Best car shopping experience ever!!! As soon as we drove into their parking lot, Tamer greeted us and escorted us to the vehicle we wanted to see. They were patient and very professional. Most important the vehicle was as priced on line. We decided to take the vehicle that same evening and although the finance guy had just left, Jeremy was able to call him to return back to the office. This was amazing because I was so excited that I didn’t want to wait until the next day to take the vehicle home with us.

This dealer needs to understand what good customer service. I noticed that they mark up the cars way more than what it should be but when i tried to explain to the salesman he just told me to ‘look elsewhere then’ least i know where not to waste my time anymore and i hope you do too.

Dont trust this dealer. I dont recommend this place. Service and honesty is not here. People with no morals.. As mentioned by other reviews, they sell you the car and dont get you your car plates or registration. Ive been told constantly lies after lies. They tell you it will be here soon. Every week they say next week. I purchased my car in Mid August and now its almost November.

My sales person was Tamer he is the best sales person I have ever met this is not my first vehicle so I do know how It feels when a sales person puts pressure on you about getting a car but he was a total opposite he let me choose my car and he gave me space and when I was ready to come back he made sure that I left with that car. When I did come back Jeremy also help me out show me the car let me test drive it and again did not put any pressure on me to get the car . They explain everything carefully and they worked with the down payment that I wanted to put on the car and they pulled a lot of strings to help with Insurance also. Theh was also very relatable and we had a lot of laughs during the process the dealership is more than just a dealership they even gave me a lots of extras with my car purchase which included a free tile to track my car keys and free car washes for a year. I’m so happy with my Mercedes-Benz E300 and I just want to thank Tamer and the team at Stream Auto outlet for helping me out.

Searching for a used car is no ones idea of fun.Dealerships dont respond to email inquiries, phones dont get answered or they bounce you around until the lowest man on the totem pole takes your call...then more likely than not, that new salesman doesnt know what he is doing yet so has to call you back with information. IF he calls you back.In the meantime, the car you called on get sold. SUCH FUN.My first call to Stream Auto Outlet was answered - I was connected to salesman Vinny - who was friendly, patient with my multiple questions and had answers. He sent me all the information I wanted quickly and did a FaceTime tour of the vehicle I was interested in before I came out from the city in person (one hour).The dealership staff were friendly and professional and the space inviting.I bought the vehicle I wanted - at a fair price for me and the dealership - as much because Vinny, the sales manager and the finance manager handled me the way they did. We all feel like we are getting ripped off when we go in to buy a car...but they made it a good experience.They understand that customers can find cars in many places, but the uncomfortable and at times confusing process made easier - is worth the trip from the city.Highly recommend.
