Appointment do not mean anything. You will have to wait 3 hours for a regular oil change. Be wary of ANY service suggested. This place is a scam!! ready to rip you off. It happened to me twice!! second time, I wanted to give them a second chance to redeem themselves because this is a dealership. Plus, I was contacted by a manager to discuss my experience the first time I voiced my concern about how I was treated and how I felt ripped off. The promise to make up was vain after a couple services. Please stay away and save your money. You may say the mechanics in the neighborhood is as bad but try to inquire with friends. I do not mind a moderately costly service as long as a get a good service but I think that changing or asking to change a part that is still very good is a rip off. performing or pretending to perform unnecessary service is a rip off...STAY AWAY!!!
I had been to Advantage a couple of times before and those appts were OK at the very most. I was planning on coordinating my next maintenance appt with my visit to my companys office upstate so I could go to a Toyota there but alas, the pandemic and snow storms derailed those plans so I decided to give Advantage another shot. Im glad I did. My service advisor was Margie and she was great. Greeted me warmly from the beginning, asked me about any concerns, actually checked on the things I told her to check and reported back to me. She advised on some items that could wait and which she thought needed to be done now. The end price was even lower than the estimate, which I definitely appreciated. She even gave me her card so I can let her know if an issue I discussed with her needed further attention. It didnt because they did such a great job. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited and the appointment only took like 2 hours; by far the least time Ive ever spent at a Toyota! Thank you Margie!!

Horrible service!!. Since last service on October 2020 they tagged my car on 3/21 for next service due. I came on 3/21, they told tag was wrong actual due on April. Today April 3rd, I came and they are saying due is on June, I m early. I am very disappointed 😞. They wasted my 2 weekends. Paperwork saying early service for customer request. But it is their fault.

I met a very nice representative who helped me with my vehicle regarding servicing. I needed an oil change, dropped off & pickup was easy and convenient.
I made appointment for this day and they wasted my time saying that the appointment is for the next saturday. Andy is the worse service manager he needs to be more empathetic to customers.
I appreciate the fact that they keeping me updated with my vehicle service and how much it will cost to fix my vehicle before they go anything. I hope they continue with the good work.
I made appointment for diagnostic they tell over the phone it would $146+tax. When I get to dealership for service appointment they asked me for $450+ tax personally won’t recommend if you are paying out of your pocket
Great dealership! I dealt with Andy in the service Dept and he was phenomenal! kept me updated on the repair and made sure to get me a loaner car that I was happy with! best of all the repair was done in a timely manner
Went for my 10k service. Tech marked cabin air filter is GREEN, meaning good condition. After I leave I noticed I had locked the glove compartment and had the key on me so they never check it. I then checked the filter myself and it was filthy.Free service included with new car I guess I cant complain.Update:8.1.19Went for 1st state inspection, 3 minute job took approximately 2 hours. Next time Im just paying for it at a local gas station.
