Bought a car from them last year my speakers are barely working only one work I asked the day I drove off the lot was it working or not and he said yeah and he knew they didn’t all work, and the window can barely roll up and down AND the car didn’t have a spare tire(I know I should’ve made sure) long story short don’t go here alone if you’re a girl they’ll sell a bad car to you.

I waited until our plates came to write this review because I read other reviewers who said they had issues getting their plates. They told us around 3 months to get them and they just came today after 3.5 months. I dont know if thats normal or not, but what they told us is what happened and thats all I really care about.Our car purchasing experience was good too. I forget his name, but we were doing a trade in and had to bring our boys with us (both under 3) and he helped me remove the car seats from our old car. I was SO thankful. He was very kind about it.We took our new car to a mechanic to get it looked at and everything looked great. Our car is still running just fine with no issues.We could have gotten more for our trade in at carmax, but all of the cars we were looking at there were more expensive, so it kind of evened out. We could have gotten more selling privately, but didnt want to deal with the hassle so for us taking a minor loss was worth it.Overall we were very pleased and would return here to buy a car again if needed.

Cars are not service just to sell, CAR Had issues immediately dont waste money or time where not valued. I was a good sell and they completely sold me an vehicle with issues.

I had an awesome experience here at Vallejo Motors! I have been looking for a new car for OVER A YEAR and had not found what i was looking for. My husband came across an add for the EXACT car I wanted at Vallejo Motors for a GREAT price. He called to inquire about the car and had all his questions answered by the helpful and friendly AJ. My husband let me know to fill out an application for a loan and that AJ said they would get back to us as soon as it was processed. He did just that! We let him know it would be a 2 hour drive for us to get there so we could make it around 4pm and he said he would be there waiting for us. When we arrived, AJ was helping another customer so another friendly young man showed us the car and went with me while I drove it around the block. One drive and I was SOLD! The car was in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted.When we returned my husband took the car for a quick drive while my son and I waited. AJ came out to greet us and chat while we waited for my husband.When my husband came back we talked for a moment but I knew I wanted the car! I let AJ know and he lead me to his office to start the paperwork. He was super kind and patient with me as it was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I had some questions. He was also super patient with my 3 year old son who was a little restless after being in the car for so long. When I was signing the paperwork, my son wanted to sign too, so AJ got him a pen and paper so he could sign for the car too! So sweet!Overall an awesome experience, AJ was kind, professional and patient. I highly recommend Vallejo Motors to anyone looking for a quality car!11/10 for AJ’s customer service!

Exactly a year ago today I bought my Nissan Rogue from Vallejo Motors. I still love my car, it runs great and I haven’t had a single problem. The guys were great, made things easy and as painless as buying a vehicle can get. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. Wow, its refreshing to be able to shop for a car at a place where some one isnt trying to sell me a car that I dont really want. Im a very picky customer. I already have in mind what I want and about how much I want to spend.The guy I spoke with there was extremely knowledgeable about many different makes and models of cars. Also this place really surprised me with the selection of vehicles that they had. Their inventory included everything from your basic Hyundai to a very classy Maserati!

They have nice body vehicles but are all bad. Someone bought a car from this place & 6 months later transmission went out. She only drove it locally, when she called, they told her it was as is. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

Since I had paid cash for the car there was no warranty. They paid $2000 for a new motor. They also paid for a new radiator and caps. Even though they were not obligated to do so. I love you boys. Thank you. The car is running great.

I recently bought a very nice Mercedes Benz E350 bluetec my first impression of the dealership was it looked pretty nice the two sales guys AJ and KJ were very nice they started the car up for me let me take my time to look at it I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all they got me approved with no problems at all I will defiantly be back to buy another car.

Dont waste your time coming to this dealership. They are never open when they are supposed to be. Clearly they do not respect their customers time, or respect the business. This is my 2nd 1hr drive up to this dealership to see a car and they are closed. At 3pm I called and specifically asked them when they close, the guy said 5pm. Now its 4:15 and Im here and it is closed. I will not be wasting another 2 hrs of my life coming back here. They have lost me as a customer. Since I have been here waiting I have seen 2 other disappointed customers pull up to a closed dealership expecting it to be open. When you call the dealership no one answers and their voicemail box is full. Find an affordable used car ELSEWHERE.

I recently purchased a 2008 CL63 AMG. Ive been looking for this particular model for several months they happen to have this car in their lot. Drove down to go look at the car test drove it check for leaks it looked like a pretty good purchase for the price they were offering. There are some things that needed to be addressed prior let me purchasing the car which they said on their word that they would take care of. Its been several weeks now havent drove the car no very far only to work and back since my job is locally in Fairfield and alarm came up on the dashboard indicating there was something wrong with the ABC system luckily I was almost home and I noticed the hood started smoking. When I got home I popped up in the hood and it look like one of the lines on the driver side ABC unit ruptured or something burst causing a hydraulic fluid spilling everywhere on to the engine. I finally got ahold of the two individuals that were running the place and told them about my situation they still havent resolved my issues that Ive told them about prior to buying the car and now this major issue with a car comes up. I knew there were going to be issues with a car but not this severe and I was expecting a little bit more better help from the dealership due to but its on the status quo right now due to Thanksgiving. Understand that if your a man of your word you would honor it and not say something and not follow through. Im willing to take the cost of this vehicle because its something Ive always wanted but if you dont have the expense or the extra cash to address some things prior. After buying the vehicle I suggest not going to this dealership. Their word is no good.

AJ and Erick were tremendous. I bought an infinity g37 for just under blue book. Was excited about the purchase. They informed me of a 30 day warranty. Fast forward a week and the service engine light came on. I was unsure because yoh never know how shady a used car dealership can be. Called them up and they said no problem. Just bring it in and well take care it so I brought it in my next day off. Service the O2 sensor that day. Got my car back with no issues. And it runs even better then it did when I bought it! Very professional dealership.

I went in to test drive the 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8. It was the nicest one I seen. The next day I came in and talked number. AJ gave me a great deal on the car (was surprised) Great car lot!

I brought a car here about 2 years ago and its still up and running the brothers was nice and very helpful my plates came on time so its a bummer to read all these comments that are negative because I actually recommend this place to everyone

I tried going to a few different car lots in Solano County. All denied me. One day I was passing by and seen the dealership went to check out a SUV for my Family the staff treated me and my wife with respect we will be back for a new different car soon.

Drive 2 hours plus to check out a car but once’s I got there the car had many little details including the front bumper and the grill being really loose I confronted the salesman there about it and he just told me that it’s normal for it to be like that...yeah I don’t think soo I’m not getting scammed

This is the WORST place to buy a car from. They sell lemons(broken down cars), they are liars, and they get over on people. They never send the license plates, so that sets you up to get your car taken. No matter how many times you go back for them to fix your car, they will fail at fixing the problem or they will tell you that there is nothing wrong with the car. They sold me a car with no back brakes and it had no oil change when I got it. I didnt find out about the car until I took it to a mechanic and he told me that it never had brakes. Recently my boyfriend was driving it with my little brother down a hill and they could not stop the car, so they almost crashed into a fence going down a hill. So my boyfriend calls them to see if they cant fix it and they argued with him and told him there were no such thing as not having back brakes, this was quoted from the manager. Everybody I know that bought a car from them tells me about their problems with their cars. Not to mention, my mom got a car from them and got it tooken a year later due to having paper plates longer than 3 months.

They sold me a car that the check engine light has been on since day one.They keep saying they will fix it, Iv taken it in atleast ten times to be fixed but is never fixed.One time they even forgot to put cables on properly and half the time the car would not start untill i figured it out.I feel like they intentionally took advanage of me.I payed 5000 for a car i can not register.I asked them when they smogged it,so driving from one lot to the other caused a vacum leak that their machanic cant find,after 10 times inconviencing me and my family leaving us carless while my car sits in the lot so they remove the battery cables and might get around to putting them on right.I want a car that can be registered, they are responcible to fix this problem,the way i choose.Their machanic has tryed and failed 10 times.
