The service team at Vallejo Nissan is always pleasant to work with. They accommodate my desired appt time, they are fast and always deliver exceptional customer service. I like in Pleasant Hill, Ca and there is a Nissan dealership I can take my car to for servicing. However, I prefer to go to the Vallejo Nissan dealership because of the great customer service I experience time and time again. The service is worth the drive!

We called and spoke to Matt. He gave us an out-the-door quote on a van and told us that we could pay $3,000 on credit card and pay the rest as a personal check and pick up the vehicle the same day. He was very accommodating at first and picked us up from the ferry building. Once we arrived, they had done a bait-and-switch and tried to give us a base model rather than the quoted one. The store manager told us that it was too difficult for them to keep track of the inventory because of the demand for the vehicle and apologized for the mistake. He negotiated a lower price on the van. After that, we sat through an hour long sales pitch from the finance manager for an extended warranty that we kept telling him that we didnt want. After he finally accepted that we werent purchasing the extended warranty, he told us that he didnt want us to pay any money using our credit card because we didnt purchase any optionals. After a minute or two, he agreed to let us put the $3,000 on the credit card and give him a check from a well known, national bank. As we were walking out the door to our vehicle, the finance manager came after us, grabbed our temporary plates back and told us that they would need to deliver the vehicle in the morning after the check had cleared. We waited the next day and received no vehicle and no phone call. Once we finally got through to them, they told us that we would have to wait another 4 or 5 days until they were satisfied about the check clearing, or they could pull credit for us (lowering our credit score), so we canceled the deal the following day. There were some good points about the dealership, including good prices after negotiation, the salesperson and manager were generally friendly people, they are accommodating to SF residents who travel in on the ferry. I would not recommend this dealership though.

I visited Vallejo Nissan intending to buy a car that day, possibly returning the next day to put money down with a cashier’s check from my bank. My salesperson Matt was so helpful and accommodating, he picked out a car for me on the lot ahead of my visit, the exact model I wanted, gorgeous color. Took me for a test drive in town and on the freeway, lined me up for financing shortly thereafter, AND accepted my personal check as my down payment. My credit is currently excellent so the dealer did not have any trouble accepting my check. Still, knowing I could get financing, give them my down payment and drive the car off the lot the same day made my car buying experience satisfying and rewarding. I look forward to working with the service department for the life of my car, here in town, where I live.

I brought my car in to replace all 4 tires. I usually go somewhere else for tires, but the dealer had a special in their website, so I selected my tires, and made the appointment. Unfortunately, when I got there, not only did they not have my tires, but they don’t even have my appointment. Furthermore, they don’t have the tires I wanted anywhere in stock, and I had to settled for something else. I scheduled to come back at another time to have them installed because they had to order the tires. I wasn’t thrill about it but needed to replace my tires shortly and I didn’t have the time to shop around.On my next appointment, everything went smoothly as planned. I got my tires, alignment and even an oil change in a reasonable amount of time. Erik, my service advisor, was great to work with and addressed all my concerns. Besides the snafu the first time, they honored the discounts I found on their website. I would definitely return but avoid using their tire online shopping tool.

I sold my car to them and was told to expect a check in the mail for the difference in the agreed sale price and what I had left in the loan. It was only after I gave them a call 2 months later to ask where it was when I finally received it. I wasn’t given any explanation. Nice people, but would not do business again.

I was surprised to have to pay for the service, It was my understanding that if I got my car serviced at any Nissan Dealership, it would be free. Apparently I have to return to the one I bought it from....live and learn. I had asked if they could reset my dashboard to show miles per gallon screen cause I could not find it...that didnt happen, also he said my car would get washed, vacuumed and shine the tires up. I appreciate the wash and vacuum, but tires were not shiny. They should not tell you they will do something and then not do it. That was my only complaint, but they were very nice and courteous.

I was looking to get my vehicle serviced here but I wanted to make an appointment and ask for a quote before heading over. I called twice and asked to be transferred to a service advisor. Both times I waited over 10 minutes and no one picked up the call. I literally listened to 3 songs on their hold music. I figured if they cant even pick up the phone, why would I leave my car here to get serviced.Anyways, I took my business elsewhere. The Nissan dealership in Napa. They answered their phone right away and were able to accommodate me the next day. I wanted to support a local business but unfortunately waiting that long just to get someone to answer is a bad impression.

Got told they would pay for my registration for the first year, they only paid for three months. I did not receive a notice from them or a letter from dmv that my registration had expired. Had to pay the registration and late fees. I called them and sent them an email explaining this and didn’t hear a word from them since which was 3 weeks ago.

Would like to give 5, but hopefully someone sees this so they can address the issue.The service reps were great, applied my discount for coupon and overall very professional. However, my main gripe is with the shuttle system via Lyft they use.This may be an isolated incident for me and my number, but the way they supposedly do it is they call a Lyft to take u to your home and back. Both times, I never got the text message that the driver had arrived. The driver who arrived at the dealership to take me home had the courtesy to call me and let me know that he was about to leave, giving me a chance to throw my stuff in and hop in. The driver who showed up later at my home to take me there (again, no text message) started driving away and when I ran after his car he told me he had cancelled. Thus making me have to call the dealership and wait for another vehicle again.Unless this is an isolated incident to me, There seems to be a huge blind spot that needs to be worked out. Through no fault of any 3 parties, the driver would get upset at the no show and leave, the customer gets upset because they had no notification their ride showed up (bc the notification is through TEXT rather than the customer’s personal Lyft app) then the service rep potentially gets chastized due to the blind spot causing a issue with the first 2 parties and it all rolls downhill.I hate to give the 3 rating, I just hope this review makes it to management so they could potentially fill any gaps in this system. Bc otherwise you have great reps and a very professional team.

I purchased a Nissan at a dealership that wasnt Nissan. I noticed some issues and was satisfied with Nissan Vallejo cause they were able to diagnose the issue. I fell in love with my vehicle even though it was a 2016 it only had 40,000 miles on it. The 2 issues i had were corrected. I purchased my vehicle from a dealership that didnt seem to know how to correct it. I learn stick to the deakership that services that model. Now Im happy 😊

A salesperson was told to do the walk through and simply bailed, I have a meeting, and walked away. This is the 2nd Rogue I have purchased from dealership and follow through is non-existent. I went in to purchase a 2021 vehicle on 3/29/21 everything was going smoothly we sign the paperwork they say itll be about an hour go have lunch and itll be ready. We come back to pick it up I see it has a noticeable scratch in the front number to which of course I questionThey say will get you another vehicle 3 hrs later nothing they call me they cant find me another vehicle same as the one I picked. Now they offer to fix the big scratch on my new vehicle to which they did a horrible job. Is now 4/1/21 I still dont have a vehicle. This has been the worst experience this car was a gift to my daughter and they mess it up big time.

I wanted to write a good review because we are enjoying our new vehicle but it now has a flat tire in me driveway.1. Vehicle was advertised with 2 new all season tires when it Actually has 3 different brand tires all different where. I ask the salesman about it and he said they would replace one Then was told at signing that I would not be receiving any new tires. And now when is flat.2. I applied for the loan online with my wife but then when I went to sign at the dealership they did not have her on the loan Said that she would raise our interest rate it would take time to put her on. I spoke with my financial institute they said that this was not true.3. Filled out my information online to get the dealership lowest price. It was the same prices advertised on the website just an added extra step to get my number.4. At signing There were several in consistencies in the prices that we agreed upon versus the prices the things came out to be Awesome they charged me $400 for AGPS locator that was install at their dealership because of theft Income be taken off. As I was leaving they could not figure out how to install this device that was supposed to be there already and Once I had looked through the paperwork They charged me $495 not the 400 they said.Extended warranty agreement price $3200 price charged $3295Vehicle price 39140 price charged 32980.So who knows what else I missed.Also I talked to one person over text about this vehicle and once I got there I was 3 to 4 people who claimed to have been talking to me.

Great place to service you car. They usually have appointments available throughout the day, or just drop it off. They have a courtesy shuttle able to drop you off where you need. They always vacuum interior too.

My first experience with nissan was the horrible i bought a new transmission on the same nissan in vallejo it was installed in my car i took my car on nissan in vallejo to program the same new transmission when i left the nissan store the car didn’t work well at and does not change the gears the car goes to 4,500 rpm and doesn’t go back I went back to the same nissan in vallejo and they want me to make a diagnosis for a new transfer of the dealer and schedule made at the dealer I’ve already spent 2700 dollars on everything new and original so they don’t have a headache and now they don’t have a good answer for my speech

I came to this dealership three times already first was when i get my online order of front and rear mudguard for my nissan rogue second is when i get my rear chrome guard sills and third was to get my battery ordered online,people over the dealership are all quiet nobody was talking except me of course as i am asking for my order(the battery)anyway the place is cool and clean the one that i don’t like is to pay a toll just to get over there and nobody is collecting toll fee so i got a ticket violation just by going there(no good)and i have to beause they are the only dealership that near to me and selling merchandise lol! they all cool over there i don’t had any problem at all nice place i would say recommended anytime

I start by saying that I hate car shopping. Specially when you have a budget in mind you can work with and you have to walk out because the manager can’t make it happen. True it’s like playing chess. Prior to arriving at Vallejo Nissan, I had shopped around online due to COVID-19 just to see how the car market was and how pricing fluctuated. Not to mention, I had physically gone to another Nissan dealership after my End Of Lease on a 2017 Altima SR midnight edition and left disappointed just a few days earlier.I was searching for a new SUV and found a 2020 Nissan Murano that was located Vallejo Nissan. Excellent price advertised and messaged the dealership Saturday night. Received a call on Sunday afternoon from Aiman the General Sales Manager and I schedule my appointment for Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived, I was approach from Aiman and he introduce my Sales person Ryan Macoy. I went to look at the vehicle right away before discussing the deal. I felt like I was important and Ryan answered all my questions.Right away, coming back after looking at the vehicle I felt I was in great hands. Ryan mentioned he had been with the company for seventeen years. I took the vehicle for a test drive and he made me feel comfortable while he searched the inventory for the color I wanted.After agreeing on price and running my credit, Ryan located the color and package. He located the vehicle in Sacramento and show me online. He promised to have it delivered the following day in the afternoon and ready for me to pick up. Ryan explained all of the packages that Nissan offers in regards to GAP insurance, answer any of my questions with ease and clarity.In total, I was at Vellejo Nissan for two and a half hours. Ryan and Aiman made me feel confident in my purchase as I received one of their best offers along with an excellent trade value for a 20017 Nissan Altima I financed through Patelco. That same day I finish my paper work with Finance. Tracey Thank You! You made it easy to understand.Wednesday June 10th at 11:30 received a call from Ryan that the vehicle was ready. WOW I told Ryan that I was going to stop by after work and he text me pictures. AMAZING SERVICE!! I live 15 minutes away from the dealership and arrived as promised. Ryan deliver the vehicle and provided a walk through along with information about all the features. I delivered my trade and I gave Ryan a walk through which it took me 10 minutes. I had to have major repairs done to my Nissan Sentra. I worked with John and he was awesome from the beginning to the end. He assured me he wouldnt do any work until he went over all of the details with me. He called me as soon as the diagnostic was completed and went over every issue indicating what he would recommend be completed now and what repairs could wait. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and did all of this when he was the only one working in his office. He also provided me with as many discounts as he could apply.John was professional, courteous and patient. Because of the service I received from John and the technicians at Vallejo Nissan, I will be a returning customer. I highly recommend the Vallejo Nissan Service Department. This is the second car I’ve bought from Nissan Vallejo. I’ve also taken my last car in for all maintenance and I’ve not only never had an issue but every experience has been phenomenal. Rebuilt motor failed after 7 months. Motor came w 3 year warranty. VALLEJO NISSAN told me to pretty much pound dirt. After spending over $8000 I still cannot drive the vehicle.

In my lifetime I have bought/leased about 10 cars and this has been by far my best experience. Normally it takes hours but everything was done online and via the phone and was record fast.I dealt with Ryan Macoy who was fantastic. He not only arranged to pick up my current lease but also delivered the new lease at the same time. Buying/leasing a car has always been an unpleasant experience for me but this time it was a pleasure. I have dealt with other Nissan dealers in the past and this was by far the best. In the past I had to deal with multiple people but here was one stop shop. I highly recommend.

I was greeted by Cort. He was a new to me. Very friendly. I asked if I could be shuttled. The shuttle driver was nice as well. When my service was completed, I was given a thorough explanation of what was done. Best of all, my car was done by the estimated time and it was completely washed. YayGood service all around.
