This was the single best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Been using the same shop in Jersey for the last ten years before being referred to Finish Line by a relative in Long Island. Extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process and did fantastic work. Car looks brand new after a major accident and drives great.
Below is a before and after of a recent accident. As you can see they completely transformed the car, that it looks like new. I love the work they did, can’t tell there was ever an accident. The workers are are very professional and allow you to rent a car if you need one. Would 100% highly recommend this place.

Im super glad and thankful that my car got fixed by this company because the quality of work is perfect, plus brand new car parts, AND NOT TO MENTION I GOT MY CAR BACK CLEAN AS EVERRRRRRR! I drove my 2019 Corvette on a highway that was grooved for repaving and it did a lot of damage to my front end, grill, headlights and windshield. The car was a mess. It looked like it went through a sand blaster. I brought it to Finish Line and they did a fantastic job on the car. I had $16,000 worth of damage. They made the car look like it just came out of the showroom. I’m more than satisfied with the work they did. Caesar, the manager is awesome. He helped me with insurance and kept me up to date on the work being done. I hope I never need them again but it’s nice to know of a place that does great work on high end cars.

I will never ever go there or will never recommend anybody. I went there to get an estimate the guy was so rude at me (said its his shop )he gave me an estimate of 4k for a small dent in the fender I enquired at other shops in queens and Brooklyn they gave me estimate $500 $700.

My leased 2018 BMW X3 was hit while parked in Brooklyn. SUV ran into parked car behind my BMW, and pushed that car into my car, which then pushed my car into a car in front of mine. Major damage, car looked bad, sounded bad, and I was freaked out. Took it to BMW of Brooklyn as I did not want to risk dealing with a 3rd party repair, as this is a lease, and I have to turn it in 7 months. BMW of Brooklyn explained that they exclusively use Finish Line for all of their autobody work. They worked with Caesar at Finish Line, had my car towed same day to them.Caesar and his staff reached out within a day, told me about the whole process, assured me that they would take care of my car, worked with my schedule to make sure I could take delivery. Stayed in communication with me. They even offered to deliver my car back to me. Only had one real delay that lasted a few days where they needed to ship the car back to the dealership for some sensor configuration, but they took care of everything. I chose to go to the shop on delivery day and look over the car, found a small issue that they fixed within 5 minutes on the spot (malfunctioning power tailgate switch).After taking the car home, I noticed a few more small items that bugged me, called Caesar the next morning, he apologized, offered to pick the car up, I decided to just drive it over. They quickly took my car in, spent like 20 minutes on it, and its perfect now. Very easy to work with, very understanding, and a real pleasure, Im especially glad they detailed it inside and out, car looks brand new, they even got rid of a few scratches and dings I had on the body. Feels like I have a new car again for the next 7 months of my lease. Truly a pleasure to deal with professionals. Oh and they took care of returning my enterprise rental too, just top notch.

My 2016 BMW 328i was hit on its front left side by an inattentive driver. After filing a claim through the other drivers insurance, I brought the car to BMW of Brooklyn because they said they could facilitate the collision repair. They, in turn transported my car to Finish Line for completion of the job. They have a standing contract for collisions.I dropped my car off at BMW of Brooklyn on 9/28/2020. The car was received by Finish Line on 9/29/2020. Next the inspection by the insurance representative occurred on 9/30/2020. After the inspection I was contacted by a Finish Line manager who told me the job would be done in about a week. I assumed that meant sometime on or about October 7th, 2020. At first I was impressed because the insurance estimate gave them until October 14th to complete the job.When I called on October 7th, I was told that the car was still in the shop. I wasnt given any detail as to how far along the process they were. I called again the next day and was told the car was still being worked on and that it would not be ready until the next week.I waited out the weekend and then called on 10/12/2020, at which point I was told that the car was not going to be ready until Wednesday (10/14/2020). At this point I was already frustrated that they blew through the first verbal time estimate. It didnt help that I was driving an underpowered, undersized car rental that did not compare in any way to my BMW. My thinking at that time was that they delayed finishing my car because the insurance estimate gave them until the 14th. They had my car captive so what could I do and what did they care (again my thoughts).Wednesday October 14th comes and Im expecting a call that my car is ready and that theyll deliver it to me that day. The call never came. Instead I had to call them in the early afternoon to ask why my car was MIA. Imagine my thoughts as they informed me that the car was waiting for a paint job and that it would not be ready until the following Thursday or Friday (10/15 or 10/16)! My patience and self control started to falter in my frustration so I pressed them on an actual day that the car would be 100% ready with no excuses. They agreed to Friday.Did I forget to mention that the rental was supposed to only be available until 10/14/2020. Finish Line agreed to cover the extra two days but again that was little consolation because the car (a Chevy Spark) was utterly useless for the things I normally do with my car. To compound matters further, I work in a hospital and I need to get there at any time of day or night. I found out last minute that I had to be there Thursday night, through the night, into Friday daytime. So last second I had to return the car rental Thursday night then use mass transit to get to work.Friday morning when I called it seemed like they werent sure when the car could be delivered but they assured me they could do it before 3pm (i.e. the end of my shift). A woman at the front desk finally started texting me updates about the cars transport. After about 19 days without my car it arrived at my hospital looking great!Which brings me to an unfortunate summary. The work looks a solid 5 stars. The communication and timeliness was completely unacceptable save for transport updates. If at the beginning they told me they would take the full time until 10/14 to fix the car, I wouldve accepted it and mentally prepared myself to be without the car for the duration. Instead they gave me false hope and then were exceedingly late in returning my car. Use them if you must but brace yourself for an extended amount of time without your baby.
I never even went to this shop and would not recommend it at all. My insurance set up this shop to do an estimate for me and within my first 3 mins on the phone I was switched to 3 different people all of whom I had to repeat the same info to. The last person, Cesear, did not even listen to what I was telling him happened or what the mechanic had said .. he got an attitude and started with “listen, you called us”... like if he was doing something for free and before I could even say anything else he hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional.
Was recommended by my brother-in-law to bring my grand Cherokee here. Some one crashed into my car leaving me with $11K in damages. Finish Line did an outstanding job repairing it, you can’t tell there was even prior damage. I spoke with Ceasar and he was a great guy. Would never use anyone else and would recommend to anyone.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!THEIR EMPLOYEES STEAL FROM THE CARS THEIR WORKING ON!! I took my car their to get repaired after an accident and when I received my car back there were some sentimental items missing from my vehicle. When I tried to address this issue respectfully with managemt their attitudes were disgusting like I would make something like this up. Your employees stole from me if anything I should be the one hostile and upset. That being said no one should ever patron this business unless you wish to end up like me.
Professional staff looking to make sure you are happy when you get your car back. Cesare is great at what he does. He communicates with clients all the time and assists with rentals as well. My family been sending their cars to Finish line for over 10 years! Highly Recommended.

The are super accommodating and friendly. Very timely and kept in contact with me through out the entire process. The helped out with the rental process as well. Stole video games out of my boyfriends trunk during repairs. If you are forced to take your car here after an accident, be prepared for sticky fingers and bold faced liars.
These guys are AMAZING. I have unfortunately had my parked car hit twice in the past few years, both times, A+ job, returned my car spotless & good as new.Once recently, I had a minor issue with damage to the car, they immediately dropped everything and took care of me. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car.

I must admit my experience with Finish Line did not quite make it to the finish line. I gave them two stars because the work that was done was acceptable, but the poor customer service was a disaster and I would never use them again. The nightmare started when I was promised something by one of the owners and when I came to pick up the car it wasnt done. Then the one who made the promise denied he ever promised... His denial cost me extra days for a rental car that I had to pay out of pocket...The moral of this story is GET IT IN WRITING...and dont pay until you physically inspect your car..I would not refer this company to any friends, family or strangers, especially since there are so many other collisions places in the area..

They rushed me told.me my car was ready and when I got there took me and my rental and left me at the alignment shop to pick up my car. I asked to go over the damaged they fixed and they said they would send.me an email... Never got it. They had absolutely no problem having the insurance company send them 12000 to them only when I had a check already in my name and the car company. Under the hood things were not even connected. Body outside looked ok. My horn is not the original horn. What did they do for 12000 I could have bought a new car. SMH. Two thumbs down for this auto collision place oh they kept my and car well over 2 weeks!

Im giving it one star cause I dont know if I can rate them without any. They were about to over charge me for what my dealer and Maaco would charge me.. My dealer and Maaco charged half the estimate. They were trying to scam me. Guess what? I went back to my dealer and my dealer did an excellent job.
