I had minor front end damage to my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. I keep this vehicle pretty pristine and am very picky about anything done with it. Everyone I dealt with at Touch of Class was professional and very friendly (including their dogs!). The repair was done on time and is perfect. Paint match and work done are flawless. I highly recommend them.

Touch of Class recently did body work on my 2019 Toyota Camry and I must say that they truly live up to their name. Gabe, Dominic and crew did an excellent job. (They also were kind enough to give me a lift to the car rental agency when I dropped off the car.) Not only was the repair done perfectly, but they did a total clean-up of my entire car ( inside and out) which I did not expect! Im a private teacher, so there were plenty of books and folders in the car as well as other stuff which I didnt think would be in their way. They had carefully placed everything in a box and bag so they could do their clean-up. I felt like i was picking up a brand new car from a dealer! I would highly recommend them!

I needed to get an inspection for my insurance company. I contacted this business and was scheduled for an 11:00 am appointment. I arrived at 11:00 am and when I entered the establishment there was no one at the front desk. I asked if there was someone there and a heavy set gentleman came to the front desk. I told him about my appointment and the gentleman proceeded to get his cellphone and did his inspection. He asked me for my e-mail address and I provided him my email address so that I could receive my copy. I completed the inspection and the gentleman stated that I would receive a copy. Prior to leaving I reviewed and inspection and noticed that he listed that my back bumper was damaged. There was no damage to the bumper but a mere scratch, I pointed this out to the gentleman and he stated that damage was damage and that the insurance company treats scratches, missing bumpers, and dents as the same. I called my insurance company and told him about this issue and they stated that there is a huge difference between a scratch, missing bumpers, and dents. According to insurance company the inspector should have noted that in his inspection that it was only because in the future, I could experience issues if I were to file a claim. I pointed this out to the inspector and he was extremely rude and dismissive. I left the business and reviewed the inspection once again and noticed that he had forged my signature. I contacted the insurance company and I was told to go to a different business. I got the inspection redone and had the scratch notated on the new report. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else the person I dealt with lacks integrity and professionalism

They did an outstanding job on our Nissan, which needed body work prior to lease return. The price was very fair, and I plan to use them for all of my familys body work in the future (even though I live on the North Shore) Dont go anywhere else- this place does beautiful work at very reasonable prices!

My brother and I have both been here, myself for a new bumper for a 2004 Nissan quest and my gave a referral for someone to have their 2018 Mercedes ecoupe fixed since someone had keyed their car. Now I am sending my father in law in to have 2 minor dents and 3 scratches fixed in his BMW 4 series. Touch of class is very professional and their prices are exceptional for the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They also give a small bottle of matching touch up paint for your vehicle.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I dropped off my car and had a courtesy shuttle back to my home. My Honda was back to its original state, like brand new, clean inside and out and repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I left there one very satisfied customer. Update 2019:Ive had a half dozen cars fixed here. Always a great job that lasts over time. Great shop and people. Quality work.I had my Porsche repaired by Touch of Class and I am very satisfied. Gabe was very attentive and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. The workmanship is top notch and the customer service could not have been better.

I got into a little accident and wanted to take care of the repair without my husband-which doesn’t usually go well for women. Too many times in my life I have been treated poorly at auto shops and when it comes to anything related to cars. This shop was so easy to work with, and there was no funny business with the repairs. They communicated with my insurance co for me and gave me a ride to my rental car. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Let me tell you guys about Touch of Class Collision. Their work is UNMATCHED!! I picked up my car today and it looks like the first day I drove it off the parking lot at the dealership; looking brand new!!! I am so happy I listened to the reviews and went with this body shop. I would have never thought visiting an Auto body shop would be an enjoyable experience. Touch of Class makes an unpleasant experience a good once. Service is great, I had a challenge with the rental car, and they stepped in and resolved it for me. When you get your car back they detail it for you which makes it even better to see your car looking and smelling like brand spanking new!

I parked my car underneath the LIRR tracks on a rainy day. When I got into my car, I noticed that there were large white spots all around my car (probably due to a combination of bird droppings and acidity from the rain) that could not be washed away.My friend suggested that I should try to buff it out and, with a quick online check, I found Touch of Class Collision.
