over everything that has been going on instead of the old nice guy I had when they were trying to make a sale, I got Oh! Well were looking at the picture now and do you see the white marks? Like you hit something? Oh, wow! I just told you everything that was going on with the car and thats the first thing that comes out your mouth. AND NO! I didnt hit anything. It chipped like a bad manicure job, on its own. That chip is literally the least of my worries. I know have to go take this car to the shop and see why the electrical units are falling apart on me.
