What can I say! The team at Momentum were AWESOME!!! Not only did I get into a immaculate used can. They made me feel like one of the family. My sales rep Kenneth Cruz Jr. went above and beyond. He listened to my needs and followed up on every one of them. I will recommend Momentum to everyone. If I could rate a negative number I would. I brought my Dodge Charger in to see why it is not idling correctly. They have done $2,500 worth of work. Car still does not work. They dont even have a clue what is wrong with it. They have had it for over 2 weeks now. Getting a service advisor on the phone is virtually impossible. Im so done with this place! I bought the charger from them almost 10 years ago. I was in the market for a new vehicle. I will never invest my money here again for any reason. My wife and I both have dodge vehicles. They have lost a customer in me!

Reasonable buying experience. You have to do quite a bit of back and forth to get a decent deal. However, that is somewhat to be expected. The sales manager became a bit aggressive when haggling, yet we still managed to reach a reasonable price. Id recommend this place if you are willing to battle for a good deal.

Do not buy a vehicle from this auto group. I purchased a car nearly 7 months ago from them and I am STILL dealing with issues due to their incompetence. From getting the VIN number wrong on all of my paperwork, to giving the wrong address to who financed my car making me late on a car payment, to spelling my name wrong on my car registration and to simply poor customer service and uniformed employees (except for a select few... more like 2... one of which is no longer with the company). Momentum completely tarnished a what shouldve been a really exciting monumental experience for me (purchasing my first car solely on my own). Do not buy a vehicle here. They are shady, uninformed and incompetent. When I purchased the car (with my boyfriend and dad present), I did not try to talk them down a single bit. I bought the car for what they wanted to sell it for. After they wrote me a check for $1000 (I shouldve gotten a lot more) because of all their mistakes I thought maybe they are an okay company but nope. Its been 7 months and I am still dealing with issues and getting completely ignored by them. I tried so hard to give them a chance. Multiple chances. And they still proved to me that they are incompetent and unable to provide ample customer service especially after they have royally messed up. How embarrassing.

I had been in the market for a vehicle for 2 months. I was dealing with a different dealership in a different city. The morning I was ready to purchase my salesman just gave me the run around trying to get me into a brand new vehicle I did not like or want wasting 3 and a half hours of my time. I came to momentum right after. Within 5 minutes I was greeted asked what I interested in and off on a test drive. We started paperwork on my car, but werent able to get it because it was going to make my payments high. My sales woman Huguette (who did an amazing job)put me in a similar car for another test drive and voila everything worked out. I really felt the staff wanting to work with me and not just try to make a quick sell. I enjoy my vehicle and am happy with the service I am receiving from momentum.

So hard to reach the Service department by phone. I was impressed by service advisor Vinnie last time I was here. Phone system not great. Still waiting to get my car back after 3 weeks. Im hoping I can submit a positive review when all is said and done. Fingers crossed.UPDATE: 6/28/18Still haven’t gotten car back. No return call from Mr. Hearty. Smh.

Communication to customers is terrible. I originally waited over 20 minutes on hold. Eventually got through. When I did call back I hit number for sales instead of service, and they picked up right a way.Eventually had to speak to the manager, due to untruthfulness and incompetent receptionist.I eventually made appointment for Saturday the following week, as they had no other openings. I attempted to drop vehicle off on Friday, and found out they couldnt do the work on my appointment day.The work could only be done during the week. I dropped vehicle off on Sunday for Monday appointment.Vehicle was not done by Tuesday, so I got a loaner car. This was the one good thing in the experience that happened.Vehicle was not ready until Thursday the following week.And here is the kicker, they originally tried to charge me $1,700 more than quoted. Obviously this pissed me off.After haggling with service manager on this point, I eventually knocked it down to only $500 over quoted price. I was not happy. I paid the ransom for my vehicle.Terrible and deceitful business experience. This location is fraudulent, do not recommend.

Called in on a Wednesday to get my air bags checked for a factory recall, got an appointment next day early morning for around 8am and I slept in from a long night, didnt receive a call from momentum till around 9 am asking how my experience was and I replied I never showed up, with no attitude I was givin an appointment within the next hour I was a bit hesitant because I needed my car for the afternoon but they promised me and get my car back around 2:00 PM and I showed up drop off my car and was given shuttle service back to my house Laura who provided me with the ride home was super sweet and drove really carefully. Around two hours later I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up and I asked if I can get a ride from my house to momentum Vallejo and they told me that I would get picked up within the hour and so they did. Overall my experience was great and I highly recommend momentum Vallejo for anyone who needs there vehicle serviced by professionals.-Neil C.

I can’t give them a no star rating. If I could I would have. I will not return to have my Ram truck service by this company. 2 trips to have a shock repair. Still not fixed. Waited 1.5 hours to get told they can’t fix it if it’s not leaking. Wasted my time. If you go for service you go at your own risk. I had issues 2 years ago when I was looking to purchase a new truck. I did not purchase my truck from them.

Bought a car here at a price that was fair to both parties. 3 weeks later the trade in is not paid off and new car is funded. Dealership expects me to make a payment because they cant pull their head out of their @$$. Would NOT recommend going to any momentum dealership EVER!!!

Its my first time purchasing a vehicle and there was a few snags along the way. My credit isnt awesome and Onzelo worked hard to get me what I wanted. The Fairfield dealership didnt communicate effectively with the Vallejo one and received my vehicle late. However the GM Tony was kind enough to hear my concerns and worked out a wonderful deal for me that we both agreed on. On top of that Vinnie and Raquel in the service department ensured that my vehicle was and is safe for my family. I love my new car/family member!!

I received the royal run around from 4 different salespersons concerning their advertised car as to where it was, whether it was still for sale, and when I could actually see it... all over a period of 3 days! When your car is wrecked and you need a quick replacement, you need a much much more responsive team than this!!

Very disappointed in the service department. Very unprofessional treatment and did not diagnose a warrantied transmission properly. My contact was Brian and he did not handle the situation properly and ended up costing my company over 1200.00. Took the vehicle to Walnut Creek Chrysler Dodge and they did a great job. I will no longer be purchasing parts or recommending their company to anyone.Wow, just called Brian and was hung up on, Very great that their so called manager handles their customers like this. never go here

I am so sorry to give this place this type of review but this place is not good. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and brought my Jeep Liberty in for an oil change and a tire rotation and was charged for both. After waiting 1 hour my Jeep was still untouched. I brought that to their attention and finally it was brought in to their shop. After another hour of waiting I paid and my receipt did not say that I got the tire rotation, my mistake to not catch that there. I just wanted to get out of there desperately. My husband caught it when i got home. I was upset and when I called to verify no one answered only the Sales department, of course they would only answer right? Finally after 35 mins I got Vinnie who had originally helped me and said that they did the tire rotation but that he had hit print on the screen before he could add that part of it. I asked him to check with the mechanic and he hesitantly did to come back and say they did. I am still not 100% sure. I asked to speak to a manager and to no avail.I wish Toyota Vallejo can take care of my Liberty Dodge. You would never, ever get this type of service at There. I own a Prius and my son owns a Scion that we purchased at Toyota Vallejo and for many years we take the cars there and the service at Toyota Vallejo is very professional, courteous and caring. I Think Jiffy Lube is where I will take my Dodge products from now on.Momentum is too unorganized and they simply do not care.

I was trying to buy a used charger priced at 18,000 after 2 hrs of waiting and typimg my own info by my self because the sales guy did not even know how to run a credit check then gave me a total price of almost 33,000 dollars for a 18,000 dollar car, the manager got very upsed because I said It was not a good deal and refuse the buy. Worse experience ever.

Go somewhere else for a car. This place is a scam and rip off. They lied to me when I bought my car. The manager told me I can come back in a year to refinance through them for a better rate. I came back a year later and was told they dont do refinancing and whoever told me that (the manager) was incorrect. Dont trust them.

This place is a disaster. We were just looking for something that could work for our family. The sales guy seemed nice. We found a good vehicle, seemed fine, and we drove off with the car pleasantly surprised by the process. Then the disaster began. Financing got messed up due to information that Momentum submitted. We had to go in and resign the papers...only to still have it messed up. In the end we are out the car, and I still am waiting for my down payment to get back to me after weeks of waiting. Avoid it like the plague.

If you want to spend your time looking at different cars and not feel rushed, DO NOT COME HERE. Sales guy Michael was extremely rushed into us making a decision on a car. He couldn’t wait to run our credit to see if we qualify. We only looked at ONE car before he was asking us to fill out paperwork. We already told him we were approved with our own bank for a specific amount, he didn’t listen nor care. Very disappointed with the experience. Michael didn’t take a moment to hear our situation, instead, he pushed a car that was 10K over our budget and then had the audacity to say he was going to get us into TWO cars if we traded our other one in. Did he not listen to a word we said or did he simply not care about us and just about a sale? Not only did he choose a car way over our budget, but he was extremely pushy and aggressive with his sales tactics. Please stay far away from this place and please don’t listen to their sales team.

Theses people stole my wheels on my car, I paid extra for a set of aftermarket wheels, and when I came to pick up the car they said I dont get my $2500 dollar wheels that I paid extra for on the window sticker. They then told me they sold them to a different customer. People who work here are thiefs, now I have to get legal help for this dealership that steals car parts off youre car.

Their service department is really bad. Dont take your car here!!! I took my van here for a simple dashboard switch replacement that was covered under warranty. It would have taken me less than 5 minutes to swap the part myself with only a simple flat head screwdriver. After making an appointment, I was told my car would be ready in about 3 hours and they would call me when it was ready. Not only did they not call me, it took me 7 calls and multiple messages just to find out that 36 hours later they still hadnt touched the van. When I finally went over there in person to get the van out of there, they told me that they determined that I had a bad switch (DUH!) .... and I they also performed a courtesy inspection which showed I needed all this other maintenance done. I got the hell out of there!

Kari Donham & Danny Grady were fantastic. We had an issue with another dealership that lied to us about turning in a leased vehicle. We were frustrated and needed help ASAP. We called Momentum CDJR in Vallejo and receptionist Kari Donham went above and beyond her call of duty to help us right away. She even contacted people who were not in the office and made multiple phone calls to help us get an exact answer. Upon arriving, she also greeted us by name and connected us with the right person.Danny Grady was kind and sympathetic to our situation. He took time to listen to us, and then explained in detail what was going to happen. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient in what we were expecting to be a long and arduous process. He went above and beyond and it turned out to be a quick and easy process.I highly recommend this dealership, and especially these two individuals.

I went on their website, and found a car that we were interested in. We called, and a man by the name of Ace picked up. We told him the car that we were interested in he said ok. We told him we would be there in two hours.Once we arrived man #1 said Ace couldn’t make it he had an emergency family issue. Man #2 comes and says he couldn’t make he is signing a contract (Hmm two different answers from two different people.) Then they took us to the back and said “oh we know where the car is we just saw it”. We were searching for 10-15 minutes then they showed us a car we had never even seen! Then said would you settle for buying this one! We obviously said no. He took us to his office and said wait here for five minutes, after waiting 20 minutes. He came back and tried to persuade us into buying the other car. We politely said no and left.This was a time wasting experience, the workers weren’t professional and lied to us. If I could I would choose to rate this dealer zero stars.

Typical used car sales; agreed on the price of a 2013 Toyota, signed the papers and discovered that they only had 1 Smartkey - and they refused to supply a second key....$250.00 key on a $25,000 car sale...pretty weak. We paid via Cashiers Check; 2 weeks after the purchase we receive a letter from Momentum informing us that we did not qualify for financing...? A week later we receive the new registration but no pink slip; Momentum has listed the Credit Union that Issued the Cashiers Check (which we delivered in-hand) as the lien-holder of the car - sent the Pink slip to the Credit Union. Not only weak, but apparently inept as well.

Absolutely the worst service department ive ever had to deal with. They have given me every excuse under the sun. From oh or parts truck didnt come to we ordered the wrong tool. Theyve put me on hold for 40 minutes not called me back or just ignore me and send me to voicemail. My truck has been there going on 3 weeks and i still dont have it back. Definitely will not take my vehicle back there.

My experiences at/with Momentum of Vallejo can only be categorized as terrible. #1 I arrived on a Sunday and expressed a desire to be done in less than 4 hours--as the Raiders game was coming on that evening. Do you know that I missed the first half of the game?! Why? Oh, because the car salesmen couldnt do anything by himself. Everything took 2-3 associates to address. #2 I was told that the car was brand new, but by the time I signed the paperwork, got into the vehicle, and got halfway home I realized that the car already has 750+ miles on it (Im betting the ticking sound can be connected to this fact). # 3 My payments on a Chrysler 200 are over $700! Momentum ran my credit FIVE times--raising my inquiry score on my credit through the roof. ALL to ask me to go back to Vallejo the two weeks later to re-sign a contract with ANOTHER lender. Thats SIX inquiries in less than a month. #4 When I originally went to the dealership I was asked for my license so many times that I thought Id lost it. I asked the sales associate if he gave it back and he insisted that he did. Four phone calls later, and hours of searching, my ID had been at the dealership for two weeks. How did I find this out? Oh, I called about that new contract and the gentlemen who answers the phone reaponds to my name with oh, is this about your ID? #5 Contract is signed, Ive emptied out my vehicle, and all I need are the keys to my new car, right? Nope. The car salesman wanted to strip the subwoofer and amp out of the back of the Nissan I was trading in for the Chysler. Now, I know some people just dont know how to behave at work, but REALLY?! I had to wait for him to strip the beat out of the car, so he would drive the Chrysler to be detailed. DETAILED?! I wanted to leave two hours before we even got to this part. #6 I tried to have my vehicle serviced, but no one can seem to tell me if I am covered under warranty. When I ask what all is covered I am told that I need to bring the vehicle, so they can run the VIN. Why cant they run it over the phone? Im not sure because when I asked I was placed on hold and then hung up on after waiting for over five minutes on hold.I wouldnt send my enemy here to borrow a pen. This was the WORST car buying experience a person could have, but then again... I shouldve checked their ratings 😒

Called to get an appt. Somehow my call got routed to the sales dept. instead of the service dept. Guy answering the phone said you need service dept. and then hung up on me. Called back asked same guy for service Dept was told (very rudely) they are closed you need to call back when they are open. when I ask when are they open I was told this is a weekend and they are closed on weekend. once again asked when they would be open and was told tomorrow (being monday and not a weekend I was expecting him to tell me a time in the morning). Asked what time he said 9 and once again hung up on me....Really how about the 1st call him just say sorry they are closed right now but they will be open at 9 am tomorrow morning...guess after reading all the other reviews that would of been too much to ask for. Oh and please dont respond to this review with your generic response.....thought about Emailing already but you have to give consent to rec phone calls regarding buying a car or getting a loan approved. Guess I need to find another Dealer to look after my car.... a Pity that the sale Dept ruined a costumer for the Service Dept cause I was happy with service I have been receiving there. But guess you dont care since even after all the bad reviews the service is still rude and uncaring about the costumer.

ABSOLUTELY. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.I was in the market to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude, which at MSRP is roughly $23,000. For a 60 month loan, at the 0% Interest Jeep Offers, this would be $23k / 60 = ~$384/mo.The salesmen comes back from the Finance desk and literally says, Dont walk out on me now, I got to work at this guy a little bit, but, Its looking like $545~$565/mo for 60 months.In this case that would mean I would be paying $32,700 AT BEST. I asked him if he was crazy, and theres no negotiation, that the car is $23k so therefore $384 is the highest Id pay. He comes back and says, No deal. Why? Because Jeeps sell themselves, wed be losing $5k if we sold it to you at that price.Long story short, I walked out... I went to Vacaville Jeep and got the SAME EXACT MODEL with an extra option for $21k. These jokers are Scam Artists, and if anyone walks in and asks you what do you want your monthly payments to look like, walk out. They tried to say the $32k pricing from what I was calculating is a Mixture of Interest and Dealer Options they put on (Lug nuts that lock the tires).

Drove down there tonight after work from Rohnert Park now I originally applied online last week I was contacted by a gentleman named Vernan he was nice to deal with set appointment for last Saturday but I couldnt make it til Monday so since Vernan was off this Monday I worked with a guy by the name of Brian been there only two weeks he said so you think you go to a dealer and look for vehicles that interest you first then try and work a deal oh no nor this place had I guy go and look at my trade get all the information up front then this Brian guys comes out and says we can help you but your going to need 8k down. Down on what!!! I have seen one vehicle so I said to Brian I cant do that he immediately says ok thanks for coming in. No well what can you put down or I have certain vehicles that have rebates that might help nothing. Its as if they didnt want sale me anything. Granted there was not one customer their during the time of my visit I have bought many vehicles from dealerships I will tell this never have had such a horrible experience. I will never go there again.

The dealership had a $99 Lease advertised on Craigslist for a 14 Dodge Dart with $2400 out of pocket. It seemed like a good deal. I live in Walnut Creek - CA & called my local dealership to see if they had something similar. Over the phone - YES YES & when I went it there, I was shown different things & the pricing was off. I honestly didnt want to make the drive to Vallejo. I called the dealership & confirmed their AD. I scheduled an appointment to go down there the next day. The morning of, I wanted to do some more research & read some suspect reviews online about the dealership. I called back & asked to speak to a manager. The manager was busy & was promised a call back in 20 mins. Within 15 mins I got a call back & that too from the General Manager - Sean. I told him my reservations & issues. I expected a song & dance of an excuse but to my surprise he confirmed that the dealership did have some suspect people who used to work there & it caused major issues. He has been there 3-4 days & doing a clean up & is working on making things right & that he can understand why I would be unsure of coming to us. He assured me that he would be treated right & so would every next person who called or came by. That gesture stood out for me. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Not everything was perfect. 1 key was missing which got mailed out to me. The windshield had a small sticky spot on it. I initially put 4 Stars but I believe in encouragement & can appreciate the effort that was put in. Now I can say - worth the drive to Vallejo.

Awaiting service of my drivers side window. Appointment scheduled on Monday and today is Thursday. Just found out that they cant repair. Have to wait until Monday. Not happy with the Service Department, because they were info what was wrong with the vehicle.

Made appointment to replace the batteries in my truck (2004 Dodge) After 2 hours they called me that they did not have the batteries in stock. Upon picking up my truck I found that they had disconnected the batteries, wiping out my radio stations and clock setting.

Horrible dealership, I went in looking at a vehicle and had to leave in a hurry for an emergency and asked the dealership to run the numbers and give me a call. They never did and yet they still ran my credit score. Don’t ever buy a vehicle here! They are useless and could care less about their customers.
