The Gateway plaza offers amazing service ! I had a poor experience at another location in town and was contacted by Tim the territory manager to resolve my issue . Tim went above and beyond .He was kind and understanding, even went as far as to contact the store in advance to make sure the return was handled seamlessly. Mimi was super friendly and knowledgeable, she communicated w/ John regarding my return . -She was professional and allowed the experience to go smoothly! Thank you T-Mobile for making me feel valued as a customer!

My family and I were originally with Sprint. We came in on Sunday March 28 to set up a new plan and get upgrades. There was confusion due to our Sprint plan and the person helping us told us that she was gonna call us back on Monday with a solution. Its been a few days later and still no update.edit: They took care of the numerous issues we had with five of our lines and they were great at finding us the best deals possible. Lito, Erik, and Eric T. took great care of us and provided great service.

Nice and courteous. When I asked that they use sanitizer I got a friendly reply. They wore masks all the way through. Social distance was observed. I felt safe.Even though I made a small purchase I still had all of my questions answered with respect.

Guys are nice but unprofessional and lacking in knowledge of their own products. Charged me for the wrong screen protector before realizing it wouldn’t work. Insisted the refund would be right away but of course it’s not. So guess I’ll be waiting 7 days. Issues like this are common in this store so I’ll be going elsewhere

This T-mobile store is one of the worst I have been to, and I am ashamed to say that I have to visit it out of convenience.Every time that I come to this store, I am appalled at the way that the store representatives are allowed to treat the customers. They blatantly offended me today, and it isnt the first time; its just the straw that broke the camels back. The first issue I had with the Retail Sales Representative would be Lawrence with brown skin, black curly hair at his shoulders, and some facial hair. I had come into the store 40 minutes before closing and I had my name put on the list to be served in the order of arrival. However, being Mexican/European gives me a white complexion and clearly Lawrence had a problem with that. After finishing with the prior customer, he looks at the list of names, looks at me, and then looks at the guy next to me. He sees that the guy next to me has his same skin tone and he gets a smirk on his face as he calls Christian! Lawrence proceeds to chat it up with Christian as I go and take a look at the list to verify that my name was put down before his. Yes, my name is there, not crossed out, and Christians is after mine and crossed out. The previous 5 customers helped before me never got skipped. Lawrence sees me looking directly at him after I check the list, with a puzzled look on my face, and quickly looks back to Christian and gives him a quick grin; Lawrence knew what he did was wrong, but he enjoyed making me wait 15 minutes longer for service despite my having not earned any poor treatment. That is racist behavior and it is not unheard of in this plaza. I have seen it before at the Costco nearby, and now I am a victim of it as well.Its not only that Lawrence cheated me out of my spot on the list, but the store was actually closing in 20 minutes as I had been waiting for 20 minutes after arriving 40 minutes prior to closing. Long after my turn, I finally got to another representative at 5 minutes to closing and he gave me a hassle about finding my account so that he could resolve my issue. According to him, he could not find my account with the last four of my social or my name. He absolutely needed to have my phone number. Unfortunately, I did not have my prior phone number as my phone was stolen, and one check in the system would have verified this as I reported it stolen to T-mobile. My service was suspended and I needed a SIM card and new phone.The sales representative that actually served me never gave me another option except finding my old phone number that I had only had for a week before my phone was stolen. And I refused to wait until the next day to come back for more bad service from these representatives. As I was trying to figure out a way to find my prior number, the service representative finally decides to stop playing games. He got a new phone and a new SIM and told me that I could call customer service to reactivate my service.Its amazing how being 10 minutes passed closing time will motivate an employee to serve you properly, even when they dont want to.Please write to corporate about this behavior if you see it. I am going to do just that. I am sick of dealing with these lazy racist employees. This has all been going on for at least 5 years according to the Yelp reviews. Lets put an end to it.

But I didn’t receive a greeting when I walked in and was skipped over when I was at the store before the other customers. Horrible service from the 2 ladies that were there that morning.

Put on hold for almost 15 minutes from the start of the phone call and never got helped, then decided to call back to ask for higher management to talk to about this and got told there is no higher management due to the store being a corporate owned store and got hung up on because I wanted to speak to management about this instead of the same dude that forgot that I was on hold. Customer service is a joke at this store.

I went there to trade my old iphone to my new samsung. I checked everything on the box of the samsung phone. Everthing is new except the phone. There some marks that the phone was been used. The person keep telling me that the phone is new. So i said ok i have insurance for the phone just incase what happened. Then, here is the worst part. Remember i checked everything on the box. The phone comes with the fast wall charger. And when i checked the wall charger it was labeled fast charger then i grab something on my car while the phone is on process of activating. When i got home, and about to charge my phone, my wall charger was replaced with the damn regular wall charger.
